if the sliding drying disk (15) extends to the right side of the fixed drying disk (2) through the telescopic support (20), the sliding drying disk (15) swings to the right front side or the right rear side of the fixed drying disk (2) through the sliding of the telescopic support (20) on the sliding rod (3).
