Background
In the process of mixing materials by the existing stirrer, the stirring is not sufficient and uniform, a large amount of residual materials are often condensed on the blades or the inner side wall, so that the subsequent cleaning process is troublesome, the labor intensity of workers is increased, and moreover, when the existing stirrer is used for discharging materials, the materials repeatedly rub the discharging hopper, so that the discharging hopper is partially seriously ground and needs to be maintained once in a short time, and the shutdown is often caused during the maintenance, so that the normal production is influenced; meanwhile, when the stirrer stirs, because the stirring blades do circular motion, the generated vibration is radial vibration, the vibration is strong, the noise is high, the excessive vibration affects the stirring effect, and the radial vibration is difficult to be solved by the conventional vertical stirrer; the existing discharge hopper is fixed in length, and when the construction site needs to accurately discharge, the discharge hopper often cannot discharge an appointed place, and auxiliary transportation is needed, so that the labor intensity is increased.

the cleaning device comprises a support rod, a scraper, an annular pipe and a spray head; one ends of the two support rods are vertically and symmetrically fixed on two sides of the stirring shaft, and the other ends of the two support rods are fixedly provided with scrapers which are in clearance fit with the inner side wall of the stirring barrel; annular pipes are arranged at the top of the inner side of the stirring barrel and are arranged at the plurality of spray heads at equal intervals, the spray heads face the inner side wall of the stirring barrel, and the annular pipes are communicated with a water source outside the stirring barrel.

Further, the exit outside of first discharge hopper is provided with the reverse extension section that is on a parallel with first discharge hopper lateral wall, and reverse extension section and first discharge hopper lateral wall form the buckle groove, and the both ends of second discharge hopper all are provided with the reverse extension section opposite with the opening direction, form the buckle groove, and first discharge hopper and second discharge hopper to and connect through buckle groove buckle between second discharge hopper and the second discharge hopper.

the discharging hopper adopts a multilayer detachable structure, so that the worn discharging hopper can be quickly replaced; meanwhile, the discharge hopper can be prolonged through buckling connection, so that accurate discharge is realized, and the labor intensity is reduced;
the vibration reduction device is adopted, the vibration energy is absorbed by utilizing the deformation of the rubber, the noise can be reduced, and the stirring barrel is connected with the rubber through the T-shaped connecting rod, so that the noise is further reduced by soft connection.

The stirring device comprises a stirring barrel 3, a driving motor 1, a helical blade 4 and a stirring shaft 10, wherein the stirring shaft 10 is coaxially arranged inside the stirring barrel 3; the driving motor 1 is arranged outside the stirring barrel 3 and is connected with one end of the stirring shaft 10, and the helical blade 4 is arranged on the stirring shaft;
the cleaning device comprises a support rod 5, a scraper 6, an annular pipe 14 and a spray head 2; one ends of the two support rods 5 are vertically and symmetrically fixed on two sides of the stirring shaft 10, the other ends of the two support rods are fixedly provided with scrapers 6, and the scrapers 6 are in clearance fit with the inner side wall of the stirring barrel 3; annular pipes 14 are arranged at the top of the inner side of the stirring barrel 3, the annular pipes 14 are arranged at equal intervals on the plurality of spray heads 2, the spray heads face the inner side wall of the stirring barrel, and the annular pipes 14 are communicated with a water source outside the stirring barrel. The damping device comprises a spring 16, a movable groove 17, a T-shaped connecting rod 18 and damping rubber 19; the upper surface of the damping rubber 19 is in a slope shape, the stirring device is arranged on the upper surface of the damping rubber 19, the upper surface of the damping rubber 19 is provided with a plurality of movable grooves 17, the bottoms of the movable grooves 17 are provided with holes, the end parts of the T-shaped connecting rods 18 are fixedly inserted into the holes, and the widths of the T-shaped connecting rods 18 are matched with the widths of the movable grooves; the T-shaped connecting rod 18 is sleeved with a spring 16; the T-shaped connecting rod 18 is welded with the outer side wall of the stirring barrel.
Discharge apparatus includes first discharge hopper 7 and second discharge hopper 8, and first discharge hopper 7 and second discharge hopper 8 are the U type, and first discharge hopper 7 is fixed to be set up in the exit of agitator bottom, and a plurality of second discharge hoppers 8 loop through the buckle and connect in the exit of first discharge hopper 7.

The worn discharge hopper can be quickly replaced by adopting a multilayer detachable structure; meanwhile, the discharge hopper can be prolonged through buckling connection, so that accurate discharge is realized, and the labor intensity is reduced.
The first discharge hopper 7 and the second discharge hopper 8, and the portions of the second discharge hopper 8 and the second discharge hopper 8 that contact each other are provided with sealing strips 9.
The scraper 6 comprises a scraper frame and a blade, the scraper frame is a herringbone frame, a plurality of scrapers are arranged on the inner side of the scraper frame in parallel at equal intervals, and the support rod 5 is fixedly connected with the scraper frame; the blade is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the doctor frame.
The mixing tank 3 is provided with a feed inlet 15.
Damping rubber is right trapezoid, and its inclined plane is up, and agitating unit sets up on the inclined plane, adopts right trapezoid, makes the discharge gate be higher than the bottom surface, is convenient for unload. Utilize rubber deformation to absorb vibration energy, the noise can be reduced, and agitator and rubber pass through T type connecting rod and connect, realize the further noise reduction of flexible coupling.
The working principle is as follows: during stirring, feeding is carried out through the feeding hole, the driving motor is started, the stirring blade starts to stir materials, meanwhile, the scraper also rotates simultaneously to clean the materials attached to the inner side wall of the barrel, when a large amount of materials are attached, the water pump is turned on, the annular pipe starts to introduce high-pressure water, and the spray head further cleans the interior of the barrel; unloading after the stirring is finished, and unloading by adjusting the length of the discharge hopper to meet the field requirement.
