Abstract
The present disclosure provides a motor braking protection method, including: detecting a pressure value of a brake of the motor; judging the running state of the brake according to the pressure value of the brake; and if the pressure value is abnormal, controlling the motor to stop running. According to the motor brake protection method, the running state of the motor brake system can be fed back to the encoder through the pressure sensor, the encoder receives and processes signals from the pressure sensor, the driver is communicated with the encoder, and the running of the motor brake system can be controlled according to the received encoder signals. When the value of the pressure sensor is abnormal, the driver controls the motor to stop running, so that the condition that the motor is abnormally stopped due to abnormal work of a motor braking system is prevented, and the life cycle and the competitiveness of a servo product are improved.

Technical Field
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of motors, and particularly relates to a motor brake protection method, a motor brake protection device and a motor.
Background
The motor is an electromagnetic device for realizing electric energy conversion or transmission according to the electromagnetic induction law, and is mainly used as a power source of various machines. Currently, our electric machines mainly use electromagnetic brakes to realize braking.
The motor using the electromagnetic brake causes abnormal failure of braking of the whole motor due to abnormality of the brake, thereby affecting the operation characteristics and control accuracy of the whole motor.

When the motor normally runs and the pressure value of the pressure sensor 1 is H, the driver controls the current of the motor to be unchanged, and the motor keeps normally running; when the pressure value of the pressure sensor 1 is M, the driver controls the current of the motor to be reduced, the motor runs at a low speed, and the driver reports the need of maintenance and alarm; when the pressure value of the pressure sensor 1 is L, the driver controls the current of the motor to be 0, the motor stops running, and the driver reports that the brake is damaged and gives an alarm. Wherein H > M > L > 0.
According to the motor brake protection method, the running state of the motor brake system can be fed back to the encoder through the pressure sensor 1, the encoder receives and processes signals from the pressure sensor 1, the driver is communicated with the encoder, and the running of the motor brake system can be controlled according to the received encoder signals. When the value of the pressure sensor 1 is abnormal, the driver controls the motor to stop running, so that the condition that the motor is abnormally stopped due to abnormal work of a motor braking system is prevented, and the life cycle and the competitiveness of a servo product are improved.
The embodiment also provides a protection device, and the motor braking protection method is adopted.
In some embodiments, the brake is included, the brake includes an armature 3 and a stator 2, an elastic member 4 is arranged between the armature 3 and the stator 2, and the pressure sensor 1 is arranged on the elastic member 4.
