And when the balance is larger than zero, the SaaS platform calls a low-load server through the load balancer to call the personal data module to enter the SaaS platform.
After the enterprise user logs in through the mobile phone number or the WeChat, the server calls the data to detect. If the management account is forbidden or the enterprise user is deleted, reminding and returning to a login page, wherein the login page is the same as the reminding; if the state is normal, the SaaS platform calls a low-load server through the load balancer to call the enterprise data module, and then the SaaS platform enters the enterprise data module.
When an enterprise user logs in, the SaaS platform module detects the balance of the enterprise, and when the balance is lower than a certain value, a balance reminder is sent to a management account; on the day when the balance is zero, the enterprise user can continue to use the mobile phone on the day, and simultaneously sends the reminding of insufficient balance to the management account again until the mobile phone can be used again after the enterprise charges.
When an individual user needs to be converted into an enterprise user, the individual user sends a merging request to a management account of an enterprise, and after the management account agrees, the SaaS platform performs data merging; or the management account of the enterprise invites the merged data, and after the individual user agrees, the SaaS platform merges the data.
Before the data combination of individual users, the SaaS platform provides the option of complete combination or original data retention, copying and combination. If the data is completely merged, the SaaS platform calls a completely merged database to migrate the personal data into the database; if the data are copied and merged, the SaaS platform calls the merged and copied database, and the SaaS platform copies the personal data and migrates the data into the merged and copied database.

The cloud-network-as-a-service-mode-based user management platform according to claim 2, wherein the individual user can choose to completely merge or copy data into the platform, and the merging mode is that an individual user account can log into a personal interface or an enterprise interface, and original independent data is kept and is isolated from enterprise data.
