Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It is noted that embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining a container, which can be used for determining the scene of picking the container when picking a to-be-delivered manifest in a warehouse.
Typically, a warehouse will house a plurality of containers, each for housing a plurality of items. The manner in which the container is used for placing the articles can be set according to the requirements. After receiving the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest, the warehouse can perform grouping operation on the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest according to certain strategies, and issue a scheduling task in units of groups so as to facilitate batch processing.
The placing mode of the inner container in the warehouse can be set according to the grade of the article. The grade of the article is determined by setting according to historical ex-warehouse data of the article warehouse.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the determining manner of the item level may specifically be: determining the type of the articles to be delivered in a preset historical time period and the delivery quantity corresponding to each type of the articles to be delivered; and determining the grade of the article according to the size of the delivery amount corresponding to the type of the article delivered from each warehouse, wherein each grade of the article corresponds to at least one type of the article delivered from the warehouse.
The warehouse can store the warehouse-out records, and the warehouse-out quantity corresponding to each warehouse-out article type and each warehouse-out article type in the historical time period can be determined, so that the warehouse-out article type and the warehouse-out quantity corresponding to each warehouse-out article type in the preset historical time period can be determined in the embodiment of the invention.
The manner of determining the item grade according to the size of the delivery amount corresponding to each delivery item type may be: according to the size of the delivery volume corresponding to each delivery type, the delivery types can be ordered, and then the article grades are sequentially classified. For example, if the preset historical time period is set to be N days, the historical warehouse-out records of N (N is greater than 0, for example, N is 15) days of the articles in the warehouse can be analyzed to obtain the warehouse-out quantity of the article types of each warehouse-out in N days, and then different article grades can be classified according to the warehouse-out quantity of the article types of the warehouse-out. The method specifically comprises the following steps: sorting according to the delivery quantity of the article types delivered in N days from high to low, dividing the article types which are sequentially positioned in the first 10 percent into the article grades with A grades after sorting, dividing the article types which are sequentially positioned in the first 10 percent to 30 percent into the article grades with B grades, and dividing a plurality of article grades by pushing.
The method for determining the grade of the article according to the size of the delivery amount corresponding to each delivery type of the article can also be as follows: determining the proportion of the delivery quantity corresponding to each delivery type to the total delivery quantity in a preset time period according to the delivery quantity corresponding to each delivery type, sorting the delivery types according to the proportion, and then dividing the article grades according to the sequence. For example, if the preset historical time period is set to N days, the historical warehouse-out records of N (N is greater than 0, for example, N is 15) days of the articles in the warehouse can be analyzed to obtain the proportion of the warehouse-out amount of the article types of each warehouse-out in N days to the total warehouse-out amount of N days, and then different article grades can be classified according to the obtained proportion. The method specifically comprises the following steps: according to the proportion of the delivery amount of each delivered item type in N days to the delivery total amount of the delivered item types in N days, sorting the item types in the first 10% in sequence into an item grade A grade according to the proportion from high to low, and sorting the item types in the first 10% -30% in sequence into an item grade B grade according to the item grade A grade, so as to divide a plurality of item grades.
Therefore, each item level may be one item type or may correspond to a plurality of item types. It is also possible to set the level of the items in the order preceding after division higher than the level of the items in the order following, i.e., the a level higher than the B level.
The warehouse can be provided with the functions of placing the articles with the same grade into the same container, namely the articles with the same grade of the articles placed in the same container, so that the grade of the articles placed in the warehouse can be used for marking the grade of the articles placed in the warehouse. Meanwhile, the storage area can be divided in the warehouse, the containers with the same delivery grade are arranged in the same area, and the containers with the high delivery grade can be arranged at the position close to the delivery port in a concentrated manner. Since the probability of delivering articles in containers with high delivery grades is high, the probability of selecting the containers as picking containers is high, so that the container conveying distance can be reduced after the containers are selected as picking containers, and the delivery efficiency is improved.
When the grade of the articles changes, the placement of the containers and the articles placed on the containers also need to be updated. The article grade can be updated according to a relatively fixed time interval, such as updating once a week, so that the change of part of the article grade caused by too frequent updating is avoided, and the large deviation between the article grade and the current ex-warehouse actual condition of the article caused by too long updating interval is also avoided.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method of determining a pick container, the method being executable by a computer device, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprising the steps of.
S101: and receiving a plurality of to-be-delivered bills.
Wherein each to-be-delivered manifest includes a type and number of to-be-delivered items.
After receiving the to-be-stored manifest, the to-be-stored manifest needs to be processed according to information included in the to-be-stored manifest. The to-be-delivered manifest may include a variety of information therein, such as information on the to-be-delivered item, information on the user, the latest delivery time, the delivery address, the manifest type, and the like. The information of the articles to be delivered may include the type and number of the articles to be delivered, the identification of the articles to be delivered, and the like.
S102: and dividing the plurality of to-be-delivered bills into to-be-delivered bill groups according to the grade of the articles and the types and the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles in the to-be-delivered bills.
In each to-be-delivered bill group, the target object grades of the to-be-delivered bills are the same, and the target object grade represents the object grade with the largest corresponding to-be-delivered object quantity ratio in the to-be-delivered bill. For example, assuming that the item ranks include A, B, C, and one to-be-stocked manifest group includes T, P, Q three to-be-stocked manifests, the target item ranks with the largest number of the T, P, Q to-be-stocked manifests are the same. That is, if the target item level in the to-be-delivered bill T is a, that is, the proportion of the number of items to be delivered corresponding to the item level a in the to-be-delivered bill T to the total number of items to be delivered in the to-be-delivered bill T is maximum, that is, the item level of the to-be-delivered bill T, that is, the proportion of the number of items to be delivered corresponding to the maximum ratio is the item level a, the target item levels in the to-be-delivered bill P and the to-be-delivered bill Q also need to be the item level a, that is, the proportion of the number of items to be delivered corresponding to the item level a in the to-be-delivered bill P to the total number of items to be delivered in the to-be-delivered bill Q is also maximum.
After receiving a plurality of to-be-warehouse-out manifests, they can be grouped. The arrangement mode of the inner containers in the warehouse can be set according to the grade of the articles, so in the embodiment of the invention, the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest can be grouped according to the grade of the articles, and the grade of the target articles of each to-be-ex-warehouse manifest group is the same. Because the goods in the containers are of the same grade, and the containers of the same delivery grade are arranged in the same area, in the embodiment of the invention, after the delivery orders are grouped according to the goods grade, the goods picking containers determined by the same delivery order group are mostly positioned in the same area, so that the process of carrying the goods picking containers can be simplified, the carrying distance of the goods picking containers can be reduced, and the delivery efficiency can be improved.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the steps may be specifically performed as: determining the grade of each to-be-delivered bill according to the grade of the article and the type and the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles in the to-be-delivered bill; the same grade of to-be-stored bill is divided into the same to-be-stored bill group.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mode of dividing the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest group is as follows: the method comprises the steps of determining the grade of each to-be-delivered bill according to the grade of the article and the type and the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles in the to-be-delivered bills, and dividing the to-be-delivered bills with the same grade into the same to-be-delivered bill groups, namely, the grades of the to-be-delivered bills in the same to-be-delivered bill groups are the same. Since the grade of the article is determined, the grade of the article in each to-be-stored manifest can be determined, and the grade of the to-be-stored manifest can be determined.
Specifically, for each to-be-delivered bill, calculating the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles corresponding to each article grade in the to-be-delivered bill according to the article grade to which the type of the to-be-delivered articles belongs and the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles, wherein the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles in the to-be-delivered bill accounts for the proportion of the total quantity of the to-be-delivered articles in the to-be-delivered bill; and then determining the grade of the article corresponding to the maximum value of the proportion in each to-be-stored manifest as the grade of the to-be-stored manifest.
For each to-be-delivered bill, determining the grade of the article to which the type of the to-be-delivered article in the to-be-delivered bill belongs according to the grade of the article, and further combining the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles, calculating the proportion of the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles corresponding to the grades of the articles in the to-be-delivered bill to the total quantity of the to-be-delivered articles in the to-be-delivered bill, and further obtaining the maximum value of the proportion. After determining the maximum value of the proportion, the grade of the article corresponding to the maximum value, namely the grade of the target article, can be determined as the grade of the to-be-delivered bill. The maximum value of the ratio can be calculated as shown in equation 1.
f(x)=max{A/S,B/S,C/S···}=M (1)
Wherein f (x) represents a maximum function of the proportion of the number of the articles to be delivered corresponding to each article grade in the inventory to be delivered to the total amount of the articles to be delivered in the inventory to be delivered, S represents the total amount of the articles to be delivered in the inventory to be delivered, A, B, C and the like represent the number of the articles to be delivered corresponding to each article grade in the inventory to be delivered, and M is the maximum value of the proportion.
For example, suppose that one to-be-delivered manifest includes X, Y, Z types of to-be-delivered items, and the corresponding number is 10, 9, 8, and the item ranks include A, B, C. In the to-be-delivered bill, the number of to-be-delivered items corresponding to the item level a is 10, the number of to-be-delivered items corresponding to the item level B is 9+8 =17, the number of to-be-delivered items corresponding to the item level C is 0, and the total amount S of to-be-delivered items in the to-be-delivered bill is 27. F (x) =max {10/27, 17/27,0/27} =17/27 can be obtained by formula 1. After the maximum value 17/27 of the proportion is determined, the article grade corresponding to the maximum value can be obtained to be B, and then the article grade B can be determined to be the target article grade and is determined to be the grade of the to-be-delivered manifest.
When the maximum ratio in the order to be discharged corresponds to two or more item levels, the highest item level among the item levels may be determined as the level of the order to be discharged.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the to-be-delivered manifest group is divided, the manifest groups may be further grouped according to other policies, for example, the re-grouping may be performed according to the priority of the manifest, the types of the objects in the manifest, the emergency degree of the manifest, the delivery time of the manifest, and the like.
S103: for any one to-be-delivered bill group, calculating the number of the articles corresponding to each to-be-delivered article type in the to-be-delivered bill group according to the type and the number of the to-be-delivered articles of each to-be-delivered bill in the to-be-delivered bill group, so as to determine the target picking container of the to-be-delivered article type.
The target container of the article type to be delivered comprises the number of the articles of the article type to be delivered, and the number of the articles of the article type to be delivered in the manifest group to be delivered is larger than or equal to the number of the articles of the article type to be delivered. And counting the information of each item to be delivered in the item to be delivered included in the item to be delivered group, and determining the types of the items to be delivered and the number of the items of each type, which are included in the item to be delivered group. The target pick container refers to a container that provides items of a corresponding item type for picking of a to-be-stocked manifest.
In the embodiment of the invention, the goods are picked by taking the to-be-delivered bill group as a unit, so that the number of each to-be-delivered object type in the to-be-delivered bill group is required to be determined, and the target container capable of meeting the requirement of each to-be-delivered object type is convenient to select. The step can be performed as: according to the types and the quantity of the articles to be delivered of each to-be-delivered bill in the to-be-delivered bill group, calculating the quantity of the articles corresponding to each to-be-delivered article type in the to-be-delivered bill group; and determining the target picking container of each article type to be delivered according to the corresponding article quantity of each article type to be delivered and the types and quantity of the articles included in the container.
Each to-be-delivered bill in the to-be-delivered bill group comprises the types and the quantity of the to-be-delivered articles, so that the quantity of the articles corresponding to each to-be-delivered article type in the to-be-delivered bill group can be calculated. Knowing the type and number of items included in each container in the warehouse, the target pick container for each type of item to be shipped may be determined.
Specifically, determining the target pick container for each type of item to be shipped in the set of to-be-shipped manifests may be specifically performed as: according to the types of the articles included in the containers in the warehouse, determining the undetermined containers including the articles of each article type to be delivered, and according to the number of the articles corresponding to each article type to be delivered and the number of the articles of each article type to be delivered in the undetermined containers, determining the target picking container of each article type.
After the number of each article type to be delivered in the inventory group to be delivered is obtained, for each article type to be delivered, according to the types of the articles included in the containers in the warehouse, the undetermined container including the articles belonging to the corresponding article type can be determined. And then sequencing the undetermined containers according to the number of the articles belonging to the corresponding article types from high to low, and judging whether the number of the articles belonging to the corresponding article types in the container meets the number of the corresponding article types in the to-be-stored manifest group or not by preferentially selecting the undetermined containers with the first sequence. If so, determining the container as a target container; if not, the second pending container is selected, and then whether the sum of the numbers of the items belonging to the corresponding item types in the two containers meets the number of the corresponding item types in the to-be-stocked manifest group is judged, so that the target picking container comprising the number of the items belonging to the corresponding item types in the to-be-stocked manifest group is determined until the sum of the numbers of the items belonging to the corresponding item types meets the number of the corresponding item types in the to-be-stocked manifest group.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a plurality of to-be-delivered bills, firstly grouping the to-be-delivered bills according to the types and the quantity of to-be-delivered articles included in each to-be-delivered bill, and determining the quantity of each article type in the to-be-delivered articles included in the to-be-delivered bill group; and then determining the target picking container corresponding to each item type in the to-be-delivered manifest group. Therefore, the target goods-picking container for picking the goods of the goods-leaving bill can be automatically determined, manual operation is not needed, the goods-picking efficiency is improved, and the goods-leaving efficiency of the goods-leaving bill is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the process of determining the picking container in the bill to be delivered can be divided into a group, issuing the bill to be delivered, generating the delivery task and determining the target picking container. The above-described portions are described below by way of examples.
The process of grouping the to-be-warehouse manifest is described in connection with the embodiment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps.
S201: and after receiving the plurality of to-be-stored bills, determining a to-be-stored bill group according to the grade of the article.
After receiving the to-be-delivered bill, the grade of the to-be-delivered bill can be determined according to the grade of the to-be-delivered object included in the to-be-delivered bill, and then the to-be-delivered bill group is divided. The specific implementation process of dividing the to-be-delivered manifest set is the same as step S102, and will not be described here again. After determining the grade and grouping of the to-be-delivered bills, the to-be-delivered bills can be marked so as to record the grade and grouping of the to-be-delivered bills.
S202: and reading the mapping relation, and dividing the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest into an emergency manifest and a general manifest.
The mapping relation can be preconfigured and used for regrouping the to-be-delivered manifest group. In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of mapping relations can be set, and after the to-be-delivered manifest is classified according to the class object, the to-be-delivered manifest groups can be further grouped according to the mapping relations. The mapping relationship may be based on receiving information about the to-be-stocked manifest, such as a production deadline, a latest time to be stocked of the to-be-stocked manifest, or other parameters controllable for the current warehouse.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the emergency degree is taken as an example for explanation, and the mapping relationship may be that the to-be-delivered manifest group is divided into an emergency manifest group and a general manifest group according to preset parameters. In the embodiment of the invention, after grouping according to the grade of the goods, each to-be-delivered manifest group is divided into an emergency manifest group and a general manifest group. After the grouping of the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest is determined, the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest can be marked so as to record the grouping of the to-be-ex-warehouse manifest.
