A perspiring moisture resistant behind-the-ear hearing aid according to claim 1, wherein: the first sweat discharging component comprises a first sweat discharging port (13) arranged on the left side of the lower end of the sweat discharging through hole (11), the first sweat discharging port (13) is communicated with the sweat discharging through hole (11) and the outside of the machine body (10), a scraper sliding block (15) is connected in the first sweat discharging port (13) in a sliding mode, the center of the scraper sliding block (15) is provided with a through hole which is wide in the upper part and narrow in the lower part and is in a truncated cone shape, and the outer ring, in contact with the inner wall of the sweat discharging through hole (11), of the upper end face of the; the right end of the scraper sliding block (15) is fixedly connected with one end of a first pull rope (47).
