when the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 3 are connected, firstly, when the water inlet pipe 2 is connected with the drip irrigation water pipe 8, the connector of the drip irrigation water pipe is contacted with the inner wall of the annular cover A201, and the annular cover A201 forms an auxiliary sealing structure of the drip irrigation water pipe 8; secondly, when the drain pipe 3 is connected with the drip irrigation water pipe 8, the connector of the drip irrigation water pipe is contacted with the inner wall of the annular cover B301, and the annular cover B301 forms an auxiliary sealing structure of the drip irrigation water pipe 8; thirdly, the head ends of the guide block B303 and the guide block A203 are both in a conical structure, so that the smoothness of the drip irrigation water pipe 8 when being connected with the water inlet pipe 2 and the water outlet pipe 3 can be improved; fourthly, all weld a clamp 702 on two fixed arms 701, and work as clamp 702 and the fixed back of drip irrigation water pipe 8 and advance water pipe 2 and drain pipe 3 position and aim at well to fixed arm 701 and clamp 702 have constituteed the supplementary fixed knot structure of inlet tube 2 and drain pipe 3 jointly, thereby can prevent that inlet tube 2 and drain pipe 3 atress from leading to the sealed effect reduction with valve body 1 department.

Claims (8)
1. Agricultural planting is choke valve for drip irrigation system, its characterized in that: comprises a valve body (1), a sealing ring (102) and a cover plate (103); a water inlet pipe (2) is welded on the valve body (1), and a water drain pipe (3) is also welded on the valve body (1); the valve body (1) is in threaded connection with an adjusting rod (4), the adjusting rod (4) is in rotary connection with a sealing block (5), and the valve body (1) is symmetrically welded with two fixing structures (7); the valve body (1) comprises a sealing gasket A (104), a sealing gasket A (104) is further embedded in the cover plate (103), and the sealing gasket A (104) is in a compression state after the cover plate (103) and the valve body (1) are fixed; the section of the sealing ring (102) is of an inverted L-shaped structure; the valve body (1) further comprises a sleeve (105) and a sealing gasket B (106), the sleeve (105) is welded at the position, located in the bolt hole, of the top end face of the valve body (1), the sleeve (105) is in a sealed inserting connection with the cover plate (103) after the valve body (1) and the cover plate (103) are fixed, and a locking bolt (6) is inserted into the sleeve (105); a sealing gasket B (106) is adhered to the top end face of the sleeve (105), and the sealing gasket B (106) is in a tightly-pushed state after the valve body (1) and the cover plate (103) are fixed.

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 1, wherein: the valve body (1) comprises a baffle (101), the baffle (101) is welded on the valve body (1), and the top end face of the baffle (101) is in contact with the sealing block (5); when the sealing block (5) is in contact with the top end face of the baffle (101), the sealing block is also in contact with the outer wall of the water inlet pipe (2), the valve body (1) is in a sealing state at the moment, and the sealing block (5) is also in contact with the head end of the water outlet pipe (3).

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 1, wherein: the valve body (1) further comprises a sealing ring (102) and a cover plate (103), the sealing ring (102) is welded on the top end face of the valve body (1), the cover plate (103) is fixedly connected to the valve body (1) through a bolt, and the sealing ring (102) and the inner wall of the cover plate (103) jointly form an auxiliary sealing structure.

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 1, wherein: the valve body (1) further comprises a clamping groove (107), the clamping groove (107) is formed in the position, located in the bolt hole, of the valve body (1), and the clamping groove (107) is of a hexagonal structure; the clamping groove (107) is matched with the shape of the bolt head on the locking bolt (6), and the clamping groove (107) forms an auxiliary limiting structure of the locking bolt (6).

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 1, wherein: the water inlet pipe (2) comprises an annular cover A (201) and a groove A (202), the annular cover A (201) is welded at the position of a connector of the water inlet pipe (2), the groove A (202) is welded on the annular cover A (201), and the groove A (202) is of a conical groove-shaped structure; when the water inlet pipe (2) is connected with the drip irrigation water pipe (8), the connector of the drip irrigation water pipe (8) is contacted with the inner wall of the annular cover A (201), and the annular cover A (201) forms an auxiliary sealing structure of the drip irrigation water pipe (8).

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 1, wherein: the drain pipe (3) comprises an annular cover B (301) and a groove B (302), the annular cover B (301) is welded at the position of a connector of the drain pipe (3), the groove B (302) is formed in the annular cover A (201), and the groove B (302) is of a conical groove-shaped structure; when the drain pipe (3) is connected with the drip irrigation water pipe (8), the connector of the drip irrigation water pipe (8) is contacted with the inner wall of the annular cover B (301), and the annular cover B (301) forms an auxiliary sealing structure of the drip irrigation water pipe (8).

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 5, wherein: the water inlet pipe (2) further comprises a guide block A (203), and the guide block A (203) is welded on the annular cover A (201); the drain pipe (3) further comprises a guide block B (303), the annular cover B (301) is welded with the guide block B (303), the guide block B (303) and the guide block A (203) are matched with a connecting clamping groove on the drip irrigation water pipe (8), and the head ends of the guide block B (303) and the guide block A (203) are of conical structures.

The agricultural planting drip irrigation system throttling valve of claim 1, wherein: the fixing structure (7) comprises two fixing arms (701) and a clamp (702), the two fixing arms (701) are arranged, and the two fixing arms (701) are welded on the valve body (1); all welded on two fixed arms (701) have a clamp (702), and work as clamp (702) and drip the fixed back of water pipe (8) of watering and drip water pipe (8) and drip the water pipe (8) and align with inlet tube (2) and drain pipe (3) position to fixed arm (701) and clamp (702) have constituteed the supplementary fixed knot structure of inlet tube (2) and drain pipe (3) jointly.
