Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
A filter screen replacement prompting method, as shown in fig. 1, the prompting method includes:
step 10, determining the accumulated working time of the filter screen to be detected;
specifically, the accumulated working time can be confirmed by recording the power-on time of a product loaded with the filter screen to be detected, namely, the accumulated working time is realized by a timing module of an MCU (micro control unit) of the product, or an additionally arranged timer is triggered to work after the product is powered on, so that the service time of the filter screen to be detected is recorded.
Step 20, obtaining a working time length alarm threshold corresponding to a filter screen to be detected, wherein the filter screen to be detected corresponds to at least one working time length alarm threshold;
specifically, different types of filter screens correspond to different working time length alarm thresholds, and when a filter screen of the same type is set in different environments, different working time length alarm thresholds can also be set correspondingly, for example, in a working environment with humidity and temperature as first conditions, the threshold is a first threshold; when the humidity and the temperature are changed to the second condition, the threshold value is changed to the second threshold value. Therefore, in the application, the filter screen to be detected corresponds to at least one working duration alarm threshold.
In this embodiment, the working duration alarm threshold corresponding to the filter screen may be switched in a manual setting manner, or may be switched in an automatic detection manner, for example, when determining that the humidity and the temperature change, the working duration alarm threshold corresponding to the current humidity and the temperature is determined.
Step 30, detecting whether the accumulated working time length is matched with a corresponding working time length alarm threshold value, if so, executing step 40;
specifically, the working duration alarm threshold may be a duration that the filter screen to be detected can be used at most, or a duration that the filter screen to be detected can also be used at least and remains, and may be set as required, which is not limited to this application.
And step 40, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for reminding a user of replacing the filter screen to be detected.
Specifically, the prompt information may be an indicator light, an alarm sound, a prompt, and the like, and the application is not limited. In addition, different prompt messages can be set for different types of filter screens to show differences.
As shown in fig. 2, step 30 specifically includes:
301, obtaining the expected service life of a filter screen to be detected;
step 302, determining the remaining service life of the filter screen to be detected according to the expected service life and the accumulated working time;
and 303, detecting whether the residual using time length is lower than a corresponding working time length alarm threshold value, and if so, executing the step 40.
Specifically, the working duration alarm threshold is the minimum remaining service duration that the filter screen to be detected can also use, in order to determine the remaining service duration of the filter screen to be detected, the expected service duration of the filter screen to be detected, that is, the maximum available duration, is obtained first, and then the remaining service duration is obtained according to the difference between the expected service duration and the accumulated working duration.
For the convenience of more intuitive understanding of the user about the use degree of the filter screen to be detected, after the remaining use duration is obtained, the prompting method further comprises the following steps:
and 304, displaying the residual service life of the filter screen to be detected.
Specifically, the display screen may be set to display the specific remaining usage time, or display the percentage corresponding to the remaining usage time, which is not limited in the present application.
In this embodiment, the judgment is automatically performed according to the accumulated working time of the filter screen and the corresponding working time alarm threshold, so as to intelligently remind the client to replace the filter screen in time.
Example 2

step 11, identifying the electronic tag and acquiring a unique identification number of the filter screen to be detected, wherein the unique identification number is stored in the electronic tag; in addition, the unique identification number can be displayed through a display screen.
Specifically, the electronic tag arranged on the filter screen to be detected is identified by using near field sensing equipment such as RFID, so as to obtain a unique identification number such as an ID number corresponding to the filter screen to be detected, so as to distinguish different filter screens.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, step 20 specifically includes:
step 201, presetting a corresponding relation between a unique identification number of a filter screen and at least one working time alarm threshold;
specifically, different ID numbers are preset in the MCU of a product self loaded with the filter screen to be detected to correspond to a plurality of working time length alarm thresholds, each working time length alarm threshold corresponds to different application scenes or application environments or seasons, for example, different thresholds are set for a humid environment and a dry environment correspondingly, different thresholds are set for different seasons, and the method and the device are not limited in the application.
And step 202, matching the unique identification number of the filter screen to be detected with the corresponding relation to obtain the working time alarm threshold corresponding to the filter screen to be detected.
Specifically, according to a preset corresponding relation in the MCU, a working time length alarm threshold of the filter screen to be detected is obtained through matching, then the current application scene or application environment or season is comprehensively considered, and a unique judgment threshold is further determined for subsequent judgment.
Further, referring to fig. 3, after step 11, the prompting method further includes:
step 12, detecting whether the filter screen to be detected is an unused filter screen according to the unique identification number of the filter screen to be detected, and if so, executing step 13;
specifically, after the ID number of the filter screen is changed by detection, it can be confirmed that the filter screen is replaced by the user, the default replaced filter screen is an unused filter screen, and it should be noted that if a common filter screen is used for replacement, MCU can be controlled to set the accumulated working time to ensure the accuracy of subsequent monitoring.
And step 13, setting the accumulated working time of the filter screen to be detected to be 0.
Specifically, after the filter screen is replaced, the accumulated working time is set to 0 and monitoring is restarted.
In this embodiment, through addding near field induction equipment and taking electronic tags, the ID number of waiting to detect the filter screen is discerned, and then can judge whether the user has changed the filter screen to MCU resets the timing again, carries out the filter screen monitoring of new round.

The threshold acquisition module 2 is used for acquiring a working time length alarm threshold corresponding to a filter screen to be detected, and the filter screen to be detected corresponds to at least one working time length alarm threshold; specifically, different types of filter screens correspond to different working time length alarm thresholds, and when a filter screen of the same type is set in different environments, different working time length alarm thresholds can also be set correspondingly, for example, in a working environment with humidity and temperature as first conditions, the threshold is a first threshold; when the humidity and the temperature are changed to the second condition, the threshold value is changed to the second threshold value.
And the first detection module 3 is used for detecting whether the accumulated working time is matched with the corresponding working time alarm threshold value, if so, generating prompt information, and the prompt information is used for reminding a user to replace the filter screen to be detected. Specifically, the working duration alarm threshold value can be the duration that the filter screen can be used to wait to detect at most, also can wait to detect the minimum surplus duration that the filter screen can also use, can set for as required, and this application is not limited to this, and in addition, the prompt message can be pilot lamp, alarm sound, prompt phrase etc. this application does not limit. In addition, different prompt messages can be set for different types of filter screens to show differences.
In this embodiment, the first detection module 3 specifically includes:
an expected duration obtaining unit 31, configured to obtain an expected usage duration of the filter screen to be detected;
the remaining duration determining unit 32 is configured to determine the remaining usage duration of the filter screen to be detected according to the expected usage duration and the accumulated working duration;
and the detection unit 33 is configured to detect whether the remaining usage time is lower than the corresponding working time alarm threshold.
In order to facilitate a user to more intuitively know the use degree of the filter screen to be detected, the prompt system further comprises a display module 4;
the display module 4 is used for displaying the remaining service life of the filter screen to be detected.
Specifically, the display screen may be set to display the specific remaining usage time, or display the percentage corresponding to the remaining usage time, which is not limited in the present application.
In addition, in this embodiment, the modules related to data processing in the system may all be disposed in the MCU of the product, and no additional circuit is required, so that the development cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the judgment is automatically performed according to the accumulated working time of the filter screen and the corresponding working time alarm threshold, so as to intelligently remind the client to replace the filter screen in time.
