The invention discloses a high-transparency PP composite material for a cosmetic pencil, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the transparent PP75-83 parts, the transparent PETG3-5 parts, the LLDPE3-5 parts, the POE-g-GMA6-8 parts, the antioxidant 0.2-0.5 part, the nano metal oxide 2-3 parts, the wetting agent 0.2-0.3 part and the dispersant 1-2 parts, the composite material is synergistically toughened by the PP, LLDPE, POE, the nano metal oxide and PETG multi-component, the light transmittance is improved by the LLDPE, the compatibility of the PETG and PP is improved by taking the POE-g-GMA as the compatilizer, the uniformity of component mixing is improved by the wetting agent and the dispersant, in addition, the nano metal oxide in the components also plays a role in sterilization, the antioxidant improves the antioxidant capacity, and the PP composite material prepared by the formula has extremely high transparency, comprehensive physical performance and bactericidal performance.

For example, 83 parts of transparent PP, 5 parts of transparent PETG, 5 parts of LLDPE, 8 parts of POE-g-GMA, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 3 parts of nano metal oxide, 0.3 part of wetting agent, 2 parts of dispersant and the like, and the parts can be selected according to the requirements in the above range.

Or the rotating speed of the screw is 110r/min, the feeding is 6.0r/min, the temperature of the feeding section is as follows: 160 ℃, compression stage temperature: 170 ℃, plasticizing zone temperature: 180 ℃; temperature of the exhaust section: 190 ℃; temperature of extrusion section: 195 ℃.

transparent polypropylene PP, designation K4912, melt flow rate 12g/10 min.

The preparation method in comparative example 3 is as follows: the components are mixed by a one-pot method, and the components are directly mixed and then placed in a double-screw extruder, and the parameter setting is the same as that of the example 1.
The prepared composite material was subjected to performance testing as shown in table 2.
