Background
With the continuous progress of social development, wood is used in various fields, the wood needs to be processed before being finished, however, the wood needs to be cut and punched in different lengths during the processing, and therefore, the length and the pore diameter of the wood need to be measured frequently.
At present, a three-coordinate measuring instrument is usually used for detecting the center distance between the large head hole and the small head hole of the plate, but the measuring speed of the measuring instrument is relatively slow, and when the center distance between the large head hole and the small head hole of the plate is determined, the hollow shaft centers of the large head hole and the small head hole need to be determined firstly, so that the measuring is troublesome, and the requirements of mass production, quick detection or batch detection cannot be met. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

3. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the wood to be measured can be fixed through the adjusting screw rod on the base mounting groove, so that the situation that the measuring route is inclined during measurement is reduced, and the measuring accuracy is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the measuring device for wood processing in the embodiment of the present application is used for measuring the length of wood to be measured, and includes a base 1 for placing the wood to be measured, a scale 2 installed on the base 1 and configured with a first marking member 21 and a second marking member 22, the first marking member 21 and/or the second marking member 22 can be movably disposed on the scale 2 along a scale arrangement direction of the scale, and a lifting device 3 for driving the scale 2 to move up and down until the first marking member 21 and the second marking member 22 can be respectively marked at two target positions of the wood by moving along the scale 2.
Specifically, when the length between the head end and the tail end of the wood to be measured needs to be measured, the lifting device is adjusted to lift in the vertical direction as shown in fig. 1, so that the first marking member 21 and the second marking member 22 are located at the same horizontal position as the head end and the tail end of the wood to be measured. And then adjusting the first indicator 21 and/or the second indicator 22 to enable the first indicator 21 and the second indicator 22 to respectively contact the head end and the tail end of the wood to be measured, so that the first indicator 21 and the second indicator 22 complete respective position indication. And then, according to two readings of the graduated scale 2 corresponding to the respective marking positions of the first marking member 21 and the second marking member 22, that is, two readings are reflected on the graduated scale 2 by the two marking positions of the first marking member 21 and the second marking member 22, and the difference between the two readings is the length value of the wood to be measured.
The base 1 is provided with a mounting groove for holding the wood to be tested, at least one adjusting screw (not shown in the figure) is mounted in the mounting groove, and the adjusting screw can be screwed in or out to abut against the surface of the wood, so that the wood to be tested is fixed in the mounting groove. In this way, the fixing of the wood accommodated in the mounting groove can be completed by operating the adjusting screw, so that the rolling of the wood caused by the contact of the first and second indicators 21 and 22 with two target positions of the wood is avoided, and the rolling of the wood becomes more prominent particularly when the wood is in a regular circle shape. Of course, the two target positions of the wood are unintentionally touched by the lifting of the lifting device and the movement of the first and second indicators 21, 22 along the scale.
As one of the implementation forms of the lifting device 3, the lifting device 3 is fixed on the upper surface of the base 1 through the support rod 11, and includes a motor 31, a nut seat 32 fixedly installed, and a screw 33 matched with the thread of the nut seat 32, the screw 33 vertically penetrates through the nut seat 32 and is in threaded connection with the nut in the nut seat 32, and the lower end of the screw 33 is fixedly connected to the power output rod of the motor 31.
It is readily appreciated that the lifting device may also take the form of a pneumatic cylinder, an electric cylinder, or the like as is well known in the art.
Optionally, in order to further increase the rotation stability of the screw 33, a bearing seat 34 may be further disposed in the lifting device 3, such that the lower end of the screw 33 passes through the bearing seat 34 and is sleeved with a bearing in the bearing seat 34, and the bearing seat 34 is fixedly welded to the support rod 11.
Furthermore, a movable sleeve 12 is fixedly sleeved on the support rod 11, the left side and the right side of the movable sleeve 12 are respectively welded and fixed with the movable rod 13 which is horizontally arranged and the graduated scale 2 which is horizontally arranged, the nut seat 32 is welded and fixed with the other end of the movable rod 13, the screw rod 33 is driven to rotate through the driving motor 31, the nut seat 32 which is in threaded connection with the screw rod 33 moves oppositely, and the nut seat 32 drives the movable rod 13 and the movable sleeve 12 to move downwards, so that the graduated scale 2 is driven to move up and down. The movable sleeve 12 can be used for better realizing the detachable installation of the graduated scale and the lifting device, and meanwhile, the lifting device can be detached from the graduated scale when the lifting device is adjusted to be installed up and down.
The measuring device of the present invention further comprises a first fixing head 211 for mounting the first indicator 21 on the scale 2 and a second fixing head 221 for mounting the second indicator 22 on the scale 2. The first fixing head 211 and the second fixing head 221 are conical or truncated cone-shaped with a lower bottom surface smaller than an upper bottom surface, so that punching holes with different diameters can be conveniently inserted, and wood is fixed on the base 1 without moving.
Optionally, the first fixing head 211 and the second fixing head 221 are at least partially transparent, such as transparent plastic, but not limited thereto. The scale 213 can be read through the transparent portions of the first and second fixed heads 211, 221. The transparent material may be conventional plastic such as PET, PC, etc.
Further, the first indicator 21 and the second indicator 22 respectively have a needle 212, a scale 213 is disposed on the needle 212, the scale arrangement direction of the scale 213 is along the extending direction of the needle 212, and the tip of the needle extends out of the scale 213. Thus, depth measurement of pit defects on wood can be performed. In operation, the tip of needle 212 is caused to move (by the raising and lowering of the raising and lowering means) to the bottom of the pit.
It should be added that the tip of the needle 212 facilitates its contact with the target site of the wood to be measured for identification, and also facilitates its insertion into the pit of the wood during the aforementioned depth measurement.
The first fixing head 211 and the second fixing head 221 are provided with measuring holes 214 vertically penetrating through the first fixing head 211 and the second fixing head 221, and the measuring holes 214 are located at the center positions of the upper and lower bottom surfaces of the first fixing head 211 and the second fixing head 221. The needle 212 is fixedly mounted to the first and second mounting heads through the measuring holes 214, respectively.
The measuring device provided by the invention further comprises a sliding sleeve 23 movably sleeved on the outer surface of the graduated scale 2, and the sliding sleeve 23 is fixedly connected to the first marking piece 21 or the second marking piece 22. The sliding sleeve 23 includes a sleeve body for covering the outer surface of the scale 2, a threaded hole (not shown) formed in the sleeve body and communicating with the inner cavity of the sleeve body, and a bolt member (not shown) engaged with the threaded hole. When the sliding sleeve 23 slides to the target position, the position of the first indicator 21 or the second indicator 22 on the scale 2 can be fixed by screwing in or out the bolt, so as to prevent the first indicator 21 or the second indicator 22 from being touched by mistake and the reading is affected.
Optionally, the sliding sleeve 23 is at least partially transparent, for example, conventional plastic such as PET, PC, etc., to facilitate viewing of the scale 2 through the sliding sleeve, but is not limited thereto.
Specifically, when the measuring device for wood processing is used, firstly, wood is placed in a mounting groove of a base 1, an adjusting screw is screwed to abut against the surface of the wood to fix the wood, then a motor 31 is started to drive a screw 33 to rotate, so that a nut seat 32 in threaded connection with the screw 33 moves oppositely, the nut seat 32 drives a moving rod 13 and a moving sleeve 12 to move downwards, and therefore a graduated scale 2 is driven to move downwards until a first marking piece 21 and a second marking piece 22 reach a target position of the wood, a sliding sleeve 23 is moved, and the length of the wood is read according to scales on the graduated scale 2; the needle 212 on the first marker 21 is inserted into the punched hole of the front end of the wood, the scale of the scale 213 is read out through the marker to obtain the depth of the hole of the front end of the wood, the needle on the second fixing head 221 is inserted into the punched hole of the rear end of the wood by sliding the second fixing head 221, the depth of the hole of the rear end is read out, and the distance between the two holes is obtained according to the scale corresponding to the scale 2 at the moment. Therefore, the distance between the large head hole and the small head hole of the wood can be measured, the depth of the large head hole and the depth of the small head hole can be measured, and the operation is fast and convenient.
