Description

Electric mattress
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mattresses, and more particularly, to an electric mattress that can improve user convenience by changing the shape of a mattress body itself to suit the body shape of a user for rest.
Background
Generally, a bed is mainly of a fixed type having a fixed shape, height, and the like. In the case of such a fixed-type bed, although the prior art discloses a bed in which the inclination is implemented in such a manner as to fit a part of the body, there is a problem in that the upper height of the bed as a whole cannot be adjusted according to the height or body shape of the user. To compensate for these problems of the fixed-type beds, electric beds with adjusted heights are recently being sold in the market. The conventional electric bed for adjusting the height is not implemented to adjust the height of a part to fit the user's body shape, but is implemented only to vertically raise or lower the entire body of the user. In general, such an electric bed adopts a principle that a separate elevating device is provided at a lower side to elevate a bed frame itself or a part thereof on which a mattress main body is placed. However, the conventional height-adjustable electric beds are sold at a considerably higher price than the above-mentioned fixed beds, so that consumers have a heavy purchase burden, and the hospital beds currently used in hospitals or nursing facilities are fixed beds, which require replacement of the entire bed due to a height problem.
For example, korean patent laid-open No. 10-0732713 discloses a height adjustment device for an electric bed. This issued patent discloses a height adjustment device that can be raised and lowered by electric power in such a manner as to raise and lower the height of the bed to near vertical. However, there is a problem in that only the height adjusting device of the electric bed is improved and cannot be applied to the existing fixed bed. Also, Korean granted Utility model No. 20-0255702 discloses an electric angle adjusting bed. The above utility model discloses a technique that the user can adjust the angle of the bed easily through simply manipulating the controller.
However, the above-mentioned granted patent and granted utility model disclose only that the height of the bed can be adjusted and lifted to a certain extent, and there is a problem that the whole bed including the height adjusting means must be additionally purchased and the fixed type bed used in the past must be discarded.
Therefore, a device capable of overcoming the above-mentioned drawbacks is yet to be proposed.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-17.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the electric mattress 100 includes: a mattress cover 110; a plurality of cushion parts 120 filled in the mattress cover 110; and a power-driven part 200 disposed under the plurality of cushion parts 120 in the inner portion of the mattress cover 110, electrically driven to rotate a part of the plurality of cushion parts 120, and rotate the other end part with reference to the one end part fixed by the hinge.
Among them, the mattress cover 110 is a component forming the appearance of the electric mattress 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, and may be formed of a fabric material so as to change the appearance by the activation of the electric part 200. The material of the mattress cover 110 is not limited to the fabric but may include various materials within a range comfortable to the user.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be placed above a frame 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the frame 1 may include: a placement portion 10 arranged in a horizontal direction and having a plate shape or a frame shape; a vertical plate 20 vertically extending upward at one end corresponding to the head of the user among one end and the other end of the seating part 10, having a plate shape; and a plurality of installation legs 30 installed at the lower surface of the corner of the installation part 10 and supported by the floor of the room. In addition, the frame 1 may further include a support block 40 supporting a lower center of the seating portion 10.
As described above, the electric mattress 100 of an embodiment of the present invention may include the frame 1 as an accessory and be spaced upward with respect to the floor of the room. However, in order to provide the electric mattress 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention without including the frame 1, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the electric mattress may be directly placed on the ground without providing the frame 1.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the mattress cover 110 may include an opening and closing part 115 in the form of a zipper, and the opening and closing part 115 selectively communicates the inner space with the outer space so as to easily perform replacement or after-sales service of the plurality of cushion parts 120 and the electric part 200 inside. Therefore, the user can easily perform work even when the electric unit 200 has a failure or needs inspection by opening the inner space of the mattress cover 110 using the opening/closing unit 115 to replace a part or all of the cushion units 113, 121, 122, 123, and 124, or by removing a part or all of the cushion units 113, 121, 122, 123, and 124 from the inner space of the mattress cover 110 and refilling the cushion units after cleaning or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the external appearance of the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be changed according to the activation of the electric part 200. The appearance-changing shape of the motorized mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention specifically defines its regions as follows.
That is, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, on the premise that a user normally lies on top, the electric mattress 100 of an embodiment of the present invention may be defined as being divided into a first region 101 supporting the buttocks of the user, a second region 102 extending from one end of the first region 101 and supporting the upper body of the user including the waist and the head, a third region 103 extending from the other end of the first region 101 and supporting the thighs of the user, and a fourth region 104 extending from the other end of the third region 103 and supporting the thighs of the user.
The definitions of the first to fourth regions 101 to 104 as described above are for facilitating understanding of the change in appearance of the electric mattress 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, but may be defined as more regions or less regions than the regions defined above, as is apparent.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may change the overall appearance by rotating a second region 102, which is a portion where the upper body of the user including the waist and the head is located, by a predetermined angle with one end of the first region 101 as a rotation center point, rotating a third region 103, which is a portion where the thigh of the user is located, by a predetermined angle with the other end of the first region 101 as a rotation center point, and rotating the lower leg of the user by a predetermined angle in the direction of the self weight with the other end of the third region 103 as a rotation center point.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the electric part 200 is disposed under the plurality of mat parts 120 in the inner portion of the mattress cover 110 so that the appearance can be changed in the first to fourth areas 101 to 104 divided as defined above.
Wherein the plurality of pad parts 120 may include: an upper mat material 113 disposed at the uppermost portion in the interior of the mattress cover 110; a first lower pad material 121 disposed under a center side of the upper pad material 113 to support buttocks of a user; a second lower pad material 122 disposed at one side of the first lower pad material 121 to support the upper body of the user including the waist and the head; a third lower pad material 123 disposed at the other side of the first lower pad material 121 to support the femoral part of the user; and a fourth lower pad material 124 disposed at the other side of the third lower pad material 123 to support the lower leg of the user.
The upper mattress material 113 may be arranged in layers on the inside of the mattress cover 110 so as to completely cover the upper sides of the first through fourth lower mattress materials 121 through 124. Wherein the mattress cover 110 is provided to be divided up and down by a partition fabric not shown in the drawings made of a fabric material or the like, so that the upper mattress material 113 and the remaining first to fourth mattress materials 121 to 124 are stably subjected to appearance change inside the mattress cover 110.
The electromotive part 200 may change the external shape of the upper pad material 113 by simultaneously or sequentially rotating the second lower pad material 122 and the third lower pad material 123 positioned at one side or the other side with respect to the first lower pad material 121.
On the other hand, the electromotive part 200 may be arranged to support the first lower pad material 121 except for a portion of the second lower pad material 122 or the fourth lower pad material 124, the remaining portion of the second lower pad material 122, and the underside of the third lower pad material 123.
The electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include: a side auxiliary pad 132 for supporting the remaining portion of the second lower pad 122 corresponding to the head of the user, which is not supported by the electric unit 200; and a second auxiliary pad 134 for supporting the fourth lower pad 124 corresponding to the lower leg of the user, which is not supported by the power unit 200.
The one side auxiliary cushion block 132 and the other side auxiliary cushion block 134 are respectively provided inside the mattress cover 110, and function to support the lower side of both longitudinal ends of the user's head and the user's lower leg under the plurality of cushion parts 113, 121, 122, 123, 124. More specifically, the electromotive part 200 is disposed to support the first and second lower cushion materials 121 and 122 and the lower surface of the third lower cushion material 123 in the inner space of the mattress cover 110, and thus, the one-side auxiliary pad 132 and the other-side auxiliary pad 134 may be disposed in order to prevent the remaining portion of the second lower cushion material 122 and the fourth lower cushion material 124, which are not supported by the electromotive part 200, from drooping downward.
In which the one side auxiliary cushion block 132 and the other side auxiliary cushion block 134 have no direct connection relationship with the electric part 200 changing the appearance in the mattress cover 110, and thus move in connection with the appearance change of the adjacent cushion part 122 or 124 by the activation of the electric part 200. For example, the one side auxiliary pad 132 is disposed to support a portion of the lower surface of the second lower pad 122 so as to be movable in connection with a portion of the second lower pad 122, and the other side auxiliary pad 134 is disposed to support the lower surface of the fourth lower pad 122 so as to be movable in connection with a portion of the fourth lower pad 124.
On the other hand, the electromotive part 200 may change the shape of the upper pad material 113 by rotating at least one of the second lower pad material 122 and the third lower pad material 123 positioned at one side or the other side with respect to the first lower pad material 121 or by rotating the second lower pad material 122 and the third lower pad material 123 simultaneously or sequentially.
As described above, the electromotive part 200 is disposed in the inner space of the mattress cover 110 and plays a role of changing the appearance of the upper mat material 113 located thereabove by changing the shape of at least a portion of the first to fourth lower mat materials 121 to 124 of the plurality of mats 120 located thereabove.
More specifically, when the outer side end portion of the second lower pad material 122 is rotated upward by the electromotive part 200 with reference to one end portion of the first lower pad material 121, the appearance of the upper pad material 113 is changed such that the upper body of the user including the waist and the head is inclined in a state where the buttocks of the user lying horizontally on the upper surface of the upper pad material 113 are supported by the upper pad material 113 corresponding to the upper portion of the first lower pad material 121. At this time, the one side sub-pad 132 may be obliquely deformed together with the second under-pad material 122.
Further, when the outer side end portion of the third lower pad material 123 is rotated upward by the electromotive part 200 with reference to the other end portion of the first lower pad material 121, the appearance of the upper pad material 113 is changed such that the thigh of the user is inclined in a state where the buttocks of the user lying horizontally on the upper surface of the upper pad material 113 are supported by the upper pad material 113 corresponding to the upper portion of the first lower pad material 121. At this time, the other ends of the fourth lower pad material 124 and the other side auxiliary pad 134 are drooping and rotated by their own weights with reference to the respective one ends connected to the outer ends of the third lower pad material 123.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the power part 200 may include: a central fixing frame part 210 for fixing and supporting the lower surface of the first lower mat material 121; an upper body actuator part 220 rotatably coupled to one side end portion of the center frame part 210 and rotating the second lower cushion material 122 with respect to one side end portion of the center frame part 210 while fixedly supporting a lower portion of the second lower cushion material 122; and a lower body actuator part 230 rotatably coupled to the other end of the central mount part 210 and rotating the third lower cushion material 123 with respect to the other end of the central mount part 210 while fixedly supporting the lower surface of the third lower cushion material 123.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the central fixing frame part 210, the upper body actuator part 220, and the lower body actuator part 230 may include: main frames 211, 221, 231 forming side frames; and sub-frames 212, 222, 232 which are a plurality of mesh wires connected to the inside of the main frames 211, 221, 231 in a lattice shape. The main frames 211, 221, 231 are formed of a metal material having a substantially quadrangular frame structure, and the sub-frames 212, 222, 232, which are a plurality of net-shaped steel wires, may be steel wires formed of a metal material filling the inside of the main frames 211, 221, 231 in a lattice shape.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the lower body actuator part 230 may further include a lower body actuator 235, one end of the lower body actuator 235 is fixed to a hinge fixing part 236a provided on the center main frame 231 by a hinge, the other end of the lower body actuator 235 is fixed to a hinge fixing part 236b provided on an outer end of the lower body main frame 231 by a hinge, and the lower body actuator 235 is provided as a piston rod 239 linearly reciprocating inside the cylinder 238 by one of hydraulic pressure and pneumatic pressure.
More specifically, the cylinder 238 is hinge-fixed to be relatively rotatable with respect to a hinge fixing portion 236a provided at the center main frame 211, and the front end portion of the piston rod 239 is hinge-fixed to be relatively rotatable with respect to a hinge fixing portion 236b provided at the outer end portion of the lower body main frame 231, so that the lower body main frame 231 is rotated and tilted with reference to the other end portion of the center main frame 211 according to the reciprocating movement of the front end of the piston rod 239.
The upper body actuator 220 and the lower body actuator 230 may further include an upper body driving unit 227 and a lower body driving unit 237, respectively, and the upper body driving unit 227 and the lower body driving unit 237 are electrically driven to generate hydraulic pressure or pneumatic pressure to be supplied to the inside of the cylinders 228 and 238. The upper body driving unit 227 and the lower body driving unit 237 may be one of a hydraulic motor and a pneumatic motor depending on the kind of the working force.
On the other hand, the main frame 211 of the center mount part 210 (i.e., the center main frame 211) may further include: an operation control unit 215 that controls the operations of the upper body actuator unit 220 and the lower body actuator unit 230; and a power cord connection adapter 216 for supplying power to the upper body actuator part 220 and the lower body actuator part 230.
The operation control part 215 may function to control the operations of the upper body actuator 220 and the lower body actuator 230 based on the electric signals transmitted from the remote controllers 50, 60, 70, which will be described below.
Also, the power cord connection adapter 216 may function to mediate the connection of the external power cord 40 for the electric driving of the upper body actuator 220 and the lower body actuator 230.
As described above, in the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of cushion parts 120 are disposed at the upper side in the inner space of the mattress cover 110, and the electric part 200 is disposed under the plurality of cushion parts 120, so that the remaining portion except the mattress cover 100 is not exposed to the outside. For this, the mattress cover 110 may be partitioned into an upper space filled with the upper mat material 113 and a lower space in which the first to fourth mat materials 121 to 124 of the plurality of mat units 120 and the electric unit 200 are arranged.
The upper space or the lower space of the mattress cover 110 can be selectively opened and closed by an opening and closing part 115 provided in the form of a zipper.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a remote controller 50, 60, 70, and the remote controller 50, 60, 70 may be detachably provided at one side of the mattress cover 110 or fixed on or at the upper side or the side of the mattress cover 110 to remotely control the electric part.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the remote controller 50 may be a portable remote controller detachably provided at a side portion of the mattress cover 110, and may communicate with the above-described operation control part 215 through a predetermined wireless signal.
Also, the remote controller 60 may be a button type remote controller fixed on the mattress cover 110, and may be wired to the above-described operation control part 215 to communicate by a predetermined wired signal.
Here, the remote controller 70 may be an internet of things control block separately provided in a space where the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided and capable of wirelessly communicating with the operation control unit 215.
As described above, when the remote controller 70 is the internet of things control block, Environmental Data (Environmental Data) of a space in which the electric mattress 100 of an embodiment of the present invention is provided may be collected. For example, various sensors for detecting temperature, humidity, illuminance, noise, and the like inside the space are provided in the space where the electric mattress 100 is provided, so that the remote controller 70 may receive data from the various sensors to individually control various devices (e.g., an air conditioner, a humidifier, an air cleaner, and the like) not shown in the drawings forming the space environment.
Among the plurality of cushion parts 120 filled in the inside of the mattress cover 110, the upper cushion material 113 having a predetermined thickness may be disposed on the upper space, and the first to fourth lower cushion materials 121 to 124 may be disposed on the lower space of the upper cushion material 113.
The first to fourth underlying materials 121 to 124 may include: a lower bed monolayer 120 a; an upper bed monolayer 120b positioned at an upper side with a predetermined distance from the lower bed monolayer 120 a; and a vertical filament layer 120c connecting the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120 in a woven manner.
The mattress cover 110, which forms a space filling the plurality of cushion parts 120, may be made of a fabric material woven in a triple jacquard weaving method. In addition, the upper pad material 113 in the plurality of pads 120 may be a cushion foam made of a Polyurethane (PU) material. Accordingly, the pad part 120 using the vertical filament layer 120c may be defined by the first to fourth lower pad materials 121 to 124 located under the upper pad material 113.
The lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b may be respectively provided as a sandwich in which a plurality of sheets are stacked. Preferably, four layers may be overlapped in a direction spaced apart from the vertical filament layer 120 c. The middle two layers constituting the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b may be provided as a PVC sheet made of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, and a PVC coating coated with liquid PVC may be provided between the PVC sheet and the vertical thread layer 120c, and an EF polymer layer may be laminated on the outer side of the PVC sheet.
The vertical filament layer 120c, which is disposed between and woven to connect the lower bed monolayer 120a and the upper bed monolayer 120b, may be woven by means of three-dimensional yarns (3D String). For example, although not shown in the drawings, a plurality of vertical filament weaving needles are provided between the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b in such a manner as to be capable of reciprocating between the lower bed single layer 120 and the upper bed single layer 120b, and the vertical filament weaving needles may weave in a zigzag form to connect the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120 b.
Among them, the vertical wires forming the vertical wire layer 120c are preferably core wires that substantially maintain the interval between the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b at 50 to 500 mm. Therefore, even if air is not injected through an air packing part (not shown in the drawing) to be described below, the interval between the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b can be maintained at 50mm, and when air is injected through the air packing part, the interval between the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b can be maintained within the above-described interval range according to the injection amount of air.
On the other hand, although not shown in the drawings, the motorized mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include an air filling part configured to selectively inject air into the inside of at least one of the first and fourth lower cushion materials 121 to 124 woven in the three-dimensional space yarn manner as described above.
In the first to fourth lower mat materials 121 to 124, air flows into the inner space, which is the space between the lower bed single layer 120a and the upper bed single layer 120b, through the air-packing portion, and thus, the upper bed single layer 120b is ruptured and expanded within the above-described interval range so as to be spaced apart from the lower bed single layer 120a, so that a comfortable elastic feeling can be given to the user.
The air filling unit may further include a pressure gauge (not shown) that measures a filling pressure (air pressure) of the air filled in the first to fourth lower pad materials 121 to 124. The operation of the air-filled portion is controlled according to the filling pressure measured by the pressure gauge and the load applying position according to the weight of the user and the change of the sleep state, so that the user can maintain the optimal sleep state.
In the electric mattress 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second lower mattress material 122 of the second area 102 and the third lower mattress material 123 of the third area 103 among the plurality of mattress mats 120 provided inside the mattress cover 110 can be turned obliquely centering on the first lower mattress material 121 of the first area 101 by the activation of the electric part 200.
More specifically, when the upper body driving part 225 of the upper body actuator part 220 rotatably provided at one side of the center fixing frame part 210 in the assembly of the electric part 200 is activated, the upper body main frame 221 corresponding to the second region 102 may tilt and rotate the second under-pad material 122 in one side direction. At this time, the upper body main frame 221 may be tilted at most 90 degrees around the hinge fixing portion 226a of one side end of the center main frame 211.
In addition, when the lower body driving part 235 of the lower body actuator part 230 rotatably provided at the other side of the center frame part 210 in the assembly of the electric part 200 is activated, the lower body main frame 231 corresponding to the third region 103 may tilt and rotate the third lower cushion member 123 in the other side direction. At this time, the lower body main frame 231 may be tilted at most 90 degrees around the hinge fixing portion 236a of the other end of the center main frame 211.
On the other hand, the fourth underlying material 124 corresponding to the fourth region 104 may be obliquely rotated in one side direction by its own weight. Further, since the rotation direction of the fourth under-pad material 124 corresponding to the fourth region 104 is not limited separately, it can be rotated by 90 degrees or more in either one direction or the other direction without being filled with air by the air filling part.
The inclination rotation of the mat materials shown in the parts (b) and (c) may be performed independently, or simultaneously or sequentially. Accordingly, the user can change the appearance of the plurality of mats 120 into a desired appearance shape, thereby resting or sleeping in a more comfortable posture.
In addition, the external shape of the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is changed in a manner suitable for the body shape of the user, so that the user can take a rest in a more stable and comfortable posture.
Also, according to the electric mattress 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, all components of the electric part 200 are inserted into the inner space disposed at the mattress cover 110, so that it is possible to prevent a user from being injured due to the electric part 200 being exposed to the outside in advance.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, at least one acceleration sensor is installed inside the mattress cover 110 (preferably, in the center portion of the upper mattress material 113 in the plurality of mattress parts 120) to be able to detect whether the user is sleeping and whether there is an action during the sleeping, and thus the detected values are transmitted to the remote controller 70 provided as the internet of things control block as described above to generate data on the sleeping habits of the user.
In the motorized mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper body actuator part 220 and the second lower cushion material 122 may be rotated 90 degrees in one direction with respect to the central holder part 210 and the first lower cushion material 121, and the lower body actuator part 230 and the third lower cushion material 123 may be rotated 90 degrees in the other direction with respect to the central holder part 210 and the first lower cushion material 121, thereby having an advantage of being easily accommodated in the distribution package 300.
The remaining portion of the second lower pad 122, which is not supported by the upper body actuator 220, may be further rotated in the same direction as the second lower pad 122, i.e., in the inner direction, and the fourth lower pad 124 may be further rotated in the same direction as the third lower pad 123, i.e., in the inner direction, so that it may be folded and rotated to fit the inner space of the dispensing package 300 having the hexahedral inner space.
In the electric mattress 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the electric part 200 is inserted and disposed together in the inner space of the mattress cover 110, there is an advantage in that all components including the electric part 200 are received and distributed at the same time in the distribution packing box 300 as described above.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above, and the description is not intended to be limiting, and the drawings are only one embodiment of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In summary, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
