The coke dry quenching is an important technology for energy conservation and emission reduction in the metallurgical industry, and the principle is to cool red coke by heat exchange between inert gas and the red coke in a coke dry quenching furnace. During coke pushing, the coke pusher pushes the red coke in the coking chamber into the coke tank through the coke guide grid, then the red coke is conveyed to the bottom of a dry quenching lifting derrick by a carrying vehicle, and finally the red coke is lifted to the top of a dry quenching furnace by a lifter to be loaded with coke.
In the existing dry quenching production process, in the process that a coke tank receives red coke in front of a furnace and is conveyed to the bottom of a lifting derrick, the coke tank is always exposed in the atmosphere, so that the red coke is directly combusted in the air, a large amount of carbon dioxide is discharged, and harmful gases and dust are volatilized; and when the environment is polluted, part of heat is lost, and the heat utilization rate is reduced.
