技术领域
本发明是关于柴油发动机技术领域,特别是关于一种非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统。
背景技术
现有尾气控制技术主要有:DOC+CDPF+电加热尾气控制技术,DOC+DPF+SCR(含ASC)尾气控制技术,DOC+POC+SCR(含ASC)在用车尾气控制技术,DOC+POC+SCR(不含ASC)尾气控制技术。
但现有尾气控制技术存在以下缺点:
1、DOC+CDPF+电加热尾气控制技术:该技术通过电加热系统对后处理装置进行升温,保证碳氢化合物、碳氧化合物的氧化反应和碳颗粒的高效过滤,同时通过被动再生的持续进行对CDPF进行再生,保证整个装置在较长的生命周期内发挥作用;但后处理装置没有对氮氧化合物进行处理,导致不符合印度第四阶段的排放要求;
2、DOC+DPF+SCR(含ASC)尾气控制技术:DPF对颗粒的过滤效率达到99%以上,当DPF过滤累积的颗粒达到一定数量时,导致背压升高到标定的限值,触发后处理系统的再生,再生方案为驻车再生;驻车再生的过程主要是发动机燃油后喷,进入后处理的燃油经DOC氧化升温,高温尾气进入DPF,DPF累积的碳颗粒发生反应:C+O2->CO2,实现DPF再生。所以该技术方案以高过滤效率的DPF+驻车再生为主,高过滤效率意味着较高的驻车再生频次,该技术方案会导致发动机油耗升高;结合发动机原排,实现满足印度第四阶段排放对碳颗粒的过滤效率要求在40%-50%即可;同时,该布置方案为低背压一字型结构,有时因整车空间限制无法布置,整体方案具有一定的局限性。
3、DOC+POC+SCR(不含ASC)在用车尾气控制技术:缺少DOC后温度传感器,对于POC碳颗粒的被动再生反应温度需要计算,并非实测,对于标定而言虽然输入减少了,但控制精度变差;压差传感器测DOC+POC两端的排气压力,实际上POC是过滤器,测POC前后两端即可,只测POC两端压力,更便于标定阶段积碳的称重,也有利于建立碳载量的模型。该技术控制精度较差,碳载量模型建立难度较高;为了达到同样的精度、开发指标,需要进行大量的标定工作,开发周期长。
4、DOC+POC+SCR(不含ASC)尾气控制技术:较为复杂的温度传感器×4布置方案,即DOC前温度传感器、DOC后温度传感器、SCR前温度传感器、SCR后温度传感器,POC模块无主动再生功能,不需要监控POC的温度,同时4个温度传感器增加了电控标定的复杂程度及工作量;SCR结构中不带ASC模块,ASC的功能是消除过量的氨气(NH3),当为了提高氮氧化合物的转化率而增加尿素喷射量时,会导致尿素过喷,未反应完全的氨气(NH3)逃逸到大气中,违反排放法规要求。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其结构简单合理,降低了标定模型的复杂程度和标定工作量,且处理后的尾气满足国四排放标准。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,包括:DOC总成、POC总成、SCR总成、尿素喷射模块、第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器以及第三温度传感器。DOC总成的一端用以与发动机排气管连通。POC总成一端与DOC总成的另一端固定连通。SCR总成一端与DPF总成的另一端固定连通。尿素喷射模块设置于SCR总成上。第一温度传感器设置于DOC总成的一端上。第二温度传感器设置于SCR总成的一端上。第三温度传感器设置于SCR总成的另一端上。其中,发动机排气管中的尾气依次通过DOC总成、POC总成及SCR总成。
在本发明的一实施方式中,非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统还包括:第一氮氧传感器以及第二氮氧传感器。第一氮氧传感器设置于DOC总成的一端上。以及第二氮氧传感器设置于SCR总成的另一端上。
在本发明的一实施方式中,第一温度传感器用以检测所述DOC总成的所述一端的温度。
在本发明的一实施方式中,第二温度传感器和所述第三温度传感器分别用以检测所述SCR总成两端的温度。
在本发明的一实施方式中,非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统还包括压差传感器,设置于所述POC总成上,且所述压差传感器用以检测所述POC总成两端的压差。
在本发明的一实施方式中,尿素喷射模块包括喷嘴及尿素混合器。
在本发明的一实施方式中,DOC总成、所述POC总成及SCR总成呈一字型结构。
在本发明的一实施方式中,SCR总成集成有ASC模块。
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其结构简单合理,降低了标定模型的复杂程度和标定工作量,且处理后的尾气满足国四排放标准。

图1是根据本发明一实施方式的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统的主视结构示意图。如图1所示,根据本发明优选实施方式的一种非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,包括:DOC总成1(氧化催化器)、POC总成2(颗粒氧化型催化器)、SCR总成3(选择性催化还原系统)、尿素喷射模块7、第一温度传感器4、第二温度传感器5以及第三温度传感器6。DOC总成1的一端用以与发动机排气管11连通。POC总成2一端与DOC总成1的另一端固定连通。SCR总成3一端与DPF总成的另一端固定连通。尿素喷射模块7设置于SCR总成3上。第一温度传感器4设置于DOC总成1的一端上。第二温度传感器5设置于SCR总成3的一端上。第三温度传感器6设置于SCR总成3的另一端上。其中,发动机排气管11中的尾气依次通过DOC总成1、POC总成2及SCR总成3。

图2是根据本发明另一实施方式的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统的主视结构示意图。如图2所示,DOC总成1、POC总成2及SCR总成3呈U字型结构(U字型结构相较于图1中的一字型结构具有更好的通用性),其中进气管、DOC总成1、POC总成2和喷嘴71在U字的一边,而SCR总成3(集成有ASC模块)和出气管在U字的另一边,且尿素混合器72作为U字型两边的结构连接结构,整体用支架和卡箍固定。本实施例也具有如图1所示的多个传感器,因为连接关系位置相同,所以在此不再赘述。
实际应用中,本发明的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,综合评估了非道路国四排放的限值要求、颗粒捕集器的过滤能力、系统标定复杂程度后,将常规的DOC+DPF+SCR技术方案优化为DOC+POC+SCR(含ASC)。如图1所示,按气流顺序其结构为进气管、DOC总成1、POC总成2、喷嘴71、尿素混合器72、SCR总成3(含ASC模块)及出气管。POC的过滤效率约为DPF的50%,标定的背压限值不变,即主动再生的频次降低50%,意味着用户的用车效率更高,驻车再生的油耗降低50%,降低用户的使用成本。传感器布置方案:温度传感器×3+氮氧传感器×2+压差传感器10×1,DOC前温度传感器(第一温度传感器4)、SCR前温度传感器(第二温度传感器5)、SCR后温度传感器(第三温度传感器6),DOC前氮氧传感器(第一氮氧传感器8)、SCR后氮氧传感器(第二氮氧传感器9)及POC前后压差传感器10。三个温度传感器的布置方案,在不影响产品性能的前提下减少了系统标定复杂程度和工作量。而SCR前后氮氧传感器的布置方案,提高了氮氧化合物的转化效果监控及系统控制精度,且SCR总成3增加了ASC模块,当尿素过喷时消除了氨逃逸的风险,严格保证满足法规要求。同时,为了提高技术方案的通用性,开发了紧凑结构的U型方案。如图2所示,按气流顺序其结构同一字型结构;其中,进气管+DOC+POC+喷嘴71在U字的一边,SCR+ASC+出气管在U字另一边,尿素混合器72作为U字两边的连接结构,整体用支架、卡箍固定。
总之,本发明的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其结构简单合理,降低了标定模型的复杂程度和标定工作量,且处理后的尾气满足国四排放标准。

Claims (8)

1.一种非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
DOC总成,所述DOC总成的一端用以与发动机排气管连通;
POC总成,一端与所述DOC总成的另一端固定连通;
SCR总成,一端与所述DPF总成的另一端固定连通;
尿素喷射模块,设置于所述SCR总成上;
第一温度传感器,设置于所述DOC总成的所述一端上;
第二温度传感器,设置于所述SCR总成的所述一端上;以及
第三温度传感器,设置于所述SCR总成的另一端上;
其中,所述发动机排气管中的尾气依次通过所述DOC总成、所述POC总成及所述SCR总成。
2.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,还包括:
第一氮氧传感器,设置于所述DOC总成的所述一端上;以及
第二氮氧传感器,设置于所述SCR总成的所述另一端上。
3.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,所述第一温度传感器用以检测所述DOC总成的所述一端的温度。
4.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,所述第二温度传感器和所述第三温度传感器分别用以检测所述SCR总成两端的温度。
5.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,还包括压差传感器,设置于所述POC总成上,且所述压差传感器用以检测所述POC总成两端的压差。
6.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,所述尿素喷射模块包括喷嘴及尿素混合器。
7.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,所述DOC总成、所述POC总成及SCR总成呈一字型结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的非道路柴油发动机尾气排放控制系统,其特征在于,所述SCR总成集成有ASC模块。
