the bottom die block is provided with a communicating channel, one end of the communicating channel is communicated with the cavity, and the other end of the communicating channel extends to the side surface of the base body close to the second die body;
and an air guide channel is formed in the second die body, one end of the air guide channel is communicated with the communicating channel in a die closing state, and the other end of the air guide channel is formed in the upper end surface of the second die body, so that a branch air port of an air faucet inserted into the die cavity can be communicated with the air guide channel.

the air nozzle is inserted into the blank from top to bottom and enters the die cavity; meanwhile, a branch air port of the air tap is communicated with the upper end of the air guide channel; an electromagnetic switch valve is arranged on a branch air passage of the air tap; keeping the electromagnetic switch valve closed, and starting the air nozzle to blow air into the mold cavity until the blank is expanded to the surface of the mold cavity to form a bottle shape;
keeping for a period of time, and controlling the electromagnetic switch valve to open before the bottle body is not hardened so as to open the branch air passage, so that the branch air passage, the air guide passage and the communication passage are communicated to the cavity to drive the two pins to extend out to be positioned on the groove-shaped part which is concave in the bottom wall of the bottle body which is not hardened; leaving a pair of laterally recessed holes;
continuing to keep for a period of time until the air outlet nozzle is removed after the bottle body is hardened and formed, naturally disconnecting the branch air passage and the air guide channel, and automatically retracting the pin into the transverse hole under the action of the tension spring;
then the first die body and the second die body are mutually far away to open the die; in the mold opening process, under the condition that the pin is retracted, the bottom mold block loses the support of the second mold body and falls below the bottom surface of the mold cavity, and the plastic bottle can be taken out of the mold cavity.
