According to the air outlet frame structure, the air sweeping blades driven by the connecting rods on the two sides of the supporting part are respectively arranged on the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, so that the supporting part in the air outlet is avoided on one hand, the change of the air outlet frame structure is reduced on the other hand, the production can be completed by using the original mold, the production cost is reduced, and the applicability of the air outlet frame structure.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting plate 901 and the second connecting plate 902 are integrally formed, and the wind sweeping blades 6 driven by the screw rod 4 at two sides of the supporting portion 5 are disposed on the same mounting plate 9, so as to further improve the assembly efficiency of the blade oscillating device.
The wind sweeping blades on the two sides of the supporting part can be independently fixed, a plurality of wind sweeping blades on the same side of the supporting part can be fixed on one connecting plate, a plurality of wind sweeping blades on the two sides of the supporting part can be fixed on the same connecting plate, and the connecting plate can be fixed on the upper plate of the air outlet and the lower plate of the air outlet, so that the universal matching type of the wind sweeping blade type air conditioner is improved.
As an example of the present invention, the connection between the wind-sweeping blade rotating shaft 602 and the first connecting plate 901/the second connecting plate 902 may be a pivot connection, or may be an integral molding, which is convenient for manufacturing and production and ensures the wind-sweeping effect of the swing blade assembly. Because the wind-sweeping blade and the first connecting plate 901/the second connecting plate 902 are made of plastic materials, when the wind-sweeping blade 6 is integrally formed with the first connecting plate 901/the second connecting plate 902 through the wind-sweeping blade rotating shaft, the wind-sweeping blade can still rotate relative to the first connecting plate 901/the second connecting plate 902 along the wind-sweeping blade rotating shaft 13.
The air guide device provided by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the processing and the manufacturing are convenient, the traditional processing die can be directly used, the production cost is reduced, and the maintenance and the assembly of the swing blade component are convenient through the swing blade device in the embodiment 1.
The air guide device is simple in structure, the screw rod and the plurality of wind sweeping blades on the two sides of the supporting part can be conveniently assembled at the same time, the mounting and dismounting efficiency is greatly improved, the connecting rod and the wind sweeping blades can be quickly dismounted or mounted when an air duct is cleaned, the driving device drives the screw rod to rotate, the instant transmission is realized, the transmission efficiency of the swing blade device in use is improved, the output shaft of the motor and the screw rod are coaxially arranged, a crank is not required to be added for power transmission, the swing blade device can be driven by a small motor, the power loss is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
