The brush handle 11 is arranged, so that the brush handle 11 can be held conveniently to clean teeth, and the holding feeling is improved; meanwhile, the adjusting member 13 is provided mainly for adjusting the amplitude of the oscillation of the bristle sub-assembly 18 in the mounting head 16. Wherein, it can be clear that, because the waterproof layer 25 is arranged between the bristle subassembly 18 and the installation cavity 21, a certain swing space is reserved, and simultaneously, the waterproof layer 25 can be made of silica gel material, so that the bristle subassembly 18 can adjust the swing amplitude in the swing space through the adjusting part 13 under the driving of the transmission rod 20, and further, the teeth are cleaned.
Preferably, the adjustment member 13 comprises one or more sets of keys 30; the brush rod 17 is provided with a key hole 31, and the key 30 is connected with the brush rod 17 through the key hole 31; wherein,
the push button 30 is provided with a positioning protrusion 32, the transmission rod 20 is provided with a positioning hole 33 matched with the positioning protrusion 32, and the positioning protrusion 32 is used as a fulcrum of the transmission rod 20 when the power assembly 12 drives the transmission rod 20 to rotate.
In order to adjust the arc of oscillation of the bristle sub-assembly 18 within the mounting cavity 21, a plurality of sets of buttons 30 are provided, and the buttons 30 are connected to the brush bar 17 through button holes 31. The keys 30 can be arranged in multiple groups, which are set according to the length of the transmission rod 20 and the width of the power hole 22, and the transmission rod 20 is made of a high-strength rigid material. The push button 30 is arranged on the brush rod 17 in a penetrating mode, the push button 30 is provided with a positioning protrusion 32, the transmission rod 20 is provided with a positioning hole 33 matched with the positioning protrusion 32, when the positioning protrusion 32 is pressed into the corresponding positioning hole 33, the position of the positioning protrusion 32 corresponding to the push button 30 can be used as a pivot of the transmission rod 20 in a swinging mode, the swinging radian of one end, close to the brush hair component 18, of the transmission rod 20 is adjusted, and the swinging strength and amplitude of the brush hair component 18 are controlled.
Preferably, the power assembly 12 comprises a motor 121, a transmission member 122 and a limit bearing 123, the transmission member 122 is connected with the inner wall of the handle 11 through the limit bearing 123, the transmission rod 20 is provided with a transmission hole 124, and the distance of the transmission hole 124 in the extending direction of the transmission rod 20 is smaller than the distance perpendicular to the direction of the transmission rod 20; wherein,
the transmission member 122 has a propping structure 125, which is used for sequentially propping two sidewalls of the transmission hole 124 perpendicular to the direction of the transmission rod 20 when the transmission member 122 is driven by the motor 121 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission rod 20 to swing with the positioning protrusion 32 as a fulcrum.
The power assembly 12 includes a motor 121, a transmission member 122 and a limit bearing 123, wherein the limit bearing 123 is used for limiting the position of the transmission member 122, and the transmission member 122 is driven to rotate at a high speed by the motor 121. When the transmission member 122 rotates at a high speed, the abutting structure 125 disposed on the outer wall of the transmission member 122 sequentially presses the two side walls of the transmission hole 124, so as to drive the transmission rod 20 to rotate at a high speed with the key 30 as a fulcrum, thereby cleaning the teeth. The electric toothbrush 1 disclosed by the invention only swings the bristle component 18 when in use, the mounting head 16 cannot swing, and the use comfort level is high; meanwhile, the transmission rod 20 is adopted to transmit power, so that the thickness of the mounting head 16 is reduced, and teeth can be cleaned deeply; when the bristle component 18 is replaced, the electric toothbrush head 10 does not need to be completely replaced, and the use cost of the electric toothbrush 1 is reduced.

Claims (10)
1. An electrically powered brushhead, comprising: the brush head comprises an installation head, a brush rod, a brush hair component, a connecting component and a transmission rod, wherein the installation head is connected with the brush rod, an installation cavity is formed in the installation head, the brush rod is provided with a power hole, and the power hole is communicated with the installation cavity; the brush component comprises brush, a brush plate and an external element, the brush and the external element are both connected with the brush plate, and the brush plate is arranged in the mounting cavity and is connected with the mounting head through the connecting component; the transmission rod is arranged in the power hole, and one end, far away from the brush rod, of the transmission rod is connected with the external connector; the width of the power hole is larger than that of the transmission rod, and a flexible connecting layer is arranged between the transmission rod and the inner wall of the power hole.
2. The electric toothbrush head according to claim 1, wherein the flexible connection layer is a silicone layer, and the silicone layer is sleeved on the periphery of the transmission rod.
3. The powered brushhead of claim 1, further comprising a waterproof layer disposed between the bristle sub-assembly and the mounting head.
4. The powered brushhead of claim 3, wherein the bristle sub-assembly is removably attached to the mounting head by the attachment assembly.
5. The powered brushhead of claim 4, wherein the connection assembly includes: the brush comprises a concave structure arranged on the brush plate and a convex structure arranged on the inner wall of the mounting head and matched with the concave structure.
6. The powered brush head of claim 5 wherein the recessed features are laterally disposed grooves and the raised features are ridges that mate with the grooves; the transmission rod is driven by the transmission rod through the external connecting piece to slide along the convex strip through the groove.
7. The electric toothbrush head of claim 1, wherein the external connector is a protrusion disposed at the bottom of the toothbrush plate, the transmission rod is provided with an external hole matching with the protrusion, and the protrusion is connected with the transmission rod through the external hole.
8. An electric toothbrush comprising a handle, a power assembly, an adjustment member and an electric head as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, the adjustment member being provided on the stem; wherein,
the electric brush head is detachably connected with the brush handle;
the power assembly is connected with the transmission rod and used for driving the transmission rod to swing in the power hole by taking the adjusting piece as a fulcrum.
9. The electric toothbrush of claim 8, wherein the adjustment member comprises one or more sets of buttons; the brush rod is provided with a key hole, and the key is connected with the brush rod through the key hole; wherein,
the button is provided with a positioning bulge, the transmission rod is provided with a positioning hole matched with the positioning bulge, and the positioning bulge is used as a fulcrum of the transmission rod when the power assembly drives the transmission rod to rotate.
10. The electric toothbrush as claimed in claim 9, wherein the power assembly comprises a motor, a transmission member and a limit bearing, the transmission member is connected to the inner wall of the brush handle through the limit bearing, the transmission rod is provided with a transmission hole, and the distance of the transmission hole in the extending direction of the transmission rod is smaller than the distance perpendicular to the direction of the transmission rod; wherein,
the transmission part is provided with a propping structure for sequentially propping two side walls of the transmission hole in the direction vertical to the transmission rod when the transmission part rotates under the driving of the motor, and driving the transmission rod to swing by taking the positioning bulge as a fulcrum.
