Abstract

A document page editing method comprises the steps of acquiring an editing mode selected by a user in a page directory of a current document when a command for editing a page is received; editing the page in the current document according to the obtained editing mode; wherein the page directory is used for displaying the thumbnail form of the page in the current document. The invention can reduce the complicated operation during page editing, avoid manual operation errors and improve the document editing efficiency.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for editing a document page.
Background
When a user needs to perform an editing operation on a Word document page, for example, when the page sequence is switched, for example, when the user needs to put the content of a second page in front of a first page, the operation that the user needs to perform is to cut the content of the second page to the head of the first page or cut the first page to the tail of the second page.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a document page editing method, including the following steps:

In an exemplary embodiment, the "command to edit a page" in step S101 may be a start command option selected by the user in the page editing mode, such as the "page directory" icon instruction in the toolbar shown in fig. 4; the command can also be an operation command of the mouse, or other shortcut commands.
In an exemplary embodiment, in step S101, "obtain editing mode selected by user", in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before the user drags page 3 to page 1, the process of detecting the mouse operation of the user is to receive "command to edit page", and also to "obtain" editing mode; in another embodiment, when the user selects to enter the "edit page" mode first, i.e. receives a command to edit a page, the user operation is detected, i.e. the edit mode is obtained.

According to the method, the position of a new page built by a user in a page directory is obtained, and the new page before or after a specified page can be selected by obtaining the option of the user in an 'edit page' mode; or selecting the position of the new page by a mouse or other shortcut keys.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when a user needs to newly create a page before page 1, the mouse is moved to a position before page 1, and clicking is performed to determine the position, so as to newly create the page. An exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when a user needs to copy page 3 between page 1 and page 2, page 3 in an abbreviated form is selected in a page directory for copying, a position between page 1 and page 2 in an abbreviated form is selected and pasted by using a mouse in the page directory, and page 3 is automatically copied between page 1 and page 2 in the current document.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the page to be copied may be the page in the current document, or the page directory of other documents may be copied to the current document.
An exemplary embodiment, when the editing mode selected by the user is to edit page content, the editing the page in the current document according to the obtained editing mode in step S102 includes: acquiring a page to be subjected to content editing in an abbreviated form selected by a user in a page directory; and editing the page to be subjected to content editing in the thumbnail form in a preset content editing mode according to the condition that a user edits the page to be subjected to content editing in a page directory, and correspondingly editing the page to be subjected to content editing in the current document.
An exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when a user performs an editing operation on page 1 in a thumbnail form, page 1 in the current document is automatically edited accordingly.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the editing mode comprises at least one of:
creating a page, deleting the page, adjusting the page sequence, cutting the page, copying the page, hiding the page, splitting the page and editing the page content.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the editing mode selected by the user is a new page, the editing the page in the current document according to the obtained editing mode comprises:
acquiring the position of a newly built page of a user in a page directory;
when the position of a new page built by a user in a page directory is between adjacent pages, adding the new page between corresponding adjacent pages in the current document; or when the position of the newly built page in the page directory of the user is before or after the appointed page, correspondingly adding the newly built page before or after the appointed page in the current document.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein when the editing mode selected by the user is splitting the page, the editing the page in the current document according to the obtained editing mode comprises:
acquiring a page to be split in an abbreviated form selected by a user in a page directory;
and correspondingly splitting the page to be split in the current document according to the splitting mode selected by the user.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the splitting manner comprises one of: and splitting the page according to the chapters and splitting the page according to the paging marks.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein when the user-selected editing mode is adjusting page order, editing the page in the current document according to the obtained editing mode comprises:
acquiring a page to be adjusted in an abbreviated form selected by a user in a page directory;
and adjusting the page to be adjusted to a corresponding position in the current document according to the position of the user in the page directory for the page to be adjusted in the abbreviated form.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the placement positions of the pages to be sequenced comprise:
the obtained user drags the stop position of the page in the abbreviated form in the order to be adjusted in the page directory; or the obtained designated position selected by the user in the edit page mode comprises the front or the back of the designated page.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein when the editing mode selected by the user is copying a page, editing the page in the current document according to the obtained editing mode comprises:
acquiring a page to be copied in an abbreviated form selected by a user in a page directory;
and according to the pasting position of the page to be copied in the abbreviated form in the page directory by the user, pasting the page to be copied to the corresponding position in the current document.
9. The method of claim 2, wherein when the editing mode selected by the user is editing page content, editing the page within the current document in the obtained editing mode comprises:
acquiring a page to be subjected to content editing in an abbreviated form selected by a user in a page directory;
and editing the page to be subjected to content editing in the thumbnail form in a preset content editing mode according to the condition that a user edits the page to be subjected to content editing in a page directory, and correspondingly editing the page to be subjected to content editing in the current document.
10. A document page editing apparatus, comprising:
