Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems of the prior art that the combination of the light emitting modules is small and the switching is very inconvenient, a light emitting module switching device and a light emitting electronic device of the present application are proposed so as to overcome the above problems.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a light emitting module switching device includes: housing 300, stationary assembly 600, sliding assembly 100, and shifter lever 400.
A window 301 is embedded in the housing 300. The window 301 is made of a transparent material, a colorless material or a colored material, as long as the required light can pass through.
A stationary assembly 600 is disposed within the housing 300, and a plurality of stationary contacts 601 are disposed on the stationary assembly 600.
The sliding assembly 100 is mounted on the fixing assembly 600 and can slide along the fixing assembly 600, a plurality of light emitting modules 101 are arranged on the sliding assembly 100, and the light emitting modules 101 correspond to the stationary contacts 601 one by one.
Therefore, the embodiment of the application can easily switch different light emitting modules 101 to move to the position of the window 301 by sliding the sliding assembly 100 relative to the fixed assembly 600, and the light emitting module 101 moving to the position of the window 301 is just conducted with the corresponding stationary contact 601, so as to realize light beam emission. This structure has realized the switching of the different light emitting module 101 of same window 301 position department, and each light emitting function can easily realize opening and closing of light emitting function through switching on and cutting off of circuit structure, need not to control with the help of software, has simplified the switching process, and the user uses more conveniently.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of light emitting modules 101 includes any two or more combinations of the following modules: the camera module with the flash lamp, the illuminating lamp module, the currency detection lamp module, the laser lamp module and the infrared lamp module are used for respectively achieving functions of photographing, illuminating, currency detection, laser indicating, infrared remote control and the like. Of course, the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and other various light beam emitting modules can be applied to the present application.
In this embodiment, the fixed component 600 is installed in the housing 300 through the screw 500, the fixed component 600 is provided with a plurality of stationary contacts 601 connected to a circuit board in the light-emitting electronic device for conducting corresponding light-emitting functional circuits, such as a camera, a lighting, a banknote-checking, an indicating and remote control functional circuit, and the like, when the sliding component 100 slides relative to the fixed component 600, the light-emitting modules 101 connected to the stationary contacts 601 are switched continuously, and each light-emitting module 101 is aligned with the window 301 while being conducted with the stationary contact 601, so as to realize light beam emission. The application can realize multiple light-emitting functions by only designing one window 301, and has small influence on the appearance of the light-emitting electronic equipment.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the slider assembly 100 is provided with one movable contact 102. Each light emitting module 101 is electrically connected to the movable contact 102, and is in contact with and conducted through the movable contact 102 and the corresponding stationary contact 601 during the sliding of the sliding assembly.
In the present embodiment, and with particular reference to fig. 4, the sliding assembly 100 comprises: a movable contact 102, a positioning pin 103, a positioning spring 104, a flexible circuit board 105, and a module slide mount 106. The light emitting modules 101 are commonly disposed on the flexible circuit board 105, and are electrically connected to the movable contact 102 through the flexible circuit board 105.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the fixing assembly 600 includes: stationary contact 601 and module holder 602. The module fixing base 602 of the fixing assembly 600 is provided with a positioning tooth groove 6021. Correspondingly, the sliding assembly 100 is provided with an elastic positioning element, and when the sliding assembly 100 slides relative to the fixing assembly 600, the elastic positioning element can respectively extend into the bottom of the corresponding tooth socket of the positioning tooth socket 6021 to lock the relative position of the fixing assembly 600 and the sliding assembly 100.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the elastic positioning member includes a positioning spring 104 and a positioning pin 103, the positioning tooth socket 6021 is wavy, and the positioning spring 104 presses the positioning pin 103 to the bottom of the tooth socket 6021. Specifically, when the force is not applied, the positioning pin 103 is locked in a tooth groove by the positioning spring 104 in a pressing manner, so that the positioning of the sliding assembly 100 and the fixing assembly 600 is realized. When the shifting lever 400 is shifted, the positioning pin 103 can overcome the elastic force of the positioning spring 104 under a certain transverse acting force, and slide out of the bottom of one tooth socket so as to slide into the other tooth socket.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the smoothness and stability of the sliding component 100 sliding relative to the fixed component 600, a sliding guide structure is disposed between the two components. As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the module sliding seat 106 of the sliding assembly 100 is provided with a plurality of protruding points 1061, the module fixing seat 602 of the fixing assembly 600 is provided with a groove 6022, and the protruding points 1061 extend into the groove 6022 and can slide along the groove 6022, so as to achieve a sliding guiding function.
Referring to the cross-sectional view of fig. 6, the raised dots 1061 and the grooves 6022 are arranged in two rows opposite to each other in the up-down direction to improve the guiding stabilization effect.
Referring to the sectional view of fig. 7, the sliding assembly 100 can slide relative to the fixed assembly 600, the light emitting modules 101 on the sliding assembly 100 can be aligned with the windows 301 in sequence, and at the same time, the movable contact 102 will contact the stationary contact 601 of the light emitting module 101 aligned with the windows 301, so that the light emitting module 101 is electrified to work, and light beam emission is realized.
In this embodiment, the light emitting module switching device also considers the waterproof performance of the electronic device, and the position of the driving lever 400 and the position of the window 301 of the housing 300 both adopt waterproof structures.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, rod 400 extends out of housing 300, and a waterproof assembly is disposed in a region where rod 400 is engaged with housing 300, and includes waterproof groove 302, waterproof plate 200, and O-ring 303.
The waterproof groove 302 surrounds the movable space of the shift lever 400 and is penetrated by the sliding assembly 100, the waterproof plate 200 is adhered to the waterproof groove 302 to seal the open surface of the waterproof groove 302, and the O-ring 303 is clamped between the waterproof groove 302 and the waterproof plate 200 to seal the gap between the waterproof groove 302 and the sliding assembly 100.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the waterproof groove 302 is a groove integrally formed inside the housing 300, and has an open top; the waterproof board 200 is a bent board with two bent ends, the two ends of the waterproof board 200 are provided with buckles, the buckle blocks at the two ends are fixed on the opening surface of the waterproof groove 302, the waterproof glue 201 is applied between the waterproof board 200 and the waterproof groove 302, and sealing and water proofing are achieved.
Referring to fig. 9, waterproof groove 302 is disposed around shift lever 400, surrounding the active area of shift lever 400, i.e., covering the through hole of housing 300 for shift lever 400 to slide. The driving lever 400 is inserted into the sliding assembly 100 inserted into the waterproof slot 302 to drive the sliding assembly 100 to slide. The waterproof sheet 200 is adhered and engaged to the top surface of the waterproof groove 302 after the waterproof glue 201 is applied. The O-ring 303 is sandwiched between the waterproof sheet 200 and the waterproof groove 302 by the waterproof sheet 200, so as to achieve waterproof sealing between the waterproof groove 302 and the sliding assembly 100.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the window 301 and the housing 300 are also waterproof by applying waterproof glue. Therefore, the shell 300 has no permeable area on the whole, has good waterproof effect, and can be conveniently worn by a user in sweating or swimming.

the shifting rod is connected with the sliding assembly, when the shifting rod is shifted, the sliding assembly slides along with the shifting rod, each light-emitting module can be sequentially in contact conduction with the corresponding static contact, is aligned with the window while being in conduction with the static contact, and emits light through the window to realize switching of the plurality of light-emitting modules;
the fixed component is provided with a positioning tooth groove, the sliding component is provided with an elastic positioning piece, the sliding component is opposite to the fixed component, when the fixed component slides, the elastic positioning piece can respectively stretch into the bottom of the corresponding tooth groove of the positioning tooth groove to lock the relative position of the fixed component and the sliding component.
