In this step, an access path sequence table is generated according to the transaction item access list, and the access path sequence table records the websites according to the access sequence, so that subsequent operations are facilitated.

In the process, an access path sequence table is read, websites are recorded in the access path sequence table according to the access sequence, then, each website is accessed according to the recorded sequence, corresponding thumbnails are generated according to the webpage corresponding to the website after the website is accessed, main content contained in the webpage and materials required by the website corresponding to the government affair matters are recorded in each thumbnail, and therefore a user can conveniently select the main content and the materials.

fig. 6 is a flowchart of a process of establishing a keyword fuzzy matching database according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The flow chart depicted in figure 6 includes the following steps,
s601, acquiring a keyword lexicon;
s602, crawling fuzzy keywords close to the word senses in the network by taking each keyword in the keyword lexicon as a reference item;
in this step, the keyword fuzzy matching database stores not only correct keywords, but also fuzzy keywords having the same meaning or similar meaning as the keywords, and the fuzzy keywords can be obtained by crawling from the network based on the keywords.
S602, storing all fuzzy keywords and the link relation between the keywords and the fuzzy keywords.
In this step, the keyword is used as a core, and a link relationship is established between the keyword and the fuzzy keyword synonymous with the keyword, so that when matching is performed, the corresponding keyword can be found according to the fuzzy keyword.

fig. 7 is an architecture diagram of an e-government-affairs oriented online personalized recommendation system for a computer device with a display screen according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the e-government-affairs oriented online personalized recommendation system includes:
the database construction module is used for constructing a government affair item-website corresponding table;
the user information acquisition module is used for acquiring character information input by a user;
the characteristic vector extraction module is used for extracting the characteristics of the text information and generating a characteristic extraction vector;
the access path generation module is used for traversing the government affair item-website corresponding table according to the feature extraction vector to generate an access path sequence table;
the thumbnail generation module is used for accessing the corresponding webpage according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list and generating thumbnails of the corresponding webpage;
and the thumbnail recommendation module is used for recommending the corresponding thumbnails to the user according to the sequence of accessing the webpage.
In this embodiment, a database construction module is used to create and construct a government affair item-website address correspondence table, a user information acquisition module is used to acquire character information entered by a user, a feature vector extraction module is used to perform feature extraction on the character information and generate a feature extraction vector, and an access path generation module is used to traverse the government affair item-website address correspondence table according to the feature extraction vector and generate an access path sequence table; accessing the corresponding webpage according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list through a thumbnail generation module, and generating thumbnails of the corresponding webpage; and recommending the corresponding thumbnails to the user according to the sequence of accessing the webpage through a thumbnail recommending module.
In one embodiment, a computer device is proposed, the computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
constructing a government affair item-website corresponding table;
acquiring character information input by a user;
performing feature extraction on the character information and generating a feature extraction vector;
traversing a government affair item-website corresponding table according to the feature extraction vector to generate an access path sequence table;
accessing the corresponding web pages according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list, and generating thumbnails of the corresponding web pages;
and recommending the corresponding thumbnails to the user according to the sequence of accessing the webpage.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
constructing a government affair item-website corresponding table;
acquiring character information input by a user;
performing feature extraction on the character information and generating a feature extraction vector;
traversing a government affair item-website corresponding table according to the feature extraction vector to generate an access path sequence table;
accessing the corresponding web pages according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list, and generating thumbnails of the corresponding web pages;
and recommending the corresponding thumbnails to the user according to the sequence of accessing the webpage.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments of the present invention are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in various embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. An electronic government affair handling oriented online personalized recommendation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
constructing a government affair item-website corresponding table;
acquiring character information input by a user;
performing feature extraction on the character information and generating a feature extraction vector;
traversing a government affair item-website corresponding table according to the feature extraction vector to generate an access path sequence table;
accessing the corresponding web pages according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list, and generating thumbnails of the corresponding web pages;
and recommending the corresponding thumbnails to the user according to the sequence of accessing the webpage.
2. The electronic government affair oriented online personalized recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of constructing the government affair item-website correspondence table specifically comprises:
establishing a government affair database;
reading a government affair item list stored in a government affair database;
reading a government affair website list stored in a government affair database;
and establishing a government affair item-website corresponding table according to the government affair item detail table and the government affair website detail table.
3. The e-government affair transaction oriented online personalized recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing feature extraction on the text information and generating a feature extraction vector specifically comprises:
establishing a keyword fuzzy matching database;
freely combining the character information to obtain a combined keyword table;
searching the keyword fuzzy matching database according to the combined keyword table to obtain a search result;
and generating a feature extraction vector according to the retrieval result.
4. The e-government affair transaction oriented online personalized recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of traversing the government affair item-website correspondence table according to the feature extraction vector to generate the access path sequence table specifically comprises:
reading a feature extraction vector;
traversing the government affair item-website corresponding table according to the feature extraction vector to obtain a government affair item access list;
and generating an access path sequence list according to the transaction item access list.

The e-government affair transaction oriented online personalized recommendation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of accessing the corresponding web pages according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list and generating the thumbnails of the corresponding web pages specifically comprises:
reading an access path sequence table, wherein the access path sequence table at least records websites corresponding to each government affair and the sequence of accessing each website;
and accessing the websites one by one according to the sequence of accessing the websites, and generating corresponding thumbnails after accessing, wherein the thumbnails at least record the names of the government affair matters and the material lists required for handling the government affair matters.
6. The e-government affair oriented online personalized recommendation method according to claim 3, wherein the step of establishing the keyword fuzzy matching database specifically comprises:
acquiring a keyword lexicon;
taking each keyword in the keyword lexicon as a reference item, and crawling fuzzy keywords close to the word meaning in the network;
all fuzzy keywords and the link relation between the keywords and the fuzzy keywords are stored.
7. The e-government affairs oriented online personalized recommendation method according to claim 3, wherein before retrieving the keyword fuzzy matching database according to the combined keyword table, further comprising performing wrongly written or mispronounced word correction processing on the combined keyword.
8. An electronic government affairs oriented online personalized recommendation system is characterized by comprising:
the database construction module is used for constructing a government affair item-website corresponding table;
the user information acquisition module is used for acquiring character information input by a user;
the characteristic vector extraction module is used for extracting the characteristics of the text information and generating a characteristic extraction vector;
the access path generation module is used for traversing the government affair item-website corresponding table according to the feature extraction vector to generate an access path sequence table;
the thumbnail generation module is used for accessing the corresponding webpage according to the sequence of the access paths recorded in the access path sequence list and generating thumbnails of the corresponding webpage;
and the thumbnail recommendation module is used for recommending the corresponding thumbnails to the user according to the sequence of accessing the webpage.
9. A computer arrangement, characterized by comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the e-government affairs oriented online personalized recommendation method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method for online personalized recommendation for e-government affairs oriented according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
