The invention provides a production method of high-concentration corn steep liquor, wherein dilute corn steep liquor is pumped to a material distributor of vacuum scraper plate evaporation concentration equipment by a pump and is uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the equipment, the corn steep liquor flows downwards along the inner surface of the equipment by the gravity of the material and the rotation of a scraper plate, the corn steep liquor is heated in the downward flow process, water in the material is changed into water vapor which is evaporated and discharged by a vacuum pump, and the high-concentration corn steep liquor is extruded and discharged by the scraper plate and a screw so as to achieve the purpose of evaporating and concentrating the corn steep liquor. The invention has the obvious advantages that the problem that the corn steep liquor can not be evaporated and concentrated to high concentration is solved, and the high-concentration corn steep liquor is convenient to store, transport and process.

The invention has the obvious advantages that the concentration of the corn steep liquor is improved to the maximum extent, when the concentration of the corn steep liquor is higher than fifty percent, the traditional multi-effect evaporator can not continuously produce due to the blockage of the pipeline of the evaporator caused by poor fluidity, and the production, transportation and other costs are high during the production of downstream enterprises due to low concentration of the corn steep liquor; because the concentration of the corn steep liquor is improved, the solid content is improved to more than eighty percent from fifty percent, the transportation cost can be saved, about 1.3 tons of steam can be saved when 1 ton of corn steep liquor dry powder is produced in downstream enterprises, the production cost can be reduced, and the competitiveness of the enterprises is improved.

After a corn steep liquor (with solid content of 7-10%) is evaporated and concentrated by a multi-effect evaporator and a first-stage forced circulation evaporator, the solid content of corn steep liquor is increased to about 50%, the corn steep liquor with the solid content of 50% is pumped to a material distributor of a scraper concentrator by a thick slurry pump, the material is uniformly distributed on the inner surface of equipment by the material distributor above, the vacuum scraper evaporator concentrator (the concentrator) has a double-layer structure, the material is heated on the inner surface of the equipment after being heated by steam, the material reaches the lower end of the equipment along the surface of the equipment under the action of self gravity and a scraper, and is discharged by spiral extrusion, the solid content of the high-concentration corn steep liquor can reach more than eighty percent after being discharged, and the high-concentration corn steep liquor can be directly sold or dried into corn; and (3) heating the moisture in the material to form steam, discharging the steam through a vacuum pump, and sending the discharged wastewater to a sewage treatment plant for treatment and standard discharge.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the thin corn steep liquor is concentrated by a vacuum blade evaporation concentrator.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the corn steep liquor is heated and the water vapor is removed by a vacuum pump.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the corn steep liquor is discharged by a scraper and screw press.
