Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the conventional insulating pliers, when the object to be gripped is an electric wire having a very large diameter, the angle at which the distal end portion of the gripping portion opens increases, and when the distal end portion of the fixed gripping portion and the distal end portion of the movable gripping portion are at an angle of such a degree that they do not face each other, there is a problem that the object to be gripped cannot be gripped.
In the conventional insulating clamp, it is not assumed that the object to be gripped is gripped so as to be sandwiched between the central portions of the gripping portions.
Therefore, when it is necessary to grip a gripping target object having a large diameter to the extent that the gripping target object cannot be gripped by the distal end portion of the gripping portion, it is necessary to prepare a larger insulating clamp or prepare a so-called insulating hook capable of gripping the gripping target object by sandwiching it through the central portion of the gripping portion.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a gripping tool for indirect firing line work, which can grip a plurality of types of gripping objects at the center and the tip of a gripping portion.

That is, the first convex portion 22b1t is a connecting portion of the center portion second abutment surface 222b and the center portion third abutment surface 223 b.
The second recess 22b2s is a portion formed by an inner surface of the central portion 22b being recessed outward at a position on the front end side in the axial direction a of the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the second concave portion 22b2s is a concave portion bent in an L shape, and the bending angle thereof is approximately 137 degrees.
By the second concave portion 22b2s, the inner side surface of the central portion 22b changes the outward inclination to a gentle outward inclination whose inclination angle is reduced. That is, the second concave portion 22b2s is a connecting portion between the center portion third contact surface 223b and the center portion fourth contact surface 224b.
The first concave portion 22b1s, the first convex portion 22b1t, and the second concave portion 22b2s are described in relation to a virtual plane C1 extending from the bolt hole 22d formed in the base end portion 22a toward the tip end portion 22C.
As shown in fig. 4, the first concave portion 22b1s is located outward with respect to the imaginary plane C1. On the other hand, the first convex portion 22b1t is located inward with respect to the imaginary plane C1. The second concave portion 22b2s is located outward with respect to the virtual plane C1.
The distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 is a portion for abutting against the object 84 inside thereof, and gripping the object 84 by being sandwiched between the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 facing thereto.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the distal end portion 22c and the central portion 22b are arranged in line. The outer side surface of the distal end portion 22c is formed so that the proximal end side and the outer side surface of the central portion 22b are smoothly and continuously arranged until the distal end side is slightly bent outward, and extends in a direction inclined outward by substantially 45 degrees with respect to the axial direction a of the insulating operating rod 14.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the distal end portion 22c has a plurality of grooves on the inner side of the distal end side thereof, and has a distal end portion contact surface 220c as a surface that contacts the object to be gripped 84. The distal end abutment surface 220C is a surface formed on the distal end 22C along the virtual plane C1. The entire shape of the distal end portion 22C is substantially parallel to the virtual plane C1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the distal end portion 22c has, on the inside of the proximal end side thereof, a convex portion 22ct protruding inward and a concave portion 22cs recessed outward so as to form a wave shape curved in the plane V direction including the axial direction a.
The convex portions 22ct are arranged on the inner side surface of the central portion 22b, and protrude inward from the inner side surface of the central portion 22 b.
The concave portion 22cs is arranged on the tip side of the convex portion 22ct, and is a portion recessed outward from the tip end abutment surface 220c.
The convex portion 22ct of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 and the concave portion 20cs of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20, which will be described later, are engaged when the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 comes into contact with the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22. At the same time, the concave portion 22cs of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 and the convex portion 20ct of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 are engaged when the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 comes into contact with the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22.
Specifically, the convex portion 22ct of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 is formed of three surfaces extending in the width direction of the fixed grip portion 22, and is formed of a convex portion inclined surface 22ct1, a convex portion top surface 22ct2, and a convex portion vertical surface 22ct 3.
The convex portion vertical surface 22ct3 is a surface extending inward from the front end side edge of the inner side surface of the central portion 22b so as to be orthogonal to the virtual plane C1, and is a plane orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a.
The projection top surface 22ct2 is a surface extending from the inner end edge of the projection vertical surface 22ct3 in parallel with the virtual plane C1, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a. The projection top surface 22ct2 is a surface constituting the top surface of the projection 22 ct. The convex portion top surface 22ct2 is located inside the imaginary plane C1.
The projection inclined surface 22ct1 is a surface extending outward and toward the tip from the tip end side edge of the projection top surface 22ct2, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a. The convex portion inclined surface 22ct1 is a surface which gradually protrudes inward when the convex portion 22ct is viewed from the front end side.
Thus, when the sheet-like object to be gripped 84 is inserted from the distal end side of the grip portion 12 and the grip portion 12 is intended to grip the sheet-like object to be gripped 84, it is possible to prevent the edge of the sheet-like object to be gripped 84 from being caught on the convex portion 22ct and being unable to be inserted into the central portion of the grip portion 12.
The tip end side edge of the projection inclined surface 22ct1 is located outside the virtual plane C1.
The recess 22cs of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 is formed of two surfaces extending in the width direction of the fixed grip portion 22, and is formed of a recess inclined surface 22cs1 and a recess bottom surface 22cs 2.
The recess bottom surface 22cs2 is a surface extending from the distal end side edge of the projection inclined surface 22ct1 toward the distal end along the virtual plane C1, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a. The recess bottom surface 22cs2 is located outside the virtual plane C1. The recess inclined surface 22cs1 is a surface extending inward from the distal end side edge of the recess bottom surface 22cs2 and toward the distal end, and is a surface orthogonal to the surface V including the axial direction a. The front end side edge of the recess inclined surface 22cs1 is located on the virtual plane C1.
The distal end side edge of the concave portion inclined surface 22cs1 is connected to the distal end abutment surface 220c.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing and holding portion 22 has an elongated hole 22g. The elongated hole 22g is a hole extending along a plane V including the axial direction a of the insulating operation rod 14, which is a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the bolt 30, and is continuous from the base end portion 22a to the tip end side of the central portion 22b, and is formed to penetrate the inner side surface and the outer side surface.
As shown in fig. 2, the elongated hole 22g is a hole for movably inserting a proximal end portion 20a of the movable grip portion 20 into the fixed grip portion 22.
The movable grip portion 20 is a member constituting the grip portion 12, and is disposed so as to be close to and separated from the fixed grip portion 22 in the B direction shown in fig. 1 by an operation of a grip operation portion 26 provided on the insulating operation rod 14. The movable grip portion 20 is formed of a hard material such as a metal material.
As shown in fig. 5, the movable grasping portion 20 has a base end portion 20a, a central portion 20b arranged on the tip end side of the base end portion 20a, and a tip end portion 20c arranged on the tip end side of the central portion 20b.
The overall shape of the movable grip portion 20 is formed in a substantially arc shape that is outwardly convex in a direction opposite to the convex direction of the overall shape of the fixed grip portion 22 on a surface V including the axial direction a of the insulated operating rod 14, and is tapered from the base end portion 20a to the tip end portion 20c on the surface V including the axial direction a of the insulated operating rod 14.
In fig. 5, a plane V including the axial direction a of the insulating operating rod 14 coincides with the paper plane.
As shown in fig. 5, a plane V including the axial direction a of the insulating operation rod 14 is a plane substantially coincident with a vertical cross section extending from the front end portion of the front end portion 20C of the movable grip portion 20 to the rear end portion of the base end portion 20a of the movable grip portion, and is a plane orthogonal to the width direction of the movable grip portion 20.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the proximal end 20a of the movable grasping portion 20 is connected to the distal end of the auxiliary insulating operation rod 24. Specifically, although not shown, the base end 20f of the base end portion 20a is inserted into a concave cutout formed in the distal end 25b of the distal end member 25 of the auxiliary insulating operation rod 24. The base end portion 20a is coupled to the auxiliary insulating operation rod 24 by a rivet 42, and the rivet 42 is inserted through a base end side rivet hole 20e opened in the vicinity of the base end 20f of the movable grip portion 20 in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction a of the insulating operation rod 14 and a rivet hole 25d opened in the distal end member 25 of the auxiliary insulating operation rod 24. That is, the base end portion 20a is rotatably connected to the tip end of the auxiliary insulating operation rod 24.
The proximal end portion 20a is formed to be thinner in the vicinity of the proximal end 20f in the width direction perpendicular to the plane V including the axial direction a, that is, in the direction in which the rivet 42 is inserted.
As shown in fig. 5, the base end portion 20a is formed to be curved in a C-shape from the base end 20f toward the tip end in the axial direction a on a surface V including the axial direction a of the insulating operating rod 14. As shown in fig. 5, a bolt hole 20d is opened in the vicinity of the center of the base end portion 20a in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction a of the insulating operating rod 14, and the bolt hole 20d is formed to pass through a bolt 30 for rotatably coupling the movable grip portion 20 to the fixed grip portion 22.
As shown in fig. 5, the central portion 20b is connected to the base end portion 20a, and is formed in a substantially arc shape that is convex outward in a direction opposite to the convex direction of the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22 on a plane V including the axial direction a of the insulated operating rod 14.
The central portion 20b is connected to the base end portion 20a at the outer side surface as a smooth arc, and further bent in a C-shape while changing its direction inward from the tip direction in the axial direction a of the insulating operation rod 14.
Further, the center portion 20b has a center portion first contact surface 201b and a center portion second contact surface 202b2, which are contact surfaces for contacting the object 84, formed on the inner surface.
The central portion 20b is formed to have a thickness greater than that of the proximal portion 20a and equal to that of the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22, and the proximal portion 20a is formed to be thin in the width direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the plane V including the axial direction a.
For example, the central portion first abutment surface 201b is a surface which is continuous from the inner side surface of the proximal portion 20a and is curved inward with a curvature larger than that of the outer side surface of the central portion.
The center portion second contact surface 202b is arranged on the center portion first contact surface 201b, but is arranged to be bent or curved outward to the axial direction a to some extent with respect to the tip end side edge of the center portion first contact surface 201 b.
The center portion second abutment surface 202b is a surface that is curved inward with a curvature smaller than that of the center portion first abutment surface 201 b. The center portion first contact surface 201b and the center portion second contact surface 202b are formed so as to be orthogonal to a surface V including the axial direction a of the insulating operating rod 14.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3, and 5, the central portion 20b of the movable gripping portion 20 is a portion that abuts against the gripping object 84 on the inner side in the plane V direction including the axial direction a, and has a first concave portion 20b1s that is concave outward, a first convex portion 20b1t that is convex inward, and a second concave portion 20b2s that is concave outward so as to form a wave shape that is continuously bent or curved in the plane V direction including the axial direction a from the base end portion 22a side toward the tip end portion 22c side.
The first concave portion 20b1s and the second concave portion 20b2s of the central portion 20b of the movable grasping portion 20 are portions for grasping the grasping object 84 so as to be sandwiched between the first concave portion 22b1s and the second concave portion 22b2s of the opposing fixed grasping portions 22.
Specifically, the first recessed portion 20b1s is a portion formed by the inner surface of the central portion 20b being recessed outward at a position on the proximal end side or in the vicinity of the middle of the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 in the axial direction a. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the first concave portion 20b1s is a concave portion curved in a U shape, and has a radius of curvature of approximately 46mm, and an angle of an arc formed by the radius of curvature is approximately 136 degrees.
The inner side surface of the central portion 20b changes the inclination outward to the inclination inward or even to the axial direction a by the first concave portion 20b1 s. That is, the first recessed portion 20b1s is a recessed portion formed by the central portion first contact surface 201 b.
The first convex portion 20b1t is continuous from the first concave portion 20b1s inward to the axial direction a toward the tip end side, and is a portion formed by the inner side surface of the central portion 20b protruding inward. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the first convex portion 20b1t is a convex portion bent in a U shape.
The inner surface of the central portion 20b is inclined inward or in the axial direction a to be inclined outward again by the first convex portion 20b1 t. That is, the first convex portion 20b1t is a connecting portion between the center portion first contact surface 201b and the center portion second contact surface 202 b.
The second recess 20b2s is a portion formed by recessing the inner surface of the central portion 20b outward at a position on the distal end side in the axial direction a of the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the second concave portion 20b2s is a concave portion curved in a U shape, and has a radius of curvature of approximately 50mm, and an angle of a circular arc formed by the radius of curvature is approximately 38 degrees.
The inner side surface of the central portion 20b changes the inclination outward to the inclination inward or even to the axial direction a by the second concave portion 20b2s. That is, the second recessed portion 20b2s is a recessed portion formed by the central portion second abutment surface 202 b.
The first concave portion 20b1s, the first convex portion 20b1t, and the second concave portion 20b2s are described in relation to a virtual plane C2 extending from the bolt hole 20d formed in the base end portion 20a toward the tip end portion 20C.
As shown in fig. 5, the first concave portion 20b1s, the first convex portion 20b1t, and the second concave portion 20b2s are located outside the virtual plane C2.
The distal end portion 20c of the movable gripping portion 20 abuts on the object 84 inside thereof, and grips the object 84 while sandwiching it between the distal end portion 22c of the opposing fixed gripping portion 22. As shown in fig. 5, the distal end portions 20c are arranged in the central portion 20b. The outer side surface of the distal end portion 20c is formed such that the proximal end side and the outer side surface of the central portion 20b are smoothly and continuously arranged and are curved outward to some extent up to the distal end side.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the distal end portion 20c has a plurality of grooves on the inner side of the distal end side thereof, and has a distal end portion contact surface 200c that is a surface that contacts the object to be gripped 84. The distal end abutment surface 200C is a surface formed on the distal end 20C along the virtual plane C2. The overall shape of the distal end portion 20C is substantially parallel to the virtual plane C2.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the tip end portion 20c, on the inside of the base end side thereof, there are a concave portion 20cs that is concave outward and a convex portion 20ct that is convex inward in such a manner as to form a wave shape that is curved in the plane V direction including the axial direction a.
The concave portion 20cs is arranged on the inner side surface of the central portion 20b, for example, the central portion second abutment surface 202b, and is a portion recessed outward from the inner side surface of the central portion 20b and the distal end abutment surface 200c.
The convex portions 20ct are arranged on the tip side of the concave portion 20cs and are portions protruding inward from the tip abutting surface 200c.
The concave portion 20cs of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the convex portion 22ct of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 are engaged when the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 comes into contact with the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22. At the same time, the convex portion 20ct of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the concave portion 22cs of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 are engaged when the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 come into contact.
Specifically, the concave portion 20cs of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 is formed of two surfaces extending in the width direction of the movable grip portion 20, and is formed of a concave portion inclined surface 20cs2 and a concave portion bottom surface 20cs 1.
The recess inclined surface 20cs2 is a surface extending outward from the inner surface of the central portion 20b, for example, the distal end side edge of the central portion second abutment surface 202b toward the distal end, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a.
The recess bottom surface 20cs1 is a surface extending from the outer end edge of the recess inclined surface 20cs2 in parallel with the virtual plane C2, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a.
The recess bottom surface 20cs1 is located outside the virtual plane C2.
The convex portion 20ct at the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 is formed of three surfaces extending in the width direction of the movable grip portion 20, and is formed of a convex portion vertical surface 20ct3, a convex portion top surface 20ct2, and a convex portion inclined surface 20ct 1.
The convex portion vertical surface 20ct3 is a surface extending inward from the distal end side edge of the concave portion bottom surface 20cs1 so as to be orthogonal to the virtual plane C2, and is a plane orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a. The projection top surface 20ct2 is a surface extending from the inner end edge of the projection vertical surface 20ct3 in parallel with the virtual plane C2, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a. The convex portion top surface 20ct2 is a surface constituting the top surface of the convex portion 20ct. The convex portion top surface 20ct2 is located inside the imaginary plane C2.
The projection inclined surface 20ct1 is a surface extending outward and toward the front end from the front end side edge of the projection top surface 20ct2, and is a surface orthogonal to the plane V including the axial direction a. The projection inclined surface 20ct1 is a surface that gradually projects inward when the projection 20ct is viewed from the front end side.
Thus, when the sheet-like object to be gripped 84 is inserted from the distal end side of the grip portion 12 and the grip portion 12 is intended to grip the sheet-like object to be gripped 84, it is possible to prevent the edge of the sheet-like object to be gripped 84 from being caught by the convex portion 20ct and being unable to be inserted into the central portion of the grip portion 12.
The front end side edge of the convex inclined surface 20ct1 is located on the virtual plane C2. The tip end side edge of the convex inclined surface 20ct1 is connected to the tip end abutment surface 200c.
As shown in fig. 2, the movable grip portion 20 is formed with an elongated hole 20g extending along a plane V including a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the bolt 30, that is, the axial direction a of the insulating operation lever 14. The elongated hole 20g is a hole that is continuous from the base end side to the tip end side of the central portion 20b and that opens through the inner side surface and the outer side surface.
The elongated hole 20g is a hole for reducing the weight of the movable gripping portion 20 or the indirect firing line engineering gripping tool 10.
A long hole 22g is formed in the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22, and a long hole 20g is formed in the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20. However, since the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22 and the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 are formed with the same thickness in the width direction, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the plane V including the axis direction a, the central portion first contact surface 221b, the central portion second contact surface 222b, the central portion third contact surface 223b, and the central portion fourth contact surface 224b, which are the inner side surfaces of the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22, respectively face the central portion first contact surface 201b and the central portion second contact surface 202b, which are the inner side surfaces of the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20, and have an area for gripping only the object to be gripped 84.
As shown in fig. 2, in the grip portion 12, the movable grip portion 20 is inserted into the elongated hole 22g of the fixed grip portion 22 from the base end 20f of the movable grip portion 20 from the inside toward the outside, and the bolt hole 20d of the movable grip portion 20 and the bolt hole 22d of the fixed grip portion 22 are arranged on the fixed grip portion 22 so as to overlap on the plane V including the axial direction a of the insulating rod 14.
The movable grip portion 20 is coupled to the fixed grip portion 22 so as to be rotatable in the direction B of fig. 1 relative to the fixed grip portion 22 and so as to be able to approach and separate from each other, using a bolt 30 and a nut (not shown) inserted through the bolt hole 20d and the bolt hole 22d that overlap each other.
At this time, the bolt 30 functions as a pivot when the movable grip portion 20 rotates with respect to the fixed grip portion 22. That is, the movable grip portion 20 can be moved in the direction B to be movable toward and away from the fixed grip portion 22 by the operation of the grip operation portion 26, and the proximal end portion 20a is connected to the proximal end portion 22a of the fixed grip portion 22 via the bolt 30 as a pivot.
As shown in fig. 1, the grip operation portion 26 is provided near the base end portion of the insulated operating rod 14, and includes an operating rod 26a, a support bracket 26b, a release lever 26c, an operating pivot shaft 26d, and an operating piece 26e.
The support bracket 26b is pivotally supported by the operating lever 26a via an operating pivot shaft 26 d.
An operating piece 26e projecting toward the same side as the operating rod 26a is rotatably coupled to the base end portion of the auxiliary insulating operating rod 24.
Therefore, when the worker performs the operation of grasping the operating rod 26a, the auxiliary insulating operating rod 24 is pulled downward by the lever action, and the movable grip portion 20 is operated so as to be closed toward the fixed grip portion 22 around the bolt 30.
A spring 28 that biases the operating lever 26a in the opening direction is attached between the support bracket 26b and the operating lever 26a, and when the operator does not operate the operating lever 26a, the operating lever 26a is in the open state, and accordingly, the movable grip portion 20 is also held in the open state separated from the fixed grip portion 22.
The support metal fitting 26b has a lock mechanism, which is a well-known mechanism, and therefore, will be described below in brief.
The lock mechanism includes a bearing-shaped one-way clutch (not shown) using a roller (not shown) attached to a fulcrum position of a lever of the operating lever 26a, an operating rotating shaft 26d for pivotally supporting the one-way clutch, and a plurality of locking mechanisms (not shown) for fixing and/or releasing the rotation of the operating rotating shaft 26d at an arbitrary position.
Although not shown in the drawings, the locking mechanism includes a locking gear fixed to the operation rotating shaft 26 d; a locking pin for locking the locking gear; a locking spring for applying force to the locking pin in the direction of the locking gear; a release lever 26c for releasing the locking of the locking pin by pushing up the pin of the locking pin; a lever support shaft rotatably supporting the release lever 26c; a locking release handle for holding or releasing the release lever 26c at a locking release position; a handle supporting shaft for rotatably supporting the locking releasing handle.
When the locking mechanism is set at the release position and the lock mechanism is released, the operation rotating shaft 26d is freely rotatable, the operation of the operating lever 26a is not related to the action of the one-way clutch, the operating lever 26a is freely rotatable, the opening and closing operation of the operating lever 26a is transmitted to the auxiliary insulating operating lever 24, and the movable grip portion 20 is opened and closed in accordance with the opening and closing operation of the operating lever 26a.
On the other hand, when the locking mechanism is set to the locking position and the locking mechanism is operated, the operation rotating shaft 26d is locked, the operation lever 26a is rotated in the closing direction by the operation of the one-way clutch, that is, only the auxiliary insulating operation lever 24 is pulled downward, and the operation lever 26a is steplessly locked at an arbitrary position.
Therefore, when the operator operates the closing operation lever 26a in the direction of closing, the operation lever 26a is stopped at the position where the operator operates the closing direction, and the movable grip 20 is locked at the position corresponding to the closed position of the operation lever 26a via the auxiliary insulating operation lever 24.
At this time, regardless of the size of the object 84, the operator can directly lock the operation lever 26a in this state by separating the hand from the operation lever 26a at a timing when the operator determines that the object 84 can be gripped with a force suitable for the work.
As shown in fig. 8, the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 is rotated in the direction B of fig. 1 about the bolt 30 by the operation of the grip operation portion 26, and comes into contact with the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22.
The distal end contact surface 200C of the distal end 20C of the movable grip 20 is located on the virtual plane C2 and is parallel to the virtual plane C2.
The distal end contact surface 220C of the distal end 22C of the fixed grip portion 22 is located on the virtual plane C1 and is parallel to the virtual plane C1.
When the distal end portion 20C of the movable grip portion 20 comes into contact with the distal end portion 22C of the fixed grip portion 22, the virtual plane C1 and the virtual plane C2 overlap each other. The distal end abutment surface 220C and the distal end abutment surface 200C are parallel to the virtual plane C1 and the virtual plane C2, which overlap each other. That is, the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 are formed to be substantially parallel when the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 come into contact with each other.
The virtual plane C1 is a plane extending in the width direction of the fixed grip portion 22.
The virtual plane C2 is a plane extending in the width direction of the movable grip portion 20.
(use status and Effect)
Next, the use state and the operation and effect of the gripping tool 10 for the indirect firing line process gripping the gripping object 84 will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 8. Fig. 6 is a front view showing a state in which a gripping target object having a relatively large diameter is gripped at a central portion of a gripping portion of the gripping tool for indirect firing line engineering according to the present invention. Fig. 7 is a front view showing a state in which a gripping target object having a relatively medium diameter is gripped at a central portion of a gripping portion of the gripping tool for indirect firing line engineering according to the present invention. Fig. 8 is a front view showing a state in which a sheet-like object to be grasped is grasped at a tip end portion of a grasping portion of the grasping tool for indirect firing line engineering according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, when the grasping tool 10 for indirect firing line engineering grasps a relatively large grasping object 84, for example, a relatively large electric wire 84, the movable grasping portion 20 is disposed so as to be distant from the fixed grasping portion 22. At this time, the central portion 20b of the movable grasping portion 20 and the central portion 22b of the fixed grasping portion 22 form a substantially closed region T1 therebetween, and the grasping object 84 is enclosed in the substantially closed region T1, whereby the grasping object 84 can be grasped.
Specifically, the concave curved surface formed by the center portion first contact surface 201b of the center portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 and the center portion first contact surface 221b and the center portion second contact surface 222b of the center portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22 are located opposite to each other.
Then, the center portion first contact surface 201b, the center portion first contact surface 221b, and the center portion second contact surface 222b are in contact with each other on the side surface of the relatively large diameter object to be gripped 84 in a cross-sectional view, and the relatively large diameter object to be gripped 84 is stably gripped.
At this time, the center portion first contact surface 201b, the center portion first contact surface 221b, and the center portion second contact surface 222b form a substantially closed region T1 inside the grip portion 12, and the gripping object 84 is enclosed in the substantially closed region T1.
In other words, the above-described operation makes it possible to insert the gripping object 84 having a large diameter to such an extent that the gripping object cannot be gripped by the distal end portion of the gripping part 12 into the first concave portion 22b1s provided in the central portion 22b of the fixed gripping part 22, and also makes it possible to prevent the gripping object 84 inserted into the first concave portion 22b1s from being detached to the distal end side by the first convex portion 22b1t provided in the central portion 22b of the fixed gripping part 22.
Then, the object 84 to be gripped placed in the first concave portion 22b1s of the fixed grip portion 22 is stably gripped so as to be sandwiched between the first concave portion 22b1s of the fixed grip portion 22 by the first concave portion 20b1s provided in the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 of the fixed grip portion 22 being approached by the operation of the grip operation portion 26.
Further, the object to be gripped 84 gripped by the first concave portion 22b1s of the fixed grip portion 22 and the first concave portion 20b1s of the movable grip portion 20 can be prevented from being detached to the distal end side by the first convex portion 20b1t included in the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20.
As shown in fig. 7, when the gripping tool 10 for indirect firing line engineering grips the gripping object 84 having a relatively medium diameter, for example, an electric wire 84 having a medium diameter, the movable gripping part 20 is disposed so as to be constantly spaced apart from the fixed gripping part 22.
At this time, the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 and the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22 form a substantially closed region T2 therebetween, and the gripping object 84 is enclosed in the substantially closed region T2, whereby the gripping object 84 can be gripped.
Specifically, the concave curved surface formed by the center portion second abutment surface 202b of the center portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 is positioned to face the center portion third abutment surface 223b and the center portion fourth abutment surface 224b of the center portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22.
Then, the central portion second contact surface 202b, the central portion third contact surface 223b, and the central portion fourth contact surface 224b are in contact with each other in the side surface of the comparative intermediate diameter gripping object 84 in cross section, and the comparative intermediate diameter gripping object 84 is stably gripped. At this time, the center second contact surface 202b, the center third contact surface 223b, and the center fourth contact surface 224b form a substantially closed region T2 inside the grip portion 12, and the gripping object 84 is enclosed in the substantially closed region T2.
In other words, the above-described operation allows the holding object 84 having a relatively small diameter to be inserted into the second concave portion 22b2s provided in the central portion 22b of the fixed grip 22, and prevents the holding object 84 inserted into the second concave portion 22b2s from being detached toward the distal end side by the convex portion 22ct provided in the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip 22.
Then, the gripping object 84 placed in the second concave portion 22b2s of the fixed gripping part 22 is stably gripped so as to sandwich the second concave portion 22b2s of the fixed gripping part 22 by the second concave portion 20b2s provided in the central portion 20b of the movable gripping part 20 approaching the fixed gripping part 22 by the operation of the gripping operation part 26.
When the grasping tool 10 for indirect heating wire working grasps a plate-like or sheet-like grasping object 84 having a small diameter, for example, a sheet and/or a cover 84 shown in fig. 8, the movable grasping portion 20 is disposed in proximity to or in contact with the fixed grasping portion 22. At this time, the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 can grip the object 84 by being pinched between the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22.
Specifically, when the grasping tool 10 for indirect firing line engineering grasps the piece and/or the cover 84, the distal end portion abutment surface 200c of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grasping portion 20 and the distal end portion abutment surface 220c of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grasping portion 22 are positioned so as to be adjacent to each other and so as to face each other in parallel.
The distal end abutment surface 200c and the distal end abutment surface 220c abut on both surfaces of the sheet and/or the cover 84, and the sheet and/or the cover 84 is sandwiched by the distal end portions of the grip portions 12.
Further, the piece and/or the cap 84 is inserted into the convex portion 20ct of the tip end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the concave portion 22cs of the tip end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 which are engaged with each other, the concave portion 20cs of the tip end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the convex portion 22ct of the tip end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 which are engaged with each other.
Further, since the concave portions 20cs and the convex portions 20ct of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the convex portions 22ct and the concave portions 22cs of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 are formed in a wave shape curved in the plane direction, the entering piece and/or the cap 84 is curved along the wave shape.
Therefore, the tip end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the tip end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 can grip the sheet and/or the cover 84 from both sides of the sheet and/or the cover 84, and the sheet and/or the cover 84 can be gripped more firmly in such a manner that the projection 22ct and the recess 22cs of the tip end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 and the recess 20cs and the projection 20ct of the tip end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 which are engaged with each other enter the sheet and/or the cover 84 into the respective projections and recesses bent into the waveform shape without slipping off and disengaging from the tip end portion of the grip portion 12.
Although not shown, the grasping tool 10 for indirect firing line engineering can grasp the small-diameter or plate-like grasping object 84 between the distal end abutment surface 220c of the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grasping portion 22, which is the distal end portion of the grasping portion 12, and the distal end abutment surface 200c of the distal end portion 22c of the movable grasping portion 20.
Therefore, according to the grasping tool 10 for indirect heating line engineering, a variety of objects to be grasped 84 can be grasped at the center portion and the distal end portion of the grasping portion 12. In particular, the above-described operational effect is particularly remarkable in a so-called insulating clamp which is a grip for indirect firing line work and in which the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 and the distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 cannot intersect with each other.
(modification example)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made according to the idea of the present invention. Other embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
In the above embodiment, the rain guard 16 and the flange 18 are provided at the substantially middle portion of the insulating operation rod 14, but the rain guard 16 and the flange 18 are components for preventing creeping discharge and electric leakage. Therefore, even if the insulating operating rod 14 of the grasping tool 10 for indirect live wire engineering is configured without the rain shield 16 and the flange 18, the effects of the present invention can be obtained similarly to the above-described embodiment.
For example, the rivet 42 that rotatably couples the movable grip 20 and the auxiliary insulating operation lever 24 may be formed of a bolt and a nut so that the coupling can be easily released.
The grasping tool 10A for indirect firing line engineering according to another embodiment of the present invention may be formed as shown in fig. 9. That is, in the grip portion 12, the central portion 22b of the fixed grip portion 22 may be a portion that abuts against the object to be gripped 84 on the inner side in the plane V direction including the axis direction a, may have a first concave portion 22Ab1s that is concave outward, a first convex portion 22Ab1t that is convex inward, and a second concave portion 22Ab2s that is concave outward so as to form a wave shape that curves continuously in the plane V direction including the axis direction a from the base end side toward the front end side, and the central portion 20b of the movable grip portion 20 may be a portion that abuts against the object to be gripped 84 on the inner side in the plane V direction including the axis direction a, or may have a first concave portion 20Ab1s that is concave outward, a first convex portion 20Ab1t that is convex inward, and a second concave portion 20Ab2s that is concave outward so as to form a wave shape that curves continuously in the plane V direction including the axis direction a from the base end side toward the front end side.
The distal end portion 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 may be constituted by a concave portion 22Acs connected to the distal end side of the central portion 22b and a convex portion 22Act connected to the distal end side of the concave portion 22Acs, and the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 may be constituted by a convex portion 20Act connected to the distal end side of the central portion 20b and a concave portion 20Act connected to the distal end side of the convex portion 20 Act. The recess 22Acs at the distal end 22c of the fixed grip portion 22 is constituted by a recess inclined surface 22Acs2 and a recess bottom surface 22Acs1, and the projection 22Act is constituted by a projection vertical surface 22Act3, a projection top surface 22Act2, and a projection inclined surface 22Act 1. The convex portion 20Act of the distal end portion 20c of the movable grip portion 20 is composed of a convex portion vertical surface 20Act3, a convex portion top surface 20Act2, and a convex portion inclined surface 20Act1, and the concave portion 20Acs is composed of a concave portion bottom surface 20Acs2 and a concave portion inclined surface 20Acs 1.
According to the grasping tool 10A for indirect firing line work, since the same operational effects as those of the grasping tool 10 for indirect firing line work of the above-described embodiment are relatively obtained, various grasping objects 84 can be grasped at the center portion and the distal end portion of the grasping portion 12.
As described above, the embodiments of the present invention are disclosed in the above description, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
That is, various changes can be made in the mechanism, shape, material, number, position, arrangement, and the like of the above-described embodiments without departing from the technical idea and the scope of the present invention, and these changes are included in the present invention.
