Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum instrument tools. And more particularly to an assembly for mounting a suspended probe tube and a method of mounting.
Background
In an oil drilling instrument, a probe is a unit for measuring, coding and transmitting engineering parameters and is a core part of the instrument. And measuring the three-axis vector of the gravity field and the magnetic field of the earth through the fluxgate and the accelerometer, thereby calculating the data of the well deviation, the direction, the tool face and the like of the point. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measured data, the probe tube needs to be arranged in a non-magnetic drill collar.
The existing probe tube is fixed with a drill collar through a connecting screw, meanwhile, the arc surface of a suspension paddle on the probe tube is tightly attached to the arc surface of an inner hole of the drill collar, and the screw fixes the probe tube on the drill collar and also provides reliable sealing between the probe tube and the drill collar. How to install and dismantle the probe tube is the problem that needs to be solved in the instrument use process.

after the arc surface of the hanging paddle is attached to the inner surface of the drill collar, the probe tube is fixedly connected with the drill collar through a connecting screw;
and disassembling the locking ring, the lifting tool, the supporting rod and the supporting support.

When the device is used, the arc surface of the hanging paddle 6 on the probe tube 5 is adjusted to one direction, the flat surfaces at two sides of the hanging paddle 6 are clamped into the opening of the support bracket 1, and the hanging paddle 6 is adjusted until the hanging paddle 6 can not rotate in the opening of the support bracket 1; the support rod 2 is connected with the first cylinder of the support holder 1 through threads; after the supporting rod 2, the supporting bracket 1 and the probing pipe 5 are connected, the supporting rod 2, the supporting bracket 1 and the probing pipe 5 connected to the supporting bracket 1 are inserted into the drill collar 8, when the probing pipe 5 is inserted into the drill collar 8, the arc surface of the hanging paddle 6 is close to the inner surface of the drill collar 8, the screw hole of the hanging paddle 6 is aligned with the screw hole of the drill collar 8, the hanging tool 3 is screwed in and locked by the locking ring 4, whether the arc surface of the hanging paddle 6 is completely attached to the inner surface of the drill collar 8 or not is observed, when the arc surface of the hanging paddle 6 is completely attached to the inner surface of the drill collar 8, the locking ring 4 and the hanging tool 3 are removed, the connecting screws 7 are screwed in all the screw holes of the drill collar 8 corresponding to the hanging paddle 6, the probing pipe 5 is fixedly connected with the drill collar 8, the supporting rod 2 and the supporting bracket 1 are removed, and all assembly work is completed.
When the probe tube is disassembled, the supporting rod 2 is connected with the supporting support 1, then the supporting support 1 extends into the drill collar 8, the hanging paddle 6 extends into the through hole of the supporting support 1, the opening of the supporting support 1 is clamped with the hanging paddle 6, the connecting screw 7 is disassembled, the supporting rod 2 is rotated, the arc surface on the hanging paddle 6 is separated from the inner surface of the drill collar 8, the supporting rod 2 is pushed, and the probe tube 5 is disassembled from the inner part of the drill collar 8.
