In fig. 3, the exporter bank, importer bank, insurance, etc. can also be included in the block chain alliance to support the payment of freight, insurance, payment, etc. fees; or the bill of lading is issued and directly stored in nodes of an internet court and a notarization department, so that the court is convenient to obtain the evidence.
Furthermore, the bill carrying system is unified, and the safety and credibility of data such as bill carrying content, goods and document states, bill carrying flow records and the like are guaranteed. The functions of safety, dispersed storage, flexible preview and the like of the bill of lading can be realized through the block chain technology. The security of the bill of lading means that the transmission of the block chain electronic bill of lading depends on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Only the actual owner of the private key can initiate transfer to the other party. The decentralized storage of bills of lading means that they cannot be changed unintentionally or maliciously for whatever reason. The bill picking preview means that any party receiving the block chain electronic bill picking (or similar transportation documents) in the business process of the bill picking management platform based on the block chain can preview the file before receiving the bill picking.

FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a bill of lading management process according to the present invention, as shown. The bill making personnel of the issuing unit can carry out bill raising and making, sample generation, sample pushing and bill raising query operations on a bill raising management page of the bill raising management platform; the bill signing personnel of the issuing unit can carry out bill-drawing signature, download printing, bill-drawing issuing and bill-drawing query operations on the bill-drawing management page; the shipper can carry out sample confirmation, insurance policy signing and bill drawing query operations on the bill drawing management page; the overseas agent can carry out the operation of putting examination, putting completion and bill picking query on the bill picking management page. The business operations of data chaining comprise bill picking signature, bill picking issuance, bill picking acceptance, release inspection, release completion and the like.
Optionally, the bill of lading management platform of the present invention sets the service entity attributes in the following table to represent the relationship of each bill of lading to realize the circulation of each electronic bill of lading, and the service entity is defined in the following table:

In yet another aspect, the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being implemented by a processor to perform the steps of the implementation method of the above block chain based bill of lading management platform provided in each of the above.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. Claims (10)
1. A bill of lading management platform based on block chains is characterized by comprising:
the bill drawing management module is used for realizing bill drawing maintenance, sample confirmation, bill drawing signature and issue, bill drawing signature and receipt, stock release inspection and finished stock release of bill drawing services;
the block chain integration module is connected with the bill picking management module and provides a block chain interface for realizing the butt joint with a block chain bottom platform so as to support bill picking circulation on the alliance chain;
the bill of lading management module carries out bill of lading improvement after receiving the freight service request and generates a sample for confirmation, and the confirmation is carried out through bill of lading signature and bill of lading issuance, wherein the bill of lading issuance is a certificate for carrying out stock release inspection when applying for the stock release, and the stock release confirmation is carried out when the stock release inspection is passed; and the block chain integration module carries out data chain connection on the business operations of the bill picking signature, the bill picking sign, the cargo release inspection and the cargo release completion, wherein the data chain connection is used for packaging the data of the current business operation into a new block and linking the new block to the previous block so as to form data synchronization among all linking nodes of the block chain.
2. The block chain based bill of lading management platform of claim 1 further comprising:
the bill drawing paper management module is connected with the bill drawing management module and is used for realizing the management of the application, approval, reception, invalidation and return links of the bill drawing paper;
the photocopy management module is connected with the bill of lading management module and is used for realizing the uploading, the identification and the information check of the photocopy of the original bill of lading and the uploading of the paper insurance policy and the useless bill of lading photocopy;
when the bill drawing management module issues a positive bill drawing, the bill drawing management module is required to claim the bill drawing paper; after the bill of lading management module is used for carrying out original bill of lading and issuing, the photocopy of the original bill of lading needs to be uploaded through the photocopy management module.
3. The block chain based bill of lading management platform of claim 1 further comprising:
and the basic system integration module is used for realizing the butt joint with the preset basic support system.
The service system integration module is used for realizing the butt joint of a preset service system and a preset professional logistics system;
and the statistical analysis module is used for realizing multi-dimensional traffic statistical analysis.

The block chain based bill raising management platform according to claim 1, wherein the block chain underlying platform comprises a consensus algorithm module, an intelligent contract module and a distributed storage module, the consensus algorithm module adopts an elliptic curve cryptography algorithm (ECC), the intelligent contract module is a virtual account on the block chain that contains contract codes and storage spaces of both parties of a transaction, and the distributed storage module is used for storing a public key and a private key of each account in the block chain.
5. A realization method of a bill of lading management platform based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the implementation method of the block chain based bill of lading management platform according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
