In actual manufacturing, the limit sealing element 31 is stopped by using the inner hole side surface of the notch hole, so that the sealing element 31 is ensured to be quickly and accurately installed at a required position on the insulation box 1, and the poor use caused by the movement of the sealing element 31 relative to the insulation box 1 is avoided.
The sealing member 31 is a circular flat plate, the sealing member 31 and the outer side surface are blocked and abutted against the inner side surface of the abdicating hole, and the sealing member 31 and the abdicating hole are in interference fit.
The sealing member 31 is made by curing glue. During actual manufacturing, glue is added into the notch hole, and after the glue is solidified, the glue can form the sealing element 31 located in the notch hole. Of course, the glue in the hole of the notch can be heated by means of a heating device so that the glue is quickly cured to form the sealing member 31.
The inner side surface of the fourth air hole 28 close to the bottom surface of the insulation box 1 is an inclined plane 32, the included angle between the inclined plane 32 and the bottom surface of the insulation box 1 is an acute angle, and outside water enters the fourth air hole 28 and then is discharged along the inclined plane 32 under the action of gravity. By means of the arrangement of the inclined plane 32, water entering the fourth air hole 28 can be automatically discharged, and the waterproof effect of the insulation box 1 is further improved.

A manual additional switch type relay comprises an insulation box, an electromagnet, an armature unit, a terminal unit and an insulation spacer block, wherein the electromagnet, the armature unit, the terminal unit and the insulation spacer block are arranged in the insulation box, the terminal unit comprises a movable terminal and a fixed terminal, the movable terminal and the fixed terminal are respectively provided with a guide connection part which is communicated with an external conductor, the guide connection part of the movable terminal and the guide connection part of the fixed terminal are respectively positioned at two sides of the insulation spacer block, the guide connection parts are clamped between the insulation spacer block and the insulation box, the electromagnet drives the armature unit to move under the action of magnetic force, and the movable armature unit drives the movable terminal to be communicated or disconnected with the fixed terminal; the method is characterized in that: the armature unit is provided with an insulating frame and an armature piece, the insulating frame is provided with a body part, a handle part and a protruding part, the handle part and the protruding part respectively protrude from two ends of the body part, the body part is movably arranged in the insulating box, and the armature piece is arranged in the body part; the insulation box is provided with a containing groove and a yielding hole communicated with the containing groove, the yielding hole penetrates through the side wall of the insulation box, and the electromagnet, the movable terminal, the static terminal, the body part, the protruding part and the armature piece are all positioned in the containing groove; the handle part extends out of the insulation box through the abdicating hole; the protrusion acts on the movable terminal, and the magnetic force of the electromagnet drives the armature piece to drive the insulating frame to move so that the movable terminal moves; the user acts on one end of the handle part protruding out of the insulation box to drive the movable terminal to move;
one end of the handle part, which protrudes out of the insulating box, is provided with a concave groove, and the concave groove is formed by being concavely arranged on the outer surface of the handle part; the outer side of one end of the handle part, which protrudes out of the insulation box, is sleeved with an insulation soft sleeve;
the manual additional switch type relay also comprises a push sheet movably accommodated in the accommodating groove, one end of the push sheet is arranged on the movable terminal, the other end of the push sheet is provided with an accommodating hole, and one end of the protruding part far away from the body part is accommodated in the accommodating hole;
the protruding part is provided with a ball body which is rotatably accommodated, and the ball body is positioned in the accommodating hole and is used for rolling and abutting against the inner hole surface of the accommodating hole;
the insulating box is provided with a plurality of rolling balls which are respectively positioned at two sides of the push sheet, the rolling balls are in rolling contact with the push sheet, and the push sheet is arranged in a rolling way with the insulating box through the rolling balls;
the manual additional switch type relay also comprises a first clamping block and a second clamping block which are arranged on the same side of the insulating box, the first clamping block, the second clamping block and the insulating box are surrounded to form a clamping groove used for accommodating an external component, the first clamping block is provided with a first clamping groove communicated with the clamping groove, the second clamping block is provided with a second clamping groove communicated with the clamping groove, and a limiting clamping protrusion which protrudes into the second clamping groove; the insulating box is provided with a lock catch positioned in the second clamping groove and an elastic reed arranged on the lock catch in a sliding manner, the lock catch is arranged on the second clamping block through the elastic reed in a telescopic manner, the elastic reed is wavy, and a limiting clamp protrusion is used for protruding into the wave trough of the elastic reed; one side of the component in the clamping groove extends into the first clamping groove, and the lock catch extends into the positioning clamping groove on the other side of the component in the clamping groove;
the insulating box is provided with a first air hole, a second air hole, a third air hole, a fourth air hole and an isolating part, the first air hole is communicated with the accommodating groove, the first air hole extends from the inner side surface of the accommodating groove to the direction of the top surface of the insulating box, and the isolating part is used for isolating and separating the first air hole and the second air hole;
the third air hole is used for communicating the first air hole with the second air hole, the third air hole is arranged on the isolation part, the third air hole penetrates through the isolation part along the thickness direction of the isolation part, the fourth air hole is communicated with the third air hole, and the fourth air hole is formed by being concavely arranged on the outer side surface of the insulation box;
the third air hole is positioned above the communication position of the first air hole and the accommodating groove, the third air hole is positioned above the communication position of the fourth air hole and the second air hole, and the air in the accommodating groove is discharged out of the insulating box through the first air hole, the third air hole, the second air hole and the fourth air hole in sequence;
the inner side surface of one side, close to the bottom surface of the insulating box, of the fourth air hole is an inclined plane, and an included angle between the inclined plane and the bottom surface of the insulating box is an acute angle.

The manual add-on switch relay of claim 1, wherein: the body part is provided with a protruding shaft, the insulating box is provided with a shaft hole for accommodating the protruding shaft, and the protruding shaft is rotatably accommodated in the shaft hole; the free end of the protruding part is provided with a cylinder, and the annular outer side surface of the cylinder is used for abutting against the inner hole surface of the accommodating hole.
