Description

Forwarding number verification method and device, mobile terminal and computing equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a forward-to-number verification method and device, a mobile terminal and computing equipment.
Background
According to the related flow of Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) supplementary service, when a Mobile subscriber needs to use a call forwarding service, a forward-to-number can be set on a Mobile phone, and the setting can be performed in a Mobile phone menu mode or a Man Machine Interface (MMI) instruction mode.
In the current mobile Subscriber forward-to-number setting process, a Home Location Register (HLR)/Home Subscriber Server (HSS) only limits numbers that obviously cannot be forwarded, such as an emergency special service number like 110, a customer service number like 10086, a government service number like 12345, and the like. However, in addition to these very special cases, when the mobile user performs call forwarding setting, the following multiple cases of wrong setting are also likely to occur: inputting few or more digits; although the bit length is correct, a plurality of digits deviate or are mistakenly transferred to a null number or other numbers; setting the forward-to-number as some special service number (such as short message center number) by mistake; the set forward to number is down. For the situation that various forwarding numbers are set by mistake, the network side cannot carry out accuracy judgment and is often put through directly. This can result in the user not using the call forwarding service in the intended manner after setup, thereby affecting the perception of the customer.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a forwarded-to number verification method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the forwarded number verification method includes:
step S11: and responding to a request for setting call forwarding activation sent by a mobile user, and acquiring a forwarding number.
The user performs the operation of setting the call forwarding activation on the mobile terminal, and sends out the request of setting the call forwarding activation. In step S11, a request for setting call forwarding activation is received from a mobile user through a menu mode or a man-machine interface command mode; responding to the request, and temporarily suspending a call transfer activation process with a network side; and reading the forwarding number.
The call forwarding activation flow of the embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 2, and includes:
step 1: MS reports REGISTER _ SS message to MSC/VLR.
A Mobile Subscriber (MS) reports a Register _ SS message containing a call forwarding type and a forwarding number to a Mobile Switching Center (MSC)/Visitor Location Register (VLR).
Step 2: MSC/VLR sends MAP _ REGISTER _ SS message to HLR/HSS.
After receiving the REGISTER _ SS message containing the call forwarding type and the forwarding number reported by the MS, the MSC/VLR directly passes through the MAP _ REGISTER _ SS message to the HLR/HSS to which the MS belongs to transmit the relevant call forwarding information.
And step 3: HLR/HSS returns MAP _ REGISTER _ SS _ ack message to MSC/VLR.
After the HLR/HSS simply checks that the forwarding number does not belong to the number prohibited from forwarding, the HLR/HSS returns a MAP _ REGISTER _ SS _ ack message to the MSC/VLR and updates the user data in the HLR/HSS at the same time.
And 4, step 4: the MSC/VLR returns a REGISTER _ SS _ ack message to the MS.
After receiving MAP _ REGISTER _ SS _ ack message returned by HLR/HSS, MSC/VLR directly returns REGISTER _ SS _ ack message to MS, and confirms that the forwarding number is successfully set.
And 5: HLR/HSS sends MAP _ INS _ SUBS _ DATA message to MSC/VLR.
When updating the user DATA in HLR/HSS, HLR/HSS informs MSC/VLR to update through MAP _ INS _ SUBS _ DATA message.
Step S12: and sending the forwarding number to an interface of the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether to initiate the call to the forward-to-number can be determined according to the selection of the user. Inquiring whether the mobile user carries out verification by dialing a forwarding number; if the mobile user selects no, ending the suspension state of the call forwarding activation process, and continuing to complete the call forwarding activation process; if the mobile user selects yes, step S12 is executed, the forward-to-number is sent to the interface of the mobile terminal, and a phone dialing program is started.
Step S13: and verifying the forwarding number by dialing the forwarding number.
Specifically, dial the forward-to-number; and verifying the forwarding number according to the calling condition of the forwarding number.
If the forward-to-number is called through and the receiver is consistent with the forward-to-user expected by the mobile user, determining that the forward-to-number is set to be correct;
if the forward-to-number is called through, but the receiver is not consistent with the forward-to-user expected by the mobile user, determining that partial digits of the forward-to-number are input wrongly;
if the forward-to-number is not called, determining that partial digits of the forward-to-number are input wrongly or the state of the forward-to-user expected by the mobile user is abnormal.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the forward-to-number is verified, the mobile user is also inquired whether to continue the forward-to-number; if the mobile user selects no, terminating the call forwarding activation process; if the mobile user selects yes, the suspension state of the call forwarding activation process is ended, and the call forwarding activation process is continuously completed.
The embodiment of the invention increases the function of acquiring and dialing the forwarding number on the basis of the original call forwarding activation process to realize the verification of the accuracy of the forwarding number, can temporarily suspend the call forwarding activation process, can subsequently decide to terminate in advance or continue to complete the call forwarding activation process with a network side according to the selection of a user, and accurately verifies whether the input forwarding number is the expected number of the user before the forwarding number is activated, thereby avoiding unsmooth service caused by invalid or wrong forwarding setting and improving the service perception of a client.
The complete forwarded number verification method of the embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 3, and includes:
step S200: and receiving a request for setting call forwarding activation sent by a mobile user in a menu mode or a man-machine interface instruction mode.
Step S201: responding the request, temporarily suspending the call forwarding activation process with the network side, and reading the forwarding number.
Step S202: the mobile user is asked whether the authentication is by dialing the forward-to-number. If yes, go to step S203; if not, it jumps to execute step S206.
Step S203: and sending the forwarding number to an interface of the mobile terminal, and initiating a call to the forwarding number.
Step S204: and verifying the forwarding number according to the calling condition of the forwarding number.
If the forward-to-number is called through and the receiver is consistent with the expected forward-to-user of the mobile user, the forward-to-number is determined to be set to be correct. If the forward-to-number is called through, but the receiver is not consistent with the forward-to-user expected by the mobile user, then it is determined that a part of the digits of the forward-to-number are entered incorrectly. If the forward-to-number is not called, it is determined that a portion of digits of the forward-to-number are entered incorrectly, or that the forward-to-user status expected by the mobile user is abnormal.
Step S205: after hanging up, the mobile user is asked whether to continue forwarding the number. If yes, go to step S206; if not, the process jumps to step S207.
Step S206: and ending the suspension state of the call forwarding activation flow and continuing to complete the call forwarding activation flow.
Step S207: the call forwarding activation procedure is terminated.
I.e. no setting of call forwarding is made.
The embodiment of the invention obtains the forwarding number by responding to the request for setting the call forwarding activation sent by the mobile user; sending the forwarding number to an interface of the mobile terminal; by dialing the forwarding number to verify the forwarding number, whether the input forwarding number is an expected number or not can be accurately verified before the forwarding number is activated, so that unsmooth service caused by invalid or wrong forwarding setting is avoided, and service perception of a user is improved.
