The heat exchanger 8 can effectively dissipate heat generated in the filling process, so that the filling capacity of the winding bottle is fully exerted, the filling efficiency is improved, and the loading capacity is improved by more than 8% after cooling. The heat exchanger 8 is fixed on a supporting frame of the trailer chassis 1.
The working process of the heat exchanger 8 is as follows: when the tube trailer is filled with gas at the filling station, the compressed gas to be added enters the heat exchanger 8 from the rear-end operation cabin 6 in two groups, and meanwhile, the cooling liquid provided by the filling station begins to circulate and lead out in the heat exchanger 8 (the cooling liquid can be water or other low-temperature media). The compressed gas is cooled by a heat exchanger 8 at about 20 ℃ and then enters a large-volume winding gas cylinder from a front-end safety bin 5.
Principle of the heat exchanger 8: taking 20 ℃ 19MPa natural gas as an example, the temperature is increased from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃ and the pressure is increased by 1.4MPa according to THERMO calculation. The vehicle was calculated to be less loaded with more than 360 standard gas at 10 degrees celsius. If the heat exchanger 8 is used, the temperature is reduced by 20 ℃ on average.
