In order to solve the problems mentioned in the background art that the existing feature extraction method for clothing color is not highly universal or the result is unstable, the present application provides a clothing color segmentation and extraction method based on mathematical statistics, which is described in detail below by embodiments.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a clothing color segmentation and extraction method based on mathematical statistics according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises at least the following steps:
s101: acquiring an image; the image comprises a human body image, and the human body wears a garment to be subjected to color segmentation and extraction;
specifically, there are various methods for acquiring the clothing image, for example, acquiring a video and extracting images from the video frame by frame, or directly acquiring a single picture image. The obtained video can be obtained from various ways, including downloading from a network, shooting by the user, and the like, and a single picture image is directly obtained in the same way as long as the finally obtained image comprises a human body and the human body wears clothes which the user wants to retrieve.
S102: carrying out human body detection on the image to detect the position of a human body in the image, and segmenting the human body image to obtain a human body image slice;
specifically, the human body detection process may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited thereto, for example, the human body detection may be implemented by using a detection model obtained in advance based on deep learning model training. In addition, the process of segmenting the human body image to obtain the human body image slice refers to segmenting the human body image part in the image (actually segmenting the clothing part) to obtain a plurality of different sub-images, and the process can be realized by referring to the method in the prior art, and is not described in detail. It should be noted that, the human body image and the slice thereof mentioned in the embodiment refer to an image and a slice thereof containing only a single human body.
Further, when the step S101 is to acquire a video and extract a resulting image from the video frame by frame, the step S102 may be to perform human body detection on the image to detect the position of the human body in the image, where: acquiring a set detection area; generating a detection area image based on the single frame video image; detecting the human body of the detection area image by using a pre-trained detection model; the detection model may be obtained based on deep learning model training, and the deep learning model that may be adopted includes YOLOv3, YOLOv4, YOLOv5, fasterncn, SSD, MTCNN model, and the like, and is preferably YOLOv3 model.
Regarding the set detection area, since the acquired image may include a plurality of human bodies and different human bodies may wear different garments, when one of the garments needs to be subjected to color feature extraction, the user needs to set the corresponding detection area, which is to say, the user substantially selects the target garment.
In addition, when the method is applied, besides the detection area needs to be preset, each algorithm parameter needs to be preset and stored, for example: the Clustering radius alpha and the area proportion coefficient beta of a DBSCAN (sensitivity-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) Clustering algorithm in the subsequent step; the preset threshold Thresh used for determining the alternative classes in the subsequent steps; setting post-processing parameters such as NMS (Non-Maximum Suppression) parameter rho, confidence coefficient parameter sigma and Top number parameter tau for the deep learning model; and so on.

preprocessing the human body image slice; preprocessing comprises Gaussian blurring and downsampling; gaussian Blur (Gaussian Blur), also called Gaussian smoothing, is used to reduce image noise and reduce detail levels; in addition, for an image I with the size of M multiplied by N, the image I is subjected to s-time down-sampling to obtain the image IThe resolution image of the size, namely, the image in the original image s multiplied by s window is changed into a pixel, and the value of the pixel is the average value of all pixels in the window; through preprocessing, the detection image is further optimized, the subsequent processing speed can be accelerated, and meanwhile, unnecessary interference is further avoided;
obtained after the pretreatmentThe image of (2) is subjected to HLS (Hue, brightness and Saturation) color space conversion, channel splitting is carried out to obtain single H, L, S data, H, S data are spliced into N multiplied by 2 vectors according to pixel coordinates, and the vectors are used as clustering data ClusterData, wherein N is wb×hb,wb,hbRespectively the width and the height of the human body image slice;
generating M color classes, namely class (class) based on DBSCAN clustering algorithm0,class1,class2,…classm-1) (ii) a Before the algorithm is applied, parameters such as an area proportion parameter beta, a clustering radius alpha and the like need to be set, during clustering, firstly, a DBSCAN parameter min _ P ts is calculated to be Nxbeta, then, clustering based on density is carried out on clustering data ClusterData according to the clustering radius alpha and the calculated min _ P ts, and M color classes can be obtained; compared with the Kmeans algorithm, the DBSCAN clustering algorithm does not need to preset the clustering number, has more visual and stable effect and better accords with the expectation;
counting the generated characteristic vector of each color class to obtain the size of each class;
if the cluster number is larger than 3 classes, namely M is larger than 3, sorting the sizes of the classes from large to small, calculating the occupation ratio corresponding to each class by combining the sizes of the human body image slices, and taking the class with the occupation ratio larger than or equal to a preset threshold value T res as an alternative class; if the cluster number is less than or equal to 3 classes, namely M is less than or equal to 3, all the classes are taken as alternative classes;
using Euclidean distance formula to obtain image center pointThe image points p (i, j) are the other end points and are connected into a line segment to generate a distance Mask with the same size as the human body image slice (wherein i, j are the horizontal and vertical coordinates of the image points p respectively); wherein, the central pixel value is 0, the farther away from the center, the larger the pixel value, and the expression is:
and accumulating pixel values corresponding to the distance Mask by using the coordinates of the pixels of each alternative class, and taking the accumulated result as the error er of each alternative classnThe expression is:
selecting n types with the minimum error from the candidate types as the color segmentation extraction result Choose, which specifically comprises the following steps: class [ C oose ═ Class ]0 Class1…]。
S104: and outputting the color segmentation and extraction result.
The output segmentation extraction result is one or more color features, which can be used for searching, and the searching process is not limited in this application, and therefore, the detailed description is not given.

if the cluster number is larger than 3 classes, namely M is larger than 3, sorting the sizes of the classes from large to small, calculating the occupation ratio corresponding to each class by combining the sizes of the human body image slices, and taking the class with the occupation ratio larger than or equal to a preset threshold value as an alternative class; if the cluster number is less than or equal to 3 classes, namely M is less than or equal to 3, all the classes are taken as alternative classes;
using an Euclidean distance formula, taking an image center point as a fixed end point, taking an image point p (i, j) as another end point, connecting into a line segment, and generating a distance with the same size as the human body image slice; wherein, the central pixel value is 0, and the farther away from the center, the larger the pixel value;
accumulating pixel values of corresponding distances by using coordinates of the pixels of each alternative class, and taking an accumulated result as an error of each alternative class;
and selecting the n classes with the minimum error from the candidate classes as the color segmentation and extraction result.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
a video is acquired and images are extracted from the video frame by frame.
10. A clothing color segmentation and extraction device based on mathematical statistics is characterized by comprising:
a memory and a processor coupled to the memory;
the memory is used for storing a program, and the program is at least used for realizing the clothing color segmentation and extraction method based on mathematical statistics as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6;
the processor is used for calling and executing the program stored in the memory.
