Claims (8)

1. A residue separator for municipal sewage treatment, includes bottom plate (1), its characterized in that: the four corners of the bottom end of the bottom plate (1) are respectively and fixedly connected with supporting legs (20), the top end of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with a fixed groove (2), the top end inside the fixed groove (2) is fixedly connected with a shell (4), the middle position of the top end of the shell (4) is fixedly connected with a feed inlet (12), the bottom end of the shell (4) is fixedly connected with a blanking hopper (3), the middle position of the bottom end of the blanking hopper (3) is fixedly connected with a blanking pipe (22), the top end inside the blanking pipe (22) is provided with a control valve (23), the bottom end of the blanking pipe (22) respectively penetrates through the middle position of the bottom end inside the fixed groove (2) and one side of the top end of the bottom plate (1), the top part between the two sides inside the shell (4) is provided with a crushing mechanism (13), and the other side of the, the middle position of the top end of the filter box (18) is fixedly connected with a second water pump (16), a liquid pumping pipe (15) penetrates through the top of one side inside the shell (4), one side of the liquid pumping pipe (15) is fixedly connected with the input end of the second water pump (16), the output end of the second water pump (16) is fixedly connected with a liquid outlet pipe (17), the bottom end of the liquid outlet pipe (17) penetrates through the middle position of the top end of the filter box (18), a filter screen (26) is arranged at the top between the two sides inside the filter box (18), the two sides of the filter screen (26) are respectively and fixedly connected with a clamping block (25), the tops of the two sides inside the filter box (18) are respectively and fixedly connected with a clamping groove (24), one side of the bottom end of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a discharging mechanism (21), and the bottom of one side of the filter, a cleaning mechanism is arranged at the top of one side of the shell (4);
the cleaning mechanism comprises a water storage tank (5), the water storage tank (5) is fixedly connected to one side of a shell (4), a first water pump (8) is fixedly connected to the middle position of the top end of the water storage tank (5), a water pumping pipe (6) is inserted into the middle position of the top end inside the water storage tank (5), the top end of the water pumping pipe (6) is fixedly connected with the input end of the first water pump (8), a filling opening (7) is inserted into one side of the top end of the water storage tank (5), a water conveying pipe (9) is fixedly connected to the output end of the first water pump (8), one side of the water conveying pipe (9) penetrates through the top end of one side of the shell (4), a connecting pipe (10) is fixedly connected to one side of the water conveying pipe (9), two ends of the top inside the shell (4) are respectively and fixedly connected with a spray pipe (11), one side of the spray pipe, the bottom ends of the spray pipes (11) are respectively and uniformly fixedly connected with water spray nozzles (14).
2. The residue separation device for municipal sewage treatment according to claim 1, wherein: two groups of spray pipes (11) are arranged, and the spray pipes (11) are symmetrically distributed around the vertical center line of the shell (4).
