Based on the problems existing in the prior art, the present embodiment provides a tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2 in particular, the tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment comprises: the locking device comprises a first belt body 10, a second belt body 20 and a locker 30, wherein a first buckling part 40 and a second buckling part 50 are respectively arranged at two ends of the second belt body 20, and the first buckling part 40 and the second buckling part 50 are respectively connected with two ends of the first belt body 10 in a buckling manner; the locking device 30 is disposed on the second belt body 20, the locking device 30 is disposed between the first buckling portion 40 and the second buckling portion 50, and the locking device 30 is buckled with the first belt body 10 through the first buckling portion 40 and the second buckling portion 50 to form a closed endless belt.
The working principle of the tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment in this embodiment is as follows:
firstly, a first belt body 10 is arranged below a wounded part, then a second belt body 20 is covered on the wounded part, then two ends of the first belt body 10 are respectively buckled and connected with a first buckling part 40 and a second buckling part 50 of the second belt body 20, two ends of the first belt body 10 can be pulled simultaneously to enable the first belt body 10 and the second belt body 20 to be tightened at the wounded part, so that the first belt body 10 and the second belt body 20 fix a hemostatic part, then a locker 30 is controlled to enable the locker 30 to further contract a closed annular belt formed by the first belt body 10 and the second belt body 20, wherein when two ends of the first belt body 10 are buckled and connected with the second belt body 20, the force process is difficult to control, sometimes the closed annular belt is too loose due to force, and a good hemostatic effect cannot be achieved; in order to further tighten the closed loop belt of the first belt body 10 and the second belt body 20, the force for pulling the two ends of the first belt body 10 needs to be further increased, the control and the holding are difficult to control in the force application process, and sometimes, the excessive force is applied, which may cause secondary injury to the wound, therefore, the locker 30 enables the closed loop belt to maintain stable, continuous and uniform force application in the further tightening process, and the phenomenon of secondary injury caused by the excessive force applied in the hemostasis process of the wound is avoided; in addition, the two ends of the first belt body 10 are buckled with the first buckling part and the second buckling part of the second belt body 20, so that the two ends of the first belt body can be pulled simultaneously, the first belt body and the second belt body form a closed annular belt, the two sides of the wound are stressed simultaneously in the force application process, the stress is uniform, and the stress concentration caused by single stress is avoided, so that the wound generates uncomfortable reaction; in addition, in the outdoor hemostasis rescue process, the geographic position is complicated, and sometimes the hemostasis rescue can only be performed at a specific position, both ends of the first belt body 10 in the embodiment are buckled and connected with the first buckling part and the second buckling part of the second belt body 20, one end of the first belt body 10 can be buckled and connected with the first buckling part or the second buckling part of the second belt body 20, then the other end of the first belt body 10 is selectively pulled according to the specific geographic position, so that the first belt body 10 is buckled and connected with the second belt body 20, and then the lock 30 is controlled to further tighten the closed ring belt, so that a good hemostasis effect is achieved, and the problem that the force application operation of the unidirectional closed ring belt is inconvenient in a complex environment can be avoided.
The tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment provided by the embodiment has the advantages that:
the tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment provided by the embodiment is buckled and connected with the first buckling part and the second buckling part of the second band body through the two ends of the first band body, so that force can be exerted from the two ends of the first band body simultaneously in the hemostatic use process, the uniform stress of a hemostatic part can be ensured, and the stress concentration caused by single stress is avoided, so that the wound generates uncomfortable reaction; through being provided with the locker on the second area body, the locker can further tighten up closed clitellum, and can guarantee that the application of force is stable continuously even further tightening up the application of force in-process, avoid appearing exerting oneself difficult control and lead to wound secondary damage to appear, tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment in this embodiment can be applicable to complicated geographical environment through bidirectional adjustment in addition, avoid inconvenient difficult problem that leads to being difficult to stanch in the operation of the appearance of complex environment, consequently the tourniquet structure with bidirectional adjustment that this embodiment provided is simple, can guarantee that wound department atress is even, further tighten up in-process application of force controllable, high durability and convenient operation, can adapt to complicated operation environment, it is effectual to stanch.

In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the extraction of the tourniquet, a handle 60 is further disposed on the second strap body 20, specifically, the handle 60 is disposed between the second strap body 20 and the locking strap 310, wherein both the handle 60 and the locking strap 310 are fixedly connected to the second strap body 20 through the first fixing hole 312.
In summary, the hemostatic band with bidirectional adjustment provided by the invention is buckled and connected with the first buckling part and the second buckling part of the second band body through the two ends of the first band body, so that force can be exerted from the two ends of the first band body simultaneously in the hemostatic use process, the uniform stress at the hemostatic part can be ensured, and the stress concentration caused by single stress is avoided, so that the wound generates uncomfortable reaction; the locker is arranged on the second band body, the locker can further tighten the closed girdle, and can ensure stable and uniform force application in the process of further tightening the force application, thereby avoiding the occurrence of secondary injury at a wound caused by hard control of the force application, in addition, the tourniquet with bidirectional regulation in the embodiment can be suitable for complex geographical environment through bidirectional regulation, and avoiding the difficult problem of difficult hemostasis caused by inconvenient operation in the complex environment, wherein, the second band body can adopt a third band body and a fourth band body with two sections, the second band body and the third band body are detachably connected, thereby not only ensuring the locker to realize the joint connection of the closed girdle and the wound surface in the process of further tightening, but also providing double protection for the whole closed girdle, strengthening the connection strength of the whole tourniquet, and avoiding the complete failure phenomenon of the whole tourniquet after the mechanical failure of the locker, therefore, the tourniquet with bidirectional adjustment provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, capability of ensuring that the wound is uniformly stressed, controllable force application in the further tightening process, convenience in operation, capability of adapting to a complex operation environment and good hemostasis effect.
It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
