The number of the guide wheels 4 is two, and the two guide wheels are respectively arranged on the wheel carrier 3. The spring 5 is arranged between the wheel frame 3 and the movable fastener 2. The displacement sensor 6 is arranged on the wheel carrier 3, and the displacement sensor 6 is connected with a control system of the rope saw.

The saw wire 7 is respectively passed through the two guide wheels 4 and then is installed and connected on the wire saw machine, and then the wire saw machine can be started to carry out cutting operation. Since the tension of the spring 5 is opposite to the tension of the sawing cord 7, the spring 5 always keeps the sawing cord 7 under tension. The displacement sensor 6 transmits the tension signal of the sawing rope 7 to the control system of the rope sawing machine along with the swinging of the wheel carrier 3, so that the rope sawing machine automatically makes a correct response. The labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the cutting efficiency of the rope sawing machine is improved.
