Description

Cross-level open management method and device, electronic equipment and medium
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of finance, in particular to a cross-level exposure management method, a device, electronic equipment and a medium.
Background
At present, regional center institutions are built in the across-the-country banks, and the businesses of the jurisdictions are managed in a centralized mode, wherein openings of foreign exchange business of the jurisdictions are also processed in a unified mode to the regional center institutions. However, the regional center authorities do not support 7×24 hours of exposure management, whereas the nationwide banking headquarters support 7×24 hours of exposure management by means of the global authorities. In order to support each jurisdiction organization to develop 7×24 foreign exchange service, a cross-level open management mode of the jurisdiction organization-regional center organization-headquarter organization is formed.
Considering that all jurisdiction mechanisms and regional center mechanisms can generate openings, the jurisdiction mechanisms and the regional center mechanisms need to initiate flat disc applications to headquarter mechanisms respectively, and the conventional method adopted at present is as follows: and integrating the openings of all jurisdictional institutions and the regional center institutions into a regional container, and then starting a flat plate from the regional container to apply for flowing the regional opening to a headquarter container.
In implementing the concepts of the present disclosure, the inventors found that at least the following problems exist in the prior art: because different opening management requirements exist among the jurisdiction institutions, different opening management requirements exist between the jurisdiction institutions and the regional center institutions, the jurisdiction institutions or the regional center institutions add or modify the opening management requirements, and other institutions are considered to be influenced. As shown in fig. 1, an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include, for example, a foreign exchange sales listing process including three-level institutions, that is, jurisdictional institutions 101, 102, 103, a regional center institution 104, and a headquarter institution 105, where the processing task priorities of the three-level institutions are increased step by step. Further, the foreign exchange buying and selling balance processing includes two levels of a balance hierarchy, namely a jurisdictional organization and a regional center organization, and a regional center organization and a headquarter organization.
When the jurisdiction institutions 101, 102 and 103 process instant foreign exchange business, the opening formed by the business is automatically leveled according to the flat price of the regional center mechanism 104, so that the opening data of the jurisdiction institutions 101, 102 and 103 are drawn to the regional center mechanism 104 in real time to form the regional center mechanism opening.
The area center mechanism 104 performs open-ended flat trays to the headquarter mechanism 105. The headquarter 105 collects exposure data to the headquarter foreign exchange risk management system via a system counter transaction or peripheral interface, and the headquarter foreign exchange risk management system completes the exposure flat plate of the headquarter 105.
It should be understood that the numbers of jurisdictional, regional center, and headquarter facilities in fig. 1 are merely illustrative. Any number of jurisdictional, regional center, and headquarter facilities may be provided as desired.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a cross-level exposure management method according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 3 schematically illustrates an operational flow diagram of a cross-level exposure management method according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. The specific steps of the cross-level exposure management method shown in fig. 2 are further described below in conjunction with fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the cross-level exposure management method may include operations S210 to S250.
In operation S210, a first flat disc request sent in response to a first organization of a jurisdiction management side is responded.
According to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, the jurisdictional management end includes a regional center organization or a jurisdictional organization, and the jurisdictional organization is at least two. That is, the jurisdictional management end may include, for example, jurisdictional authorities 101, 102, 103 and/or regional center authorities 104 in fig. 1. The first mechanism is a certain mechanism in the jurisdiction management end, and the specific mechanism type is not particularly limited in the disclosure.
In operation S220, when it is detected that the first institution has changed in the partial opening management requirement, the first flat disc request is separated to obtain changed opening information and unchanged opening information in the first institution.
Through the first embodiment of the disclosure, whether the requirement of the opening management of the first organization is changed or not needs to be detected, so that the changed opening information and the unchanged opening information in the first organization are distinguished, and different processing modes are adopted for the changed opening information and the unchanged opening information.
According to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, a first institution generates a partial exposure management requirement change comprising: the first institution adds or modifies a portion of the exposure management requirements. Thus, when any one of the jurisdictional organization or the regional center organization has a new or modified opening management requirement, the present embodiment considers reducing the influence on other organizations.
As an alternative embodiment, the foregoing separating the first flat request to obtain the changed open information and the unchanged open information in the first organization may include: by adding a classifier in the first mechanism, the changed open information and the unchanged open information in the first mechanism are distinguished.
In operation S230, unchanged open information is transferred to the financial terminal container through the regional inventory container.
With the first embodiment of the present disclosure, for the portion of the first institution where there is no change in the exposure management, the transfer of the unchanged exposure information to the financial terminal container through the area stock container is adopted.
The financial terminal container may be, for example, a headquarter organization as shown in fig. 1, and the regional stock container may implement, for example, a flat warehouse function for both the jurisdictional organization and the regional center organization in fig. 1. The processing task priority of the headquarter organization is higher than that of the regional stock container and the jurisdiction management end in sequence.
Therefore, the regional stock container arranged in the middle is used as the middle transition container, and the function of initiating the flat disc application to the headquarter mechanism by each mechanism in the jurisdiction mechanism and the regional center mechanism is realized.
Creating a first region newly added container based on the region stock container image under the driving of the change exposure information in operation S240;
in operation S250, the first area newly added container transfers the changed open information to the financial terminal container after the first preprocessing.
It can be seen that operations S240 to 250 of the present embodiment are different from the processing manner adopted for the unchanged open information in operation S230 as the processing manner adopted for the changed open information. The first area newly added container created by mirroring the area stock container automatically multiplexes the functions of the area stock container to the financial terminal container. And the newly added container of the first area replaces the area stock container to be used as another intermediate transition container, so that the information of the change opening is transferred to the financial terminal container.
According to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, the first preprocessing may include: and summarizing and updating the change open information into a first area newly added container. That is, the newly added container of the first area is used as another intermediate transition container, and after the open information of the first organization is unified, the flat disc application is initiated to open the area to the financial terminal container.
According to the first embodiment of the disclosure, the financial terminal container avoids the complicated processing time required for intermediate arrangement or summarization of flat disc request data initiated by the management end of the jurisdiction, and can intensively process summarized open information transmitted by the newly added container of the area, so that the stability and the integration level of processing the flat disc request by the financial terminal container are improved.
In this embodiment, after detecting the variable open information in the first mechanism, the container image construction process may be automatically triggered, and after the container construction is completed, the variable open information may be automatically transferred to the financial terminal container through the constructed container. The whole process is more intelligent because the user is not required to intervene in the process.
The embodiment adopts a mode of automatically adding the open container, supports the rapid realization of the new addition or adjustment of the management method, basically does not influence the unchanged part of the open management in the mechanism, avoids influencing the stock management method, realizes flexible coping with the change of the open management, and improves the flexibility of coping with the change.
The second embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a cross-level exposure management method, and for brevity, features of the second embodiment of the present disclosure that are the same as or similar to those of the first embodiment are not described in detail, and only features that are different from those of the first embodiment are described below.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a cross-level exposure management method according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the cross-level exposure management method may include operations S410 to S420.
In operation S410, a first flat disc request sent in response to a first organization of a jurisdiction management side is responded to.
The present step is the same as the aforementioned step S210, and will not be described again here.
In operation S420, when it is detected that the first institution does not have the change in the exposure management requirement, the first flat disc request is transferred to the financial terminal container through the area inventory container.
In this embodiment, when no change in the open management requirement in the first institution is detected, the first flat disc request sent by the jurisdiction management end is directly transferred to the financial terminal container through the regional stock container.
According to the second embodiment of the disclosure, a mode of automatically adding an open container is adopted, other mechanisms which are unchanged in management in the management end of the jurisdiction are not affected, and decoupling among the mechanisms is achieved.
The third embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a cross-level exposure management method, and for brevity, features of the method of the third embodiment of the present disclosure that are the same as or similar to those of the foregoing embodiment are not described in detail, and only features of the third embodiment that are different from those of the foregoing embodiment are described below.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a cross-level exposure management method according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the cross-level exposure management method may include operations S510 to S530.
In operation S510, a second disk request sent by a second organization newly added to the jurisdiction management side is responded.
Thus, the second flat request is different from the first flat request, the first flat request is directed to a mechanism inside the jurisdiction management end, and the second flat request in this embodiment is directed to a mechanism that is newly added outside the jurisdiction management end, that is, the second mechanism.
It will be appreciated that the first and second mechanisms are merely to distinguish the third embodiment of the present disclosure from the first embodiment described above and do not imply any order in which the two mechanisms are arranged.
Creating a second region newly added container based on the region stock container image under the driving of the second disk request in operation S520;
in operation S530, the second area add-on container transfers the second disk request to the financial terminal container after the second preprocessing.
It can be seen that, operations S520-530 of this embodiment are used as a processing manner for making a flat disc request for a second mechanism newly added to the jurisdiction management end, and a method for directly mirroring to construct a container is adopted, so that the processing manners of the existing mechanism and the newly added mechanism of the jurisdiction management end are obviously distinguished, the influence on the flat disc request processing of the existing mechanism of the jurisdiction management end is avoided, flexible decoupling between different mechanisms is further realized, and flexibility of flat disc processing and stability of system flat disc processing are improved.
According to a third embodiment of the present disclosure, the second preprocessing includes: and summarizing and updating the second disk request to the second area newly added container. Thus, the second area newly added container is used as another intermediate transition container, and after the second flat requests of the second mechanism are unified and collected, the flat requests are initiated to open the area to the financial terminal container.
