According to the invention, the conductive fixing seat 2 is used as the electrode plate to replace the traditional electrode plate as the conductive electrode, and the fixing effect is achieved, so that on the premise of not reducing the heating effect, the number of parts is reduced, the conductive fixing seat 2 is arranged in a columnar shape, the uniform heat conduction can be ensured, and the conductive fixing seat and the shell can be conveniently connected and fixed.
