In the step, after receiving remittance, the cashier generates an order serial number and sends the order serial number to the payment transaction system if the payment is successful.
In this step, a payment status is also queried. Specifically, the first payment request is sent to a payment-substituting transaction system, so that after the payment-substituting transaction system executes payment operation to the collection bank, if the serial number of the order of the collection bank is not received yet, the accounting management platform sets the payment state of the payment list as "payment, and initiates a payment result inquiry request to the payment-substituting system every 5 minutes. When the payment result is inquired, the payment generation and payment system returns the payment result to the accounting management system, so that the accounting management system changes the payment state of the payment bill from 'payment in process' to 'payment completion'. If the payment result is failed, the user checks whether the failure result is returned by the bank again, so that repeated money is avoided, and the group fund loss is reduced.
S103, acquiring the order serial number from the payment transaction system;
s104, generating first payment success information based on the first payment list and the order serial number, and sending the first payment success information to an enterprise mailbox so as to prompt financial staff to complete payment of the first payment list.
