The present invention is described in detail below by way of describing example embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows the environment in an elevator. As is known, an elevator car is generally in the shape of a box, comprising a ceiling, a floor and side walls between the ceiling and the floor. In fig. 1, a first side wall 3 and a second side wall 4, which meet each other vertically, and a floor in an elevator car are shown, and a kick device configured to protect the sidewall roots from contamination is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the skirting device comprises, for example, two skirting boards 2 extending in a straight line along a first side wall 3 and a second side wall 4, respectively, and a skirting corner assembly 1 disposed between the two skirting boards 2 and installed at a corner. The skirting assembly 1 is engaged with two skirting boards 2 to cover the root of the side wall of the elevator car. As shown in fig. 1, the skirting board assembly 1 according to the present invention is well fitted with the skirting board 2, and has a relatively consistent appearance. It is to be noted, however, that the skirting corner assembly 1 does not contact the floor, but is spaced apart from the floor by a certain distance.
As shown in fig. 2, the kick corner assembly 1 according to the present invention includes a kick corner piece 10 and an elastic sheet 20.
Next, the kick corner member 10 will be described in detail first. The kick corner piece 10 forms the exterior appearance of the kick corner assembly 1. as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the kick corner piece 10 includes side portions and a top portion 12 formed over the side portions. The side portions include a first side portion 101, a second side portion 102, a third side portion 103, and a fourth side portion 104. Referring to fig. 2, the first side portion 101 is parallel to the first sidewall 3, and is adjacent to the first sidewall 3 or even in contact with the first sidewall 3. The first side portion 101 has a mating portion. The fitting portion may be a through-hole 111, and the through-hole 111 may be formed in a rectangular shape, as shown in fig. 2. The engagement portion may also be of another type, for example it may be a recess projecting towards the first side wall 3, it may also be of no particular design, only to allow the resilient tab 20 to come into contact and thereby bias the kick corner piece 10 towards the first side wall 3. The second side portion 102 is parallel to the second side wall 4 and spaced apart from the second side wall 4, the third side portion 103 is parallel to the first side wall 3 and spaced apart from the first side wall 3, and the fourth side portion 104 is connected between the second side portion 102 and the third side portion 103 and preferably formed in a circular arc shape so that a smooth transition between the two skirting boards 2 is possible. The first side portion 101, the second side portion 102, the fourth side portion 104, the third side portion 103 are connected end to end in sequence and are preferably integrally formed. It is noted that the side portions do not form a closed loop, instead the first 101 and third 103 side portions are not connected to expose the second side wall 4. The top portion 12 covers the area enclosed by the side portions above the side portions. As shown in fig. 3, the top portion 12 is formed in a shape of a rectangle with one corner removed and an arc shape, for example. The top portion 12 and the side portions together form a shape with a bottom surface and one side surface open. The top portion 12 may be integrally formed with the side portions or separately formed and secured together. Top portion 12 includes a first extension 121 that extends a specified distance beyond second side portion 102 and a second extension 122 that extends a specified distance beyond third side portion 103. This particular distance is typically small, as shown in FIG. 2. Preferably, a first cushion member 13 is disposed below the first extending portion 121 and closely attached to the outer side of the second side portion 102, and a second cushion member 14 is disposed below the second extending portion 122 and closely attached to the outer side of the third side portion 103. The first cushion member 13 and the second cushion member 14 may be formed in a block shape, for example, closely attached below the first extending portion 121 and the second extending portion 122, respectively. The first and second buffers 13, 14 may be foam so that after the skirting corner piece 10 is mounted in place, the first and second buffers 13, 14 may contact the skirting board 2, thereby buffering the relative movement between the skirting corner piece 10 and the skirting board 2 when vibrating and reducing noise. The presence of the first and second extensions 121 and 122 prevents the user from seeing the first and second buffers 13 and 14 from the outside, maintaining the aesthetic appearance. Since the skirting corner piece 10 is simple in shape as a whole, it can be manufactured by machining and can be made of the same material as the skirting board 2, so that color differences can be avoided.
Next, the spring plate 20 will be described in detail. The resilient tab 20 comprises a first end 21 fixed to the second side wall 4 or the first side wall 3 and a second end 22 cooperating with the cooperating portion to bias the skirting corner piece 10 towards the first side wall 3. With the first end 21 of the resilient piece 20 fixed to the first side wall 3, the first end 21 is fixed to the first side wall 3 in an area where the first side wall 3 is exposed between the kick corner piece 10 and the floor. Whereas in the case where the first end 21 of the resilient piece 20 is fixed to the second side wall 4, since the skirting corner piece 10 does not closely cover the second side wall 4, the first end 21 can be fixed to the first side wall 4 at a relatively arbitrary position. When the mating portion is formed as a recess, the second end 22 of the resilient tab 20 protrudes and engages with the recess to bias the skirting corner piece 10 towards the first side wall 3. Preferably, the fitting portion is formed as a through hole 111. An embodiment in which the fitting portion is formed as the through hole 111 and the first end 21 is fixed to the second sidewall 4 will be described in detail below. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the resilient piece 20 includes a main body portion 23 formed in a sheet shape substantially parallel to the first side wall 3, a first end 21 configured to be fixed to the second side wall 4, and a through hole 111 partially passing through the first side portion 101 abutting against the first side wall 3 and partially abutting against the second end 22 of the first side portion 101. More specifically, referring to fig. 6-8, the first end 21 extends from an end of the body portion 23 generally perpendicular to the body portion 23 away from the first sidewall 3 and has a hole through which the screw 30 passes so that the first end 21 can be secured to the second sidewall 4 by the screw 30. The second end 22 extends from the other end of the main body portion 23 towards the first side wall 3 and is bent by the bend 221 and then extends away from the first side wall 3, as shown in fig. 7, the second end 22 has a shape similar to a half of a racetrack shape, for example, first extending along a straight line towards the first side wall 3 and then transitioning through a semicircle to extend along a straight line away from the first side wall 3. Preferably, the bent portion 221 formed in a semicircular shape as viewed from a top view (fig. 7) is seen in a side view (fig. 8) and a perspective view (fig. 6), and includes a semicircular shape of a middle portion, an upper inclined surface 222 and a lower catching groove 223. In particular, the middle portion extends through the through hole 111 of the first side portion 101 and abuts against the first side wall 3. The inclined surface 222 of the upper portion is formed to be spaced apart from the first sidewall 3 upward, that is, the uppermost portion of the bent portion 221 is spaced apart from the first sidewall 3 by a maximum distance and gradually approaches downward toward the first sidewall 3 until reaching a middle portion contacting and abutting the first sidewall 3, and since the striking plate 20 is installed first and then the kick corner member 10 is installed from above to below at the time of installation, the inclined surface 222 is designed such that it can be easily installed downward along the inclined surface 222 against the elastic force of the striking plate even though the bent portion 221 of the striking plate 20 has been contacted with the first sidewall 3. The lower catching groove 223 is formed to remove material on the basis of the same semi-circle as the middle part up to a plane parallel to the first side wall 3, so that after mounting the catching groove 223 can be pressed against the first side part 101 while the middle part of the bend 221 is in contact against the first side wall 3, thus pressing the skirting corner piece 10 against the first side wall 3 by the elastic force of the spring plate 20, thereby fixing the skirting corner piece 10 in place. The cooperation of the rectangular through hole 111 and the bent portion 221 of the first side portion 101 restricts the kick corner piece 10 from the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that not only the accidental falling of the kick corner piece 10 can be prevented, but also vibration can be reduced.
The mounting and dismounting process of the kick corner assembly 1 is described below.
The installation process comprises the following steps: the elastic sheet 20 is first fixed to the second sidewall 4 by the screw 30, and at this time, the distance between the elastic sheet 20 and the first sidewall 3 needs to be taken into consideration, so that the bent portion 221 of the elastic sheet 20 is in contact with the first sidewall 3 and exerts a certain elastic force. Subsequently, the skirting corner piece 10 is installed from top to bottom, in the process, the skirting corner piece 10 passes through the elastic sheet 20 along the inclined surface 222 of the second end 22 of the elastic sheet 20, and in the final state, the bent portion 221 of the elastic sheet 20 passes through the through hole 111 of the first side portion 101 of the skirting corner piece 10 to continue to be in contact with the first side wall 3, and the clamping groove 223 of the elastic sheet 20 presses the first side portion 101 of the skirting corner piece 10 towards the first side wall 3.
The disassembling process comprises the following steps: the user inserts a finger from the gap between the side of the kick corner piece 10 and the floor, pulls the resilient piece 20 away from the first side wall 3, and lifts the kick corner piece 10 with another finger for removal. Since the resilient plate 20 is pulled away from the first side wall 3, the engaging groove 223 of the resilient plate 20 is no longer pressed against the first side portion 101, and the bending portion 221 of the resilient plate 20 is also withdrawn from the through hole 111 of the first side portion 101, so that the lifting of the kick corner member 10 is not hindered.
Compared with the prior art, the skirting corner component 1 has the advantages of attractive appearance, firm installation, vibration reduction, separation avoidance, easy disassembly and the like.
The exemplary embodiments of the kick corner assembly 1, the kick device and the elevator proposed by the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to preferred embodiments, however, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that many variations and modifications can be made to the specific embodiments described above, and many combinations of the various technical features and structures proposed by the present invention can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention without departing from the scope of the present invention.
