The bottle opener 10 further comprises a handle 14, wherein the handle 14 is arranged on the shaft 12, and the shaft 12 and the drill bit 11 of the bottle opener 10 are driven by the handle 14 to rotate synchronously. Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve 21 and the fixing frame 22 of the positioning device 20 are of a one-piece structure. It is worth mentioning that in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the shaft 12 of the decapping device 10 is supported by the holder 22 of the positioning device 20 to prevent the shaft 12 and the drill bit 11 from moving downward when driven by the handle 14. As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the bottle opener is used to open the bottle stopper of the bottle, and the positioning device 20 of the bottle opener is placed on the upper end of the bottle mouth of the bottle, so that the positioning device 20 positions the bottle stopper. The handle 14 of the bottle opener 10 is rotated, the handle 14 driving the shaft 12 and the drill bit 11 to rotate synchronously. The inner sleeve 131 of the pivot device 13 supports the shaft 12 and the drill bit 11, and the inner sleeve 131 and the shaft 12 and the drill bit 11 rotate synchronously along the central axis L. After the drill bit 11 drills into the bottle stopper, the fixing frame 22 of the positioning device 20 supports the shaft 12, and the fixing frame 22 provides an upward force to the drill bit 11 through the shaft 12 to pull out the bottle stopper.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7B of the drawings accompanying the present specification, another alternative embodiment of the bottle opener according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention will be explained in the following description. The bottle opener comprises a bottle opening device 10A and a positioning device 20A, wherein the bottle opening device 10A is arranged on the positioning device 20A, the positioning device 20A can be arranged at the upper end of a bottle body with an opened bottle, and a bottle stopper of the bottle is positioned by the positioning device 20A. The decapping device 10A is rotated to drill into the stopper based on the position of the stopper positioned by the positioning device 20A. Unlike the above preferred embodiment, the bottle opener 10A comprises a drill 11A, a shaft 12A and a pivot 13A, wherein the drill 11A and the shaft 12A are coaxially disposed, the drill 11A is disposed at the lower end of the shaft 12A, and the shaft 12A and the drill 11A are coaxially and synchronously rotated.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pivoting means 13A is provided to the positioning means 20A, and the shaft 12A is pivotably provided to the pivoting means 13A, and the shaft 12A and the pivoting means 13 are rotatable synchronously and coaxially. The shaft 12A includes an upper end 121A and a lower end 122A integrally extending from the upper end 121A, wherein the drill bit 11A of the bottle opener 10A is fixedly disposed at the lower end 122A of the shaft 12A. The bottle opener 10A further comprises a handle 14A, wherein the handle 14A is disposed at the upper end 121A of the shaft 12A, and the shaft 12A and the drill bit 11A of the bottle opener 10A are driven to rotate synchronously by the handle 14A.
It is worth mentioning that in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the shaft 12A is rotatably and telescopically arranged to the pivoting means 13A. The pivot device 13A includes an inner sleeve member 131A, an outer sleeve member 132A, a plurality of rolling members 133A disposed between the inner sleeve member 131A and the outer sleeve member 132A, and a holder 134A, wherein the shaft hole 130A of the pivot device 13A is formed in the inner sleeve member 131A of the pivot device 13A. The rolling members 133A are provided to the retainer 134A, and the rolling members 133A are held between the inner sleeve member 131A and the outer sleeve member 132A by the retainer 134A. The outer sleeve 132A of the pivoting device 13A is disposed on the positioning device 20A, and the inner sleeve 131A of the pivoting device 13A can be driven by the shaft 12A of the bottle opener 10A to rotate along the central axis L. The rolling members 133A are held between the inner sleeve member 131A and the outer sleeve member 132A by the retainer 134A, and the rolling members 133A roll between the inner sleeve member 131A and the outer sleeve member 132A, so that the inner sleeve member 131A and the outer sleeve member 132A rotate relatively, reducing friction during rotation of the pivoting means 13A. It will be appreciated that the shaft 12A of the bottle opener 10A rotates synchronously with the inner sleeve 131A of the pivot means 13A. Therefore, the bottle opener 10A of the bottle opener is rotated in a rolling manner between the inner sleeve 131A and the outer sleeve 132A of the pivot device 13A, so that the friction coefficient of the bottle opener is reduced, the bottle opening speed is increased, the bottle opening difficulty is reduced, and the bottle opening is labor-saving.
Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12A is sleeved on the inner sleeve 131A of the pivot device 13A, wherein the shaft 12A and the inner sleeve 131A of the pivot device 13A rotate synchronously and coaxially. Alternatively, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12A is fixedly disposed on the inner sleeve 131A of the pivot device 13A, and the shaft 12A is fixedly disposed on the inner sleeve 131A of the pivot device 13A by welding or screwing, for example.
Unlike the preferred embodiment, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the positioning device 20A further includes a support bracket 23A, wherein the support bracket 23A is disposed inside the sleeve 21A of the positioning device 20A. The support frame 23A is further provided with a through hole 230A, the drill bit 11A can pass through the through hole 230A, and the shaft 12A of the support frame 23A is located above the support frame 23A. It should be noted that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the aperture size of the through hole 230A is smaller than that of the shaft 12A, and when the bottle opener pulls up the bottle stopper, the supporting frame 23A provides the upward supporting force of the drill bit 11A through the shaft 12A.
It will be appreciated that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12A is sleeved in the shaft hole 130A of the pivot device, wherein the shaft 12A can rotate circumferentially along the shaft hole 130A of the pivot device 13A and move telescopically along the central axis L.
As shown in fig. 7A and 7B, the bottle opener is used to open the bottle stopper of the bottle, and the positioning device 20A of the bottle opener is placed on the upper end of the bottle mouth of the bottle, so that the positioning device 20A positions the bottle stopper. The handle 14A of the bottle opener 10A is rotated, and the handle 14A drives the shaft 12A and the drill bit 11A to rotate synchronously. The inner sleeve 131A of the pivoting device 13A supports the shaft 12A and the drill bit 11A for rotation, the drill bit 11A drilling into the stopper in the direction of the central axis L. After the drill bit 11A drills into the bottle stopper, the holder 22A of the positioning device 20A supports the shaft 12A, and the holder 23A provides an upward force to the drill bit 11A through the shaft 12A to pull out the bottle stopper.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9B of the drawings accompanying the present specification, another alternative embodiment of the bottle opener according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention will be explained in the following description. The bottle opener comprises a bottle opener 10B and a positioning device 20B, wherein the bottle opener 10B is arranged on the positioning device 20B, the positioning device 20B can be arranged at the upper end of a bottle body with an opened bottle, and a bottle stopper of the bottle is positioned by the positioning device 20B. The bottle opener 10B is rotated to drill into the bottle stopper based on the position of the bottle stopper positioned by the positioning device 20B. Unlike the above preferred embodiment, the bottle opener 10B comprises a drill 11B, a shaft 12B and a pivot 13B, wherein the drill 11B and the shaft 12B are coaxially disposed, the drill 11B is disposed at the lower end of the shaft 12B, and the shaft 12B and the drill 11B are coaxially and synchronously rotated.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pivoting means 13B is movably provided to the positioning means 20B, and the shaft 12B is pivotably provided to the pivoting means 13B, and the shaft 12B and the pivoting means 13 are rotatable synchronously and coaxially. The shaft 12B includes an upper end 121B and a lower end 122B integrally extending from the upper end 121B, wherein the drill bit 11B of the bottle opener 10B is fixedly disposed at the lower end 122B of the shaft 12B. The bottle opener 10B further comprises a handle 14B, wherein the handle 14B is disposed at the upper end 121B of the shaft 12B, and the shaft 12B and the drill bit 11B of the bottle opener 10B are driven to rotate synchronously by the handle 14B.
The fixing frame 22B of the positioning device 20B includes a supporting unit 221B and further has a through hole 222B and a receiving groove 223B, wherein the through hole 222B is formed on the supporting unit 221B, and the through hole 222B communicates with the receiving groove 223B in the positioning space 200B. The pivoting device 13B is telescopically disposed in the accommodating groove 223B of the positioning device 20B. The positioning device 20B further includes at least one guiding rod 24B, wherein the guiding rod 24B is disposed in the receiving groove 223B of the fixing frame 22B, and the pivoting device 13B is guided by the guiding rod 24B to move up and down in the receiving groove 223B.
It is worth mentioning that in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the shaft 12B is rotatably and telescopically arranged to the pivoting means 13B. The pivoting device 13B includes an inner sleeve member 131B, an outer sleeve member 132B, a plurality of rolling members 133B disposed between the inner sleeve member 131B and the outer sleeve member 132B, and a holder 134B, wherein the shaft hole 130B of the pivoting device 13B is formed in the inner sleeve member 131B of the pivoting device 13B. The rolling members 133B are provided to the retainer 134B, and the rolling members 133B are held between the inner sleeve member 131B and the outer sleeve member 132B by the retainer 134B. The outer sleeve 132B of the pivoting device 13B is disposed on the positioning device 20B, and the inner sleeve 131B of the pivoting device 13B can be driven by the shaft 12B of the bottle opener 10B to rotate along the central axis L. The rolling members 133B are held between the inner sleeve member 131B and the outer sleeve member 132B by the retainer 134B, and the rolling members 133B can roll between the inner sleeve member 131B and the outer sleeve member 132B, so that the inner sleeve member 131B and the outer sleeve member 132B rotate oppositely, reducing the friction during rotation of the pivoting device 13B. It will be appreciated that the shaft 12B of the bottle opener 10B rotates synchronously with the inner sleeve 131B of the pivot means 13B. Therefore, the bottle opener 10B of the bottle opener is rotated in a rolling manner between the inner sleeve 131B and the outer sleeve 132B of the pivot device 13B, so that the friction coefficient of the bottle opener is reduced, the bottle opening speed is increased, the bottle opening difficulty is reduced, and the bottle opening is labor-saving.
Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12B is fixedly disposed to the inner sleeve 131B of the pivoting device 13B, wherein the shaft 12B and the inner sleeve 131B of the pivoting device 13B rotate synchronously and coaxially. When the drill bit 11B of the bottle opener 10B drills into the bottle stopper, the drill bit 11B and the shaft 12B drive the pivot device 13B to move up and down along the direction of the guide device 24B. Optionally, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12B is sleeved on the inner sleeve 131B of the pivot device 13B.
It will be appreciated that in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12B is sleeved in the shaft hole 130B of the pivot device, wherein the shaft 12B can rotate circumferentially along the shaft hole 130B of the pivot device 13B and move telescopically along the central axis L.
As shown in fig. 9A and 9B, the bottle opener is used to open the bottle stopper of the bottle, and the positioning device 20B of the bottle opener is placed on the upper end of the bottle mouth of the bottle, so that the positioning device 20B positions the bottle stopper. The handle 14B of the bottle opener 10B is rotated, and the handle 14B drives the shaft 12B and the drill bit 11B to rotate synchronously. The inner sleeve 131B of the pivot device 13B supports the shaft 12B and the drill bit 11B for rotation, wherein during downward movement of the drill bit 11B, the shaft 12B drives the pivot device 13B to move synchronously along the direction of the central axis L. After the drill bit 11B drills into the bottle stopper, the fixing frame 22B of the positioning device 20B supports the shaft 12B, and the fixing frame 22B provides an upward force to the drill bit 11B through the shaft 12B to pull out the bottle stopper.
Referring to fig. 10 of the drawings accompanying the present specification, another alternative embodiment of a bottle opener 10C of the bottle opener according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in the following description. The bottle opener 10C includes a drill 11C, a shaft 12C, and a pivot 13C, wherein the drill 11C and the shaft 12C are coaxially disposed, the drill 11C is disposed at the lower end of the shaft 12C, and the shaft 12C and the drill 11C rotate coaxially and synchronously. The bottle opener 10C further comprises a handle 14C, wherein the handle 14C is disposed on the shaft 12C, and the shaft 12C and the drill bit 11C of the bottle opener 10C are driven by the handle 14C to rotate synchronously.
The pivoting device 13C includes an inner sleeve member 131C, an outer sleeve member 132C, a plurality of rolling members 133C disposed between the inner sleeve member 131C and the outer sleeve member 132C, and a holder 134C, wherein the shaft hole 130C of the pivoting device 13C is formed in the inner sleeve member 131C of the pivoting device 13C. The rolling members 133C are provided to the cage 134C, and the rolling members 133C are held between the inner sleeve member 131C and the outer sleeve member 132C by the cage 134C. The outer sleeve 132C of the pivoting device 13C is disposed on the positioning device 20C, and the inner sleeve 131C of the pivoting device 13C can be driven by the shaft 12C of the bottle opener 10C to rotate along the central axis L. The rolling members 133C are held between the inner sleeve member 131C and the outer sleeve member 132C by the retainer 134C, and the rolling members 133C can roll between the inner sleeve member 131C and the outer sleeve member 132C, so that the inner sleeve member 131C and the outer sleeve member 132C rotate oppositely, reducing the friction during rotation of the pivoting device 13C.
Unlike the first preferred embodiment, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12C and the inner sleeve 131C of the pivot device 13C are formed as a single body, or the shaft 12C is integrally formed with the inner sleeve 131C of the pivot device 13C. Alternatively, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shaft 12C is fixedly disposed on the pivot device 13C, and the shaft 12C is fixedly connected to the inner sleeve of the pivot device 13C by welding or screwing, for example.
Referring to fig. 11 of the drawings accompanying the present specification, another alternative embodiment of a bottle opener 10D of the bottle opener according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in the following description. The bottle opener 10D includes a drill 11D, a shaft 12D, and a pivot 13D, wherein the drill 11D and the shaft 12D are coaxially disposed, the drill 11D is disposed at a lower end of the shaft 12D, and the shaft 12D and the drill 11D rotate coaxially and synchronously. The bottle opener 10D further comprises a handle 14D, wherein the handle 14D is provided to the shaft 12D, and the shaft 12D and the drill bit 11D of the bottle opener 10D are driven to rotate synchronously by the handle 14D.
The pivoting device 13D includes an inner sleeve 131D, an outer sleeve 132D, a plurality of rolling members 133D disposed between the inner sleeve 131D and the outer sleeve 132D, and a holder 134D, wherein the shaft hole 130D of the pivoting device 13D is formed in the inner sleeve 131D of the pivoting device 13D. The rolling members 133D are provided to the retainer 134D, and the rolling members 133D are held between the inner sleeve member 131D and the outer sleeve member 132D by the retainer 134D. The outer sleeve 132D of the pivoting device 13D is disposed on the positioning device 20D, and the inner sleeve 131D of the pivoting device 13D can be driven by the shaft 12D of the bottle opener 10D to rotate along the central axis L. The rolling members 133D are held between the inner sleeve member 131D and the outer sleeve member 132D by the retainer 134D, and the rolling members 133D can roll between the inner sleeve member 131D and the outer sleeve member 132D, so that the inner sleeve member 131D and the outer sleeve member 132D rotate oppositely, thereby reducing the friction force during the rotation of the pivoting device 13D.
Unlike the first preferred embodiment, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outer sleeve member 132D of the pivoting device 13D is a one-piece structure with the positioning device 20D, or the outer sleeve member 132D of the pivoting device 13D is integrally formed with the positioning device 20D.
Referring to fig. 12 to 15 of the drawings accompanying this specification, a bottle opener according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention will be explained in the following description. The bottle opener comprises a bottle opener 10E and a positioning device 20E, wherein the bottle opener 10E is arranged on the positioning device 20E, the positioning device 20E can be arranged at the upper end of the bottle body of a bottle with an opening, and a bottle stopper of the bottle is positioned by the positioning device 20E. The decapping device 10E is rotated to drill into the stopper based on the position of the stopper positioned by the positioning device 20E.
Different from the above-mentioned preferred embodiment, the positioning device 20E of the bottle opener, wherein the positioning device 20E comprises a sleeve 21E and a fixing frame 22E, wherein the fixing frame 22E is disposed at the top end of the sleeve 21E, the pivoting device 13E is disposed on the fixing frame 22E of the positioning device 20E, and the outer sleeve 132E of the pivoting device 13E is fixed by the fixing frame 22E. The positioning device 20E further comprises a plug placing support 25E, wherein the plug placing support 25E is movably disposed in the positioning space 200E of the sleeve 21E, wherein the plug placing support 25E is limited by the sleeve 21E in the positioning space 200E, and the plug placing support 25E is movable up and down in the positioning space 200E. The stopper placing support 25E is positioned above the stopper, and when the bottle opener 10E of the bottle opener pulls out the stopper of the bottle, the stopper is placed on the stopper placing support 25E by the drill 11E.
Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the plugging bracket 25E is telescopically arranged in the positioning space 200E of the sleeve 21E. As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the plugging support 25E has a plugging space 2501E, an upper end opening 2502E and a lower end opening 2503E communicating with the plugging space 2501E, wherein the upper end opening 2502E is formed at the upper end of the plugging support 25E, and the lower end opening 2503E is formed at the lower end of the plugging support 25E. The drill bit 11E of the decapping device 10E can extend from the positioning space 200E to the plug space 2501 through the upper end opening 2502E. The lower end opening 2503E corresponds to the mouth of the bottle, wherein the drill bit 11E of the bottle opener 10E extracts the bottle stopper through the lower end opening 2503E to the stopper placing space 2501E.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the sleeve 21E further includes at least one limiting element 213E, wherein the limiting element 213E is disposed inside the inner wall of the sleeve 21E, and the limiting element 213E is used for limiting the plugging support 25E. It is worth mentioning that the limiting element 213E is longitudinally extended along the inner side of the inner wall of the sleeve 21E to limit the rotation of the plug placing bracket 25E in the positioning space 200E.
The sleeve 21E is further provided with at least one sleeve window 214E, wherein the sleeve window 214E is formed on a side wall of the sleeve 21E, wherein the sleeve window 214E communicates with the positioning space 200E of the positioning device 20E. The user, in operation, views the displaced position of the stopper-placing support 25E through the sleeve window 214E to determine where the drill bit 11E has penetrated the stopper.
The plugging support 25E is further provided with a plugging window 2504E, wherein the plugging window 2504E is formed on a side of the plugging support 25E, wherein the plugging window 2504E is communicated with the plugging space 2501E of the plugging support 25E, so that a user can observe the position of the bottle stopper in the plugging space 2501E through the plugging window 2504E and adjust the position of the bottle opener according to the position of the bottle stopper.
It is worth mentioning that in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the plugging window 2504E of the plugging bracket 25E corresponds to the sleeve window 214E of the sleeve 21E.
The positioning device 20E further comprises a resilient device 26E, wherein the resilient device 26E is disposed in the positioning space 200E of the positioning device 20E, and the resilient device 26E is telescopically disposed between the plugging frame 25E and the fixing frame 22E. When the plug setting device 25E of the bottle opener moves upwards, the rebound device 26E is compressed, and the fixing frame 22E provides a counter force for the plug setting bracket 25E through the rebound device 26E; when the bottle stopper is taken out, the rebounding device 26E drives the stopper placing bracket 25E to return to the initial position under the elastic action.
The plugging support 25E of the positioning device 20E further comprises a stop rod 251E, wherein the stop rod 251E extends outward from the sidewall of the plugging support 25E to the sleeve 21E, and the stop rod 251E blocks the plugging support 25E from moving downward to prevent the plugging support 25E from slipping out of the sleeve 21E. Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lever 251E is implemented as a telescopically adjustable screw member.
Referring to fig. 16 of the drawings accompanying this specification, several alternative embodiments of a handle 14F according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention are illustrated in the following description. Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present invention, the handle 14F is detachably provided to the shaft 12. Illustratively, the handle 14F may be drivingly connected to the shaft 12 of the bottle opener 10 by a threaded connection or a snap-fit connection, and the handle 14F drives the shaft 12 to rotate. The handle 14F is implemented with various artistic shapes, and the handle 14F includes a connecting end 141F and an acting end 142F extending from the connecting end 141F, wherein the connecting end 141F is coupled to the shaft 12, and the acting end 142F can be driven to rotate around the connecting end 141F of the handle 14F.
Preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the acting end 142F may also be implemented as a bottle cap opening device, which may be used to open a bottle cap, such as a bottle cap of a wine bottle or a beverage bottle. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the particular type of handle 14F is provided herein by way of example only, and not by way of limitation.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.
Claims (26)
1. An opener device, characterized in that the opener device comprises:
a drill bit;
a shaft, wherein the drill bit is disposed on the shaft; and
a pivot assembly, wherein said shaft is disposed on said pivot assembly, said pivot assembly having a central axis, said drill bit and said shaft rotating coaxially along said central axis of said pivot assembly, whereby said pivot assembly positions said drill bit and said shaft.
2. A bottle opener device according to claim 1 in which the pivoting means comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, a plurality of rollers and a cage, wherein the rollers are held between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve by the cage, the rollers being rollable between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, wherein the shaft is provided in the inner sleeve and rotates synchronously with the inner sleeve.
3. The bottle opener according to claim 2, wherein the pivot device is provided with an axial hole formed in the inner sleeve of the pivot device, and the shaft is fitted in the axial hole of the pivot device.
4. A bottle opener device according to claim 3 in which the shaft is fixedly connected to the inner sleeve of the pivot means.
5. A bottle opener according to claim 3 in which the shaft includes an upper end and a lower end extending downwardly therefrom, in which the drill bit is fixedly disposed at the lower end of the shaft, the shaft being telescopically disposed in the axial bore of the pivot means, the shaft being telescopically movable up and down along the axial bore.
6. The bottle opener device of claim 2 wherein said inner sleeve of said pivot means is integrally formed with said shaft.
7. The bottle opener device of claim 2 wherein said pivot means is a bearing.
8. An opener device according to any of claims 2 to 7, further comprising a handle, wherein the handle is provided on the shaft, the shaft and the drill bit being driven by the handle to rotate coaxially.
9. The bottle opener device of claim 8 wherein said handle includes a connecting end and an active end extending from said connecting end, wherein said connecting end is removably connected to said shaft, said active end being drivable to rotate about said connecting end of said handle.
10. A bottle opener adapted to extract a stopper of a bottle, said bottle opener comprising:
a positioning device; and
an opener device, wherein said opener device is disposed on said positioning device, whereby said positioning device positions said opener device over said stopper and supports said opener device for rotatably drilling into said stopper, said opener device further comprising:
a drill bit;
a shaft, wherein the drill bit is disposed on the shaft; and
a pivot means, wherein said pivot means is disposed on said positioning means, said pivot means having a central axis, said shaft being disposed on said pivot means, said drill bit and said shaft rotating coaxially along said central axis of said pivot means, whereby said pivot means positions said drill bit and said shaft.
11. The bottle opener according to claim 10, wherein said pivoting means comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, a plurality of rollers, and a holder, wherein said rollers are held between said inner sleeve and said outer sleeve by said holder, said rollers are rollable between said inner sleeve and said outer sleeve, wherein said shaft is provided to said inner sleeve, and said shaft rotates synchronously with said inner sleeve.
12. A bottle opener according to claim 11, in which said positioning means comprises a sleeve and a mounting bracket located at the top end of said sleeve, said pivoting means of said bottle opener being located on said mounting bracket, whereby said mounting bracket supports said pivoting means and said bottle opener upwardly.
13. A bottle opener according to claim 12, wherein said holder comprises a support unit and is further provided with a through hole and a receiving groove, wherein said through hole is formed in said support unit, said drill bit extends from said through hole to said sleeve, said pivot means and said shaft are provided in said receiving groove of said holder, whereby said support unit provides an upward supporting force of said drill bit through said shaft.
14. The bottle opener according to claim 11, wherein said pivot means is provided with an axial hole formed in said inner sleeve of said pivot means, and said shaft is fitted in said axial hole of said pivot means.
15. A bottle opener according to claim 14, wherein the shaft is fixedly connected to the inner sleeve of the pivot means.
16. A bottle opener according to claim 12, wherein the outer sleeve member of the pivoting means is fixedly connected to the mount of the positioning means.
17. The bottle opener according to claim 14, wherein the shaft includes an upper end portion and a lower end portion extending downward from the upper end portion, wherein the drill bit is fixedly disposed at the lower end portion of the shaft, the shaft being telescopically disposed in the shaft hole of the pivot device, the shaft being telescopically movable up and down along the shaft hole.
18. The bottle opener according to claim 13, wherein said holder further comprises at least one guide rod disposed in said receiving groove of said holder, said pivoting means being movable up and down in the direction of said guide rod.
19. A bottle opener according to claim 11, wherein the inner sleeve of the pivot means is integrally formed with the shaft.
20. A bottle opener according to claim 12, in which the outer sleeve member of the pivoting means is integrally formed with the mounting bracket of the positioning means.
21. A bottle opener according to claim 10, wherein the pivoting means is a bearing.
22. A bottle opener according to any one of claims 10 to 21, wherein said positioning means further comprises a stopper placing support, wherein said stopper placing support is movably arranged on said sleeve, said stopper placing support being positioned above said stopper, said stopper being placed on said stopper placing support by said drill when said bottle opener of said bottle opener extracts said stopper of said bottle.
23. A bottle opener according to claim 22, wherein said stopper-placing support has a stopper-placing space, an upper end opening communicating with said stopper-placing space, and a lower end opening, said drill of said bottle opener being extendable from said positioning space to said stopper-placing space through said upper end opening, wherein said drill of said bottle opener draws said bottle stopper through said lower end opening to said stopper-placing space.
24. The bottle opener according to claim 22, wherein said sleeve is further provided with at least one sleeve window, wherein said sleeve window is formed in a side wall of said sleeve, and said stopper-placing bracket is further provided with a stopper-placing window, wherein said stopper-placing window is formed in a side surface of said stopper-placing bracket.
25. The bottle opener according to claim 10, further comprising a handle, wherein the handle is provided to the shaft, and the shaft and the drill bit are driven to rotate coaxially by the handle.
26. The bottle opener according to claim 25, wherein the handle includes a connecting end and an active end extending from the connecting end, wherein the connecting end is detachably connected to the shaft, and the active end is drivable to rotate about the connecting end of the handle.
