At the final signature location, the picture seal is added as a watermark to the contract instance document.
Fig. 9 is a diagram of the thinking of the digital contract signing method in the embodiment of the present invention, in which a contract signing instruction of the transaction system is received first, then the image signature corresponding to the affiliate is obtained, the keyword is signed, whether the keyword can be signed is judged, if yes, the position of the key is obtained as the final signature position according to the signature keyword corresponding to the affiliate, and the watermark is added at the signature position by using the image signature, and the whole process is finished.
If the signature cannot be carried out on the keywords, whether the signature is carried out for the first time needs to be judged, if so, the expected signature position is calculated according to the signature keywords corresponding to the affiliate by combining the size of the picture seal, whether contract content exists in the signature position area or not is signed, and if not, the picture seal is used for adding a watermark at the signature position so as to complete the whole signature process.
If the signature is not signed for the first time, acquiring the signature position of the last department person according to the signature key words corresponding to the department person, calculating an expected signature position by combining the size of the picture seal, judging whether contract content exists in a signing position area, if so, calculating the expected signature position in a line changing manner, then judging whether the contract content exists in the signing position area, if so, finishing, and if not, adding a watermark at the signature position by using the picture seal. And if the signing position area does not have contract content, directly adding a watermark at the signing position by using the picture seal.
As can be seen from the above description, the method for generating a digital contract according to the embodiments of the present invention can make the signing of the digital contract meet the requirements of formal compliance, deconstruct the content of the contract, and provide a set of schemes for automatically positioning the signing position of the photo signature in the digital contract through a series of template configurations, thereby completing the formal signing. In particular, it has the following beneficial effects:
1. based on the template configuration of the contract text, the transaction system is allowed to generate contract examples with different contents according to the transaction data condition, a plurality of sets of contracts are not required to be maintained, and the maintenance cost of the contract template can be reduced.
2. The rule for positioning the signature position is realized, and besides different affiliates can sign in respective signature areas, the rules also support a plurality of affiliates to sign in sequence in the same signature area, so that the manual positioning of the signature position by a user is not needed, and the cost for online signing of the digital contract of a transaction system is reduced.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a digital contract generating apparatus, which can be used to implement the methods described in the foregoing embodiments, such as the following embodiments. Because the principle of solving the problems of the digital contract generating device is similar to that of the digital contract generating method, the implementation of the digital contract generating device can be realized by the digital contract generating method, and repeated parts are not described again. As used hereinafter, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. While the system described in the embodiments below is preferably implemented in software, implementations in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware are also possible and contemplated.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a specific implementation manner of a digital contract generating apparatus capable of implementing a digital contract generating method, and referring to fig. 10, the digital contract generating apparatus specifically includes the following contents:
the data acquisition unit 10 is configured to acquire a contract frame template, an example contract and affiliate information corresponding to a digital contract to be generated;
a clause content generating unit 20, configured to generate a clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the example contract and the contract variable label at the corresponding position of the fixed content;
a variable content generating unit 30, configured to generate contract variable content corresponding to a contract variable label according to the contract variable corresponding to the contract variable label and the contract variable format;
the contract generating unit 40 is configured to generate the digital contract according to the contract variable content, the clause content, the contract framework template, and the affiliate clause content corresponding to the affiliate information.
Preferably, referring to fig. 11, the clause content generating unit 20 includes:
a clause template generating module 201, configured to perform an operation according to the expression in the clause template to generate a clause template whose operation result is true;
and a clause content generating module 202, configured to generate a clause content according to the fixed content of the clause template whose operation result is true and the contract variable label at the position corresponding to the fixed content.
Preferably, referring to fig. 12, the digital contract generating apparatus further includes:
a clause content replacing unit 50, configured to replace a clause variable tag corresponding to the example contract with the clause content;
a variable content replacing unit 60, configured to replace the contract variable label in the example contract with the contract variable content.
Preferably, the digital contract generating apparatus further includes:
a keyword tag obtaining unit 70, configured to obtain a signature position keyword tag according to the affiliate information;
a signature position obtaining unit 80, configured to obtain a signature position according to the signature position keyword tag;
a signature generation unit 90 for generating an affiliate signature at the signature location.
As can be seen from the above description, the digital contract generating apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention first obtains a contract frame template, an example contract and affiliate information corresponding to a digital contract to be generated; generating clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the example contract and the contract variable label at the position corresponding to the fixed content; then, generating contract variable content corresponding to the contract variable label according to the contract variable corresponding to the contract variable label and the contract variable format; and finally, generating the digital contract according to the contract variable content, the clause content, the contract frame template and the affiliate clause content corresponding to the affiliate information. The invention is based on the template configuration of the contract text, allows the trading system to generate contract examples with different contents according to the condition of the trading data, does not need to maintain a plurality of sets of contracts, and can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the contract template.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a specific implementation manner of an electronic device, which is capable of implementing all steps in a digital contract generating method in the foregoing embodiment, and referring to fig. 13, the electronic device specifically includes the following contents:
a processor (processor)1201, a memory (memory)1202, a communication Interface 1203, and a bus 1204;
the processor 1201, the memory 1202 and the communication interface 1203 complete communication with each other through the bus 1204; the communication interface 1203 is configured to implement information transmission between related devices, such as a server-side device, a power measurement device, and a client device.
The processor 1201 is configured to call the computer program in the memory 1202, and the processor executes the computer program to implement all the steps in the digital contract generating method in the above-mentioned embodiment, for example, the processor executes the computer program to implement the following steps:
step 100: acquiring a contract frame template, an example contract and affiliate information corresponding to a digital contract to be generated;
step 200: generating clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the example contract and the contract variable label at the position corresponding to the fixed content;
step 300: generating contract variable content corresponding to the contract variable label according to the contract variable corresponding to the contract variable label and the contract variable format;
step 400: and generating the digital contract according to the contract variable content, the clause content, the contract frame template and the affiliate clause content corresponding to the affiliate information.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium capable of implementing all steps in a digital contract generating method in the above embodiments, where the computer-readable storage medium stores thereon a computer program, and the computer program implements all steps of a digital contract generating method in the above embodiments when executed by a processor, for example, the processor implements the following steps when executing the computer program:
step 100: acquiring a contract frame template, an example contract and affiliate information corresponding to a digital contract to be generated;
step 200: generating clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the example contract and the contract variable label at the position corresponding to the fixed content;
step 300: generating contract variable content corresponding to the contract variable label according to the contract variable corresponding to the contract variable label and the contract variable format;
step 400: and generating the digital contract according to the contract variable content, the clause content, the contract frame template and the affiliate clause content corresponding to the affiliate information.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the hardware + program class embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a digital contract, comprising:
acquiring a contract frame template, an example contract and affiliate information corresponding to a digital contract to be generated;
generating clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the example contract and the contract variable label at the position corresponding to the fixed content;
generating contract variable content corresponding to the contract variable label according to the contract variable corresponding to the contract variable label and the contract variable format;
and generating the digital contract according to the contract variable content, the clause content, the contract frame template and the affiliate clause content corresponding to the affiliate information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the instance contract and the contract variable label at the corresponding position of the fixed content comprises:
performing operation according to the expression in the clause template to generate a clause template with an operation result as true;
and generating clause content according to the fixed content of the clause template with the true operation result and the contract variable label at the corresponding position of the fixed content.
3. The digital contract generation method of claim 1, further comprising:
replacing a clause variable label corresponding to the instance contract with the clause content;
replacing the contract variable label in the instance contract with the contract variable content.
4. The digital contract generation method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a signature position keyword label according to the information of the affiliate;
acquiring a signature position according to the signature position keyword label;
and generating an affiliate signature at the signature position.
5. A digital contract generating apparatus, comprising:
the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring a contract frame template, an example contract and the affiliate information corresponding to the digital contract to be generated;
a clause content generating unit, configured to generate a clause content according to the fixed content in the clause template corresponding to the example contract and the contract variable label at the corresponding position of the fixed content;
the variable content generating unit is used for generating contract variable content corresponding to the contract variable label according to the contract variable corresponding to the contract variable label and the contract variable format;
and the contract generating unit is used for generating the digital contract according to the contract variable content, the clause content, the contract framework template and the affiliate clause content corresponding to the affiliate information.
6. The digital contract generating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the clause content generating unit includes:
the clause template generating module is used for carrying out operation according to the expression in the clause template so as to generate a clause template with an operation result being true;
and the clause content generating module is used for generating clause content according to the fixed content of the clause template with the true operation result and the contract variable label at the position corresponding to the fixed content.
7. The digital contract generating apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
a clause content replacing unit, configured to replace a clause variable tag corresponding to the instance contract with the clause content;
and the variable content replacing unit is used for replacing the contract variable label in the example contract with the contract variable content.
8. The digital contract generating apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the keyword tag acquisition unit is used for acquiring a signature position keyword tag according to the relation person information;
the signature position acquisition unit is used for acquiring a signature position according to the signature position keyword label;
and the signature generation unit is used for generating the affiliate signature at the signature position.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of a method of generating a digital contract according to any one of claims 1 to 4 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of a digital contract generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
