Abstract
The invention provides a split forming die and a forming method of a ceramic hand die. The hand mold is divided into a hand mold and an arm mold at the lower arm portion. The hand mould is a grouting mould and is divided into a left hand mould and a right hand mould along the front-back direction of the palm, and a grouting opening is formed in the lower arm end. The arm mould is a rolling mould or a grouting mould and is divided into an arm left mould and an arm right mould, the opening of the arm left mould is close to one end of the hand, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the arm right mould is provided with a base sandwich for forming the hand mould base. Performing hand grouting forming, and after mud blank forming, separating a mold from the left and the right; and rolling or grouting the arm part, separating the left mold and the right mold after the mud blank is formed, and removing the base sandwich. The two parts are integrated into a whole.
Description
Technical Field
The ceramic hand mold is used for producing plastic or rubber gloves. The hand model usually comprises the whole hand and a small arm, and the arm end is provided with a base for clamping the equipment. Taking the production of latex gloves as an example, the production equipment clamps the base at the arm end of the hand model to suspend the hand model, then soaks the coagulant and the latex in sequence to enable the latex to form a film on the surface of the hand model, and then forms the finished latex gloves through the subsequent process. The invention provides an integrated molding grouting mold and a molding method of a ceramic hand mold.
Background
As shown in the cross-sectional view of the hand model of fig. 1, the completed hand model includes a base portion a, and a main body portion composed of a lower arm portion b and a palm portion c, and is normally not divided into left and right hands. Because the base part a at the arm end of the hand mould is clamped by equipment, the thickness requirement is larger, the construction requirement is more complicated, and the hand mould cannot be integrally formed with the main body part in a left-right mould splitting mode through one-step grouting. The traditional technology is that the main body part of the hand mould is formed by grouting, the base part is formed by grouting or rolling, and then the blank mud formed by the two parts is connected into a whole. The method has the advantages that the length of the main body part is longer, so that the grouting time is long, the blank is easy to deform, the blank receiving difficulty at the bottom is high, the direction reference is difficult to permit, and the production yield is low.
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention improves the blank receiving mode, the blank is received from the small arm part (the blank receiving position is determined according to the length of the glove), the lower half part of the arm and the base are integrally rolled or formed by grouting, and the thickness of the wall of the part is ensured to be larger than that of the palm and the finger part, so that the ceramic hand mold cannot deform in the firing process. The qualification rate of the product is greatly improved.
Disclosure of Invention
As shown in fig. 2, for convenience of description, although the blank receiving position of the hand mold is at the small arm part, so that one part is the hand with a section of the small arm and the other part is the remaining part of the small arm together with the base part, we will simply refer to the hand and the arm part as the hand mold and the arm mold respectively, and accordingly, the molds named different parts are the hand mold and the arm mold.
The technical scheme of the split molding die and the molding method of the invention is as follows, and the die and the molding method are also described.
The ceramic hand mold of the present invention is divided into a hand mold and an arm mold at a lower arm portion. The hand mould is a grouting mould and is divided into a left hand mould and a right hand mould along the front-back direction of the palm, and a grouting opening is formed in the lower arm end. The arm mould is a rolling mould or a grouting mould and is divided into an arm left mould and an arm right mould, the opening of the arm left mould is close to one end of the hand, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the arm right mould is provided with a base sandwich for forming the hand mould base. Performing hand grouting forming, and after mud blank forming, separating a mold from the left and the right; and rolling or grouting the arm part, separating the left mold and the right mold after the mud blank is formed, and removing the base sandwich. The two parts are integrated into a whole.
In a preferred scheme, the arm part die is a rolling die, and the arm part is formed by rolling. According to the scheme, the arm part is formed by rolling, so that the blank is compact and not easy to deform, and the blank receiving difficulty can be reduced. The upper and lower mold splitting positions mainly consider that the hands are not too long so as to avoid deformation and too long molding time.
Another preferred scheme is that the arm mold is a grouting mold, and the arm is a grouting mold. The upper mold parting position and the lower mold parting position are mainly considered to enable the grouting forming time of the hand part and the arm part to be approximately the same. The grouting forming time is positively correlated with the thickness and the length of the mud blank, and the length of the hand is larger than that of the arm to ensure that the grouting forming time of the two parts is approximately equal because the thickness of the arm is larger than that of the hand.
The upper and lower die parting positions of the invention are determined according to the length of the small arm: the maximum length of the arm part is in the mode splitting of the wrist part, namely the hand part does not comprise a small arm part, and the arm part comprises all small arms; the arm portion minimum length is the split mold at one-half of the length of the forearm (including the base).
The invention improves the stability of product quality and improves the production efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 3. The ceramic hand mold of the present invention is divided into a hand mold 1 and an arm mold 2 at a small arm portion. The hand mould 1 is a grouting mould and is divided into a left hand mould 11 and a right hand mould 12 along the front-back direction of the palm, and a grouting opening 13 of the hand mould is arranged at the end of the small arm. The arm part die is an arm part rolling die 2 and is longitudinally divided into an arm part rolling left die 21 and an arm part rolling right die 22, an opening 23 of the arm part rolling die is arranged at one end close to a hand, and a rolling base sandwich 24 for forming a hand die base is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the arm part rolling die 2. The mold parting positions of the hand mold and the arm mold are that the length of the hand is larger than that of the arm at the position corresponding to the hand mold and is between the wrist part and the half of the forearm.
The hand and the arm of the ceramic hand mold are respectively formed by grouting and rolling, and the thickness of the arm mud blank is larger than that of the hand mud blank; after the hand mud blank of the hand mold is molded, the left mold and the right mold are separated, and the mud blank is taken out; after the clay blank on the arm part of the hand mold is formed, the left mold and the right mold are separated, the sandwich core of the base is removed, and the clay blank is taken out. The two parts of mud blanks are connected into a whole.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4. The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the arm mold is an arm grouting mold 3, which is divided into a left arm grouting mold 31 and a right arm grouting mold 32 in the longitudinal direction, the arm mold grouting port 33 is near one end of the hand, and the bottom of the cavity of the arm grouting mold 3 is provided with a grouting base sandwich 34 for molding the hand mold base.
The hand and the arm of the ceramic hand mold are respectively formed by grouting, and the thickness of the arm mud blank is greater than that of the hand mud blank; after the hand mud blank of the hand mold is molded, the left mold and the right mold are separated, and the mud blank is taken out; after the clay blank on the arm part of the hand mold is formed, the left mold and the right mold are separated, the sandwich core of the base is removed, and the clay blank is taken out.
