In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
A system based on grid management relates to various industries such as safety supervision, environmental protection, comprehensive treatment and the like, and aiming at a marketing optimization mode in grid services, a common mode is to issue two different addresses, and then to see the issuing condition, such as AB test, which is a control variable experimental method, namely, the same group of people are randomly divided into two parts, one part sees a default home page, and the other part sees a personalized home page. And comparing the click data, the deal data and the like of the two parts to obtain a data conclusion and an optimization strategy. However, the AB test cannot distinguish different users, inaccurate user data is collected, and optimization effect is affected.
Based on this, the embodiments of the present invention provide a grid service processing method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, which can improve the conversion rate of grid services and enhance the experience of grid users.
Referring to fig. 1, a grid service processing method according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention includes:
step S100, user information is acquired.
The user information may be information of the collected conditions and characteristics of the user. Optionally, the test address may be issued to the client by a short message, and the user (i.e., the user in the grid) may obtain the user information of the user by clicking the test address and filling in the corresponding information. For example, the name and the mobile phone number of the user are obtained, and then the characteristics of the area, the attribute and the like of the user can be determined according to the mobile phone number of the user, so that the user information is obtained.
Step S110, the user information is shunted to obtain a shunting result.
Optionally, the user may be classified according to the obtained user information, that is, the user information is distributed; and classifying the users to obtain a result, namely a shunting result. Specifically, for example, assuming that it is determined that the user belongs to the area a according to the mobile phone number in the user information, the user may be classified, for example, the user may be split to the scheme a to obtain a splitting result; for another example, if it is determined that the user belongs to the B area according to the mobile phone number in the user information, the user may be classified, for example, the user may be distributed to the B scheme, so as to obtain a distribution result. In some specific embodiments, after the user is shunted, if it is detected that the user clicks a return key, the user does not return to different pages, that is, the user information is shunted directly without shunting prompt, and the user does not have the perception of shunted skip, so that more accurate service test data can be obtained.
Step S120, click test is carried out on the grid service according to the shunting result, and service test data corresponding to the grid service is obtained.
The service test data may be data obtained after a click test is performed on the grid service. Optionally, the click test may be: the user clicks on the test page in the grid service, so that the clicking condition of the user on the button and the link of the test page is obtained, that is, the clicking condition of the user on the test page in the grid service is obtained, and the service test data corresponding to the grid service can be obtained. The test page of the grid task may have multiple versions. For example, assuming that the user is divided into the a scheme, the grid service corresponding to the a scheme may be presented to the user, specifically, a test page in the grid service may be presented to the user, and the user is subjected to a click test through the test page. And then, the click condition of the user in the test page can be obtained, so that the click condition can be analyzed to obtain service test data corresponding to the grid service.
And step S130, calculating the service conversion rate according to the service test data.
Wherein, the service conversion rate can be used to represent the degree of the grid service reaching the analysis index. Optionally, statistical analysis may be performed on the service test data to obtain a service conversion rate corresponding to the grid service. For example, suppose that the service test data is a click condition of a test page in the grid service corresponding to the a scheme, the click condition may include: the number of times the button alpha in the test page is clicked, the number of times the button beta in the test page is clicked, the frequency with which all links in the test page are clicked, how much click data is collected from the test page, and the like. Therefore, the service test data can be subjected to statistical analysis, whether the grid service corresponding to the scheme A reaches the degree of the analysis index is judged, and the service conversion rate of the grid service is obtained.
Step S140, updating the grid service according to the service conversion rate.
Optionally, a threshold corresponding to the service conversion rate may be set, and if the service conversion rate is smaller than the threshold, it may be determined that the current grid task does not reach the analysis index, so that a direction in which optimization needs to be performed in the grid task may be analyzed, and finally, the version of the grid service may be updated according to the optimization direction until the optimal version is reached; if the service conversion rate is greater than the threshold value, the grid task can be judged to reach the analysis index, and therefore the version corresponding to the grid service can be used as the version with the best performance to be online.
According to the grid service processing method, the user information is obtained and is shunted to obtain the shunting result, the grid service is subjected to click test according to the shunting result to obtain the service test data corresponding to the grid service, the service conversion rate is calculated according to the service test data, and finally the grid service is updated according to the service conversion rate, so that the conversion rate of the grid service can be improved, and the use experience of grid users can be enhanced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, updating the grid services according to the service conversion rate includes:
and comparing the size relationship between the business conversion rate and the preset conversion rate. The preset conversion rate may be a preset critical value corresponding to the service conversion rate. Optionally, the magnitude relationship between the service conversion rate and the preset conversion rate may be compared to obtain: the service conversion rate is smaller than the size relation of the preset conversion rate, the service conversion rate is equal to the size relation of the preset conversion rate, and the service conversion rate is larger than the size relation of the preset conversion rate.
And if the service conversion rate is less than the preset conversion rate, extracting the data to be updated of the grid service from the service test data. The data to be updated may be data that needs to be updated and adjusted in the grid service, for example, data such as a page layout of a test page in the grid service, a position or a size of a certain button, and a link display condition. Optionally, if the service conversion rate is smaller than the preset conversion rate, it may be determined that the grid service does not reach the analysis index, and therefore, the version of the grid service needs to be updated and adjusted. Specifically, the current service test data of the grid service can be analyzed to determine the data to be updated in the grid service, so that the key of the problem can be found quickly, and if the conditions that the page layout of the test page is disordered, the button alpha is too small, the link display is not clear, the picture is too large, the pricing is not clear and the like are assumed, the data to be updated can be obtained as the page layout disorder, the button alpha is too small, and the link display is not clear of the test page.
And updating the data to be updated to obtain the updated grid service. Optionally, the data to be updated may be updated in a targeted manner, so that the updated grid service may be obtained. For example, assuming that the data to be updated is the page layout of the test page in the grid service is disordered, the button α is too small, and the link is not displayed clearly, the page layout of the test page may be adjusted, the button α is increased, the link is re-embedded, and other update operations are performed to obtain an updated test page, that is, the updated grid service is obtained.
And executing the step of carrying out service test on the grid service according to the shunting result according to the updated grid service.
Optionally, after the updated grid service is obtained, the click test may be performed again according to the updated grid service, that is, the step of performing the service test on the grid service according to the shunting result is performed, so as to obtain new test data and the service conversion rate thereof, and then the grid service may be updated according to the new conversion rate until the conversion rate of the grid service is equal to or greater than the preset conversion rate, that is, the analysis index is reached. By comparing the size relationship between the service conversion rate and the preset conversion rate, if the service conversion rate is smaller than the preset conversion rate, the grid service can be determined not to reach the analysis index, so that the data to be updated of the grid service can be extracted from the service test data, then the data to be updated is updated to obtain the updated grid service, and finally the step of performing service test on the grid service according to the shunting result is executed according to the updated grid service.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the step of updating the data to be updated and performing the service test on the grid service according to the split result according to the updated grid service, the method further includes:
and updating the grid service according to the service conversion rate to obtain the current service version of the grid service. The current service version may be a test version corresponding to the updated grid service. Optionally, after the grid service is updated according to the service conversion rate, the updated grid service is obtained, and then the test version corresponding to the updated grid service can be extracted, that is, the current service version is obtained.
And if the current service version is the target version, outputting the target version. Wherein the target version may be the best test version obtained by the updating. Optionally, the version corresponding to the grid service that is not updated may be used as the original version, and then the original version may be used as the comparison group, and the current service version may be compared with the original version to determine the updated performance of the current service version, and determine whether there is a significant difference between the current service version and the original version. If the current service version has reached the optimal test result compared with the original version, for example, the service conversion rate corresponding to the current service version is greater than the preset conversion rate, the current service version can be determined to be the optimal test version, and therefore the current service version can be output as the target version; if the current service version does not reach the optimal test result compared with the original version, for example, the service conversion rate corresponding to the current service version is smaller than the preset conversion rate, the step of updating the grid service according to the service conversion rate is executed again until the current service version obtained by updating is the target version, and the target version is output. By acquiring the current service version of the updated grid service, judging whether the current service version is the target version or not, if the current service version is the target version, outputting the target version, otherwise, continuously iterating to obtain the target version, thereby accurately acquiring the updated result, realizing closed-loop iteration of grid service optimization and continuously improving user experience.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the step of updating the data to be updated and performing the service test on the grid service according to the split result according to the updated grid service, the method further includes:
and if the service conversion rate is greater than or equal to the preset conversion rate, acquiring the current service version corresponding to the grid service. Optionally, if the service conversion rate is greater than or equal to the preset conversion rate, it may be determined that the grid service has reached the analysis index, and therefore, the current service version corresponding to the grid service may be directly obtained.
And taking the current business version as a target version and outputting the target version. Optionally, because the conversion rate of the grid service is greater than or equal to the preset conversion rate, it may be determined that the current service version corresponding to the grid service is the optimal test version, and therefore, the current service version may be used as the target version, and the target version may be output. If the service conversion rate is greater than or equal to the preset conversion rate, the grid service can be determined to reach the analysis index, so that the current service version corresponding to the grid service can be output as the target version, and the best version can be obtained for full online.
In some embodiments of the present invention, obtaining user information, and splitting the user information to obtain a splitting result includes:
and determining the user type according to the user information. The user type may be a preset category to which the user belongs. Optionally, the user information may include attribute information such as a name and a mobile phone number, so that analysis may be performed according to the user information to determine a category to which the user belongs. For example, if the user is determined to belong to the area a according to the mobile phone number in the user information, the user can be classified as the type a; and if the user is determined to belong to the B area according to the mobile phone number in the user information, the user can be classified as the type B.
And shunting the user information according to the user type to obtain a shunting result. Optionally, assuming that a certain user is classified as a type a, user information corresponding to the user may be distributed to the scheme a to obtain a distribution result; and if a certain user is classified as the type B, the user information corresponding to the user can be distributed to the scheme B to obtain a distribution result. The user type is determined through the user information, then the user information is shunted according to the user type, user classification is carried out on the previous data of different users through the big data, and the use experience of the users is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, splitting the user information according to the user type includes:
and acquiring a preset distribution proportion corresponding to the user type, and extracting an initial distribution proportion from the user information. The preset distribution proportion can be a preset proportion for distributing user information, and the preset classification proportion can be set according to a preset user type; the initial splitting ratio may be an actual ratio for splitting in the user information. Optionally, the preset shunt ratios corresponding to different user types are different, and if the user type is the type a, the preset shunt ratio corresponding to the type a may be obtained as p1(ii) a Then, an initial distribution proportion corresponding to the user information can be extracted, and the initial distribution proportion is assumed to be p0From this, a preset split ratio p can be obtained1And initial split ratio p0
And if the preset distribution proportion is consistent with the initial distribution proportion, dividing the user information into the first distribution areas. The first distribution interval may be a designated address corresponding to distribution of user information according to a user type. Optionally, the preset shunt ratio is assumed to be a preset shunt ratio p corresponding to the type a1Initial split ratio of p0If p is0=p1If it is determined that the preset distribution ratio is consistent with the initial distribution ratio, the user information may be distributed to the scheme a section corresponding to the type a, that is, the user information is divided into the first distribution section. In some specific embodiments, when shunting to scheme a, the ab experiment platform ID and the grid service version ID are taken as parameters, and take effect on event statistics; if the state is in a stop state, the parameters are not statistically effective. And dividing the user information into the first distribution intervals by judging whether the preset distribution proportion is consistent with the initial distribution proportion or not, so that the user information can be uniformly distributed into the corresponding scheme intervals according to the preset distribution proportion.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the method for splitting user information according to user type further includes:
and if the preset distribution proportion is not matched with the initial distribution proportion, dividing the user information into second distribution partitions. Wherein, the second division interval can be other scheme intervals besides the first division interval. Optionally, the preset shunt ratio is assumed to be a preset shunt ratio p corresponding to the type a1Initial split ratio of p0If p is0≠p1If it is determined that the preset distribution ratio is not consistent with the initial distribution ratio, the user information may be distributed to a B scheme section corresponding to the type B, or the user information may be distributed to other scheme sections corresponding to other types as required, that is, the user information is divided into second distribution sections. And when the preset distribution proportion is not matched with the initial distribution proportion, dividing the user information into second distribution intervals, so that the user information can be uniformly distributed into corresponding scheme intervals according to the preset distribution proportion.
