The file saving method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to at least the following scenes, which are described in detail below.
When saving files, the user can save files of different classes into different folders in a classified manner. For example, the downloaded file is saved into a different folder, or all the file categories in a folder are saved into a different folder.
In the related art, before saving a file, a user needs to manually create folders of different categories and manually name the folders. For example, a user needs to download a multi-episode television show a and a multi-episode television show B, and in order to avoid confusion of two television shows in the same folder, the user may create a folder a in a storage location of the electronic device, name the folder a, create a folder B, and name the folder B. The user may download the multi-episode television series a and the multi-episode television series B to the folder C corresponding to the default path of the system, then the user moves the multi-episode electronic series a from the folder C to the folder a, and then the user moves the multi-episode television series B from the folder C to the folder B. Therefore, in the process of classifying and saving the files, the user needs to perform manual operations for many times, such as manually creating the folders and manually naming the folders, so that the operation in the process of classifying and saving the files is complicated.
Aiming at the technical problems in the related art, the embodiment of the application provides a file saving method. Receiving a first input of a user to a first file; under the condition that a first folder corresponding to a default download path meets a preset condition, responding to a first input, and creating a target folder in the first folder; saving the first file to the target folder; wherein the name of the target folder is associated with the name of the first file. Therefore, in the process of storing the first files in a classified manner, the user does not need to manually create the folders, the electronic equipment can automatically name the target folders according to the names of the first files, the user does not need to manually name the folders, the complicated operation process in the process of manually creating the folders and manually naming the folders is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The following describes in detail the file saving method provided in the embodiments of the present application with specific embodiments, taking an execution subject of the file saving method as an example, with reference to the accompanying drawings. The above-described execution body does not constitute a limitation of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a file saving method 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, a file saving method 100 provided in an embodiment of the present application may include: S101-S103.
S101: a first input to a first file by a user is received.
The first input is a user input to the first file that can indicate that the first file needs to be saved. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the first input may be a user click input to a download control corresponding to the tv series "aaa. first episode" in a browser web page. For another example, as shown in FIG. 3, the first input may also be the user dragging the document "000001. txt" from the folder "training materials" to the folder "qualifications test".
Here, the first file includes at least one file.
S102: and responding to the first input, and under the condition that a first folder corresponding to a default download path meets a preset condition, creating a target folder in the first folder.
It should be understood that the default download path may be a path for saving a file by default in the system, or may be a path preset by the user. During the process of saving the files, the user may or may not need to classify the saved files. The electronic device can determine the intention of the user according to the first folder corresponding to the default download path.
The electronic equipment determines that the first file needs to be classified and stored under the condition that the first folder meets the preset condition, so that the target folder is created in the first folder. Alternatively, in the case where the first folder includes subfolders, the electronic device may determine that the files in the first folder are all stored in a category of the subfolders, and therefore, in the case where the first folder includes subfolders and the name of each subfolder is not related to the name of the first file, the electronic device may determine that the folder needs to be recreated to store the first file. Further optionally, in a case that the first folder is an empty folder and the name of the first folder is not related to the name of the first file, the electronic device may determine that the first file needs to be saved in a classified manner, and the electronic device needs to create the folder again to save the first file.
It should be understood that the name of the created target folder is related to the name of the first file, for example, the name of the target folder is the same as the name of the first file, or the name of the target folder may be a partial keyword in the name of the first file.
Optionally, after receiving a first input of the first file by the user, a keyword included in the file name of the first file may be identified. For example, after receiving a download operation of the user for the tv series "AAA. first set", the "AAA" in the "AAA. first set" is used as a keyword by identifying a file name corresponding to the tv series "AAA. first set".
In some alternative embodiments, the first file may include a plurality of files. After receiving the first input, the electronic device may identify a file name of each file, thereby obtaining a keyword in the file name of each file. Among them, there may be the same keyword in a plurality of files, or each keyword may be different. For example, if the plurality of files (two files) are the drama "AAA. first set" and "AAA. second set", respectively, the keyword for identifying "AAA. first set" is "AAA", and the keyword for identifying "AAA. second set" is also "AAA". For another example, if the plurality of files (three files) are a drama "AAA. first set", a drama "BBB. first set", and a drama "CCC. fourth set", respectively, the recognized keyword of the "AAA. first set" is "AAA", the recognized keyword of the "BBB. first set" is "BBB", and the recognized keyword of the "CCC. fourth set" is "CCC", that is, the keywords of the three files are different from each other.
It will be appreciated that when the names between multiple files are not related, multiple target folders need to be created and each file saved to the target folder associated with the file name. For example, as shown above, in the case where the three file names are "AAA. first set", drama "BBB. first set", and drama "CCC. fourth set", respectively, since "AAA", "BBB", and "CCC" are different from each other, three target folders may be created, the names of which are "AAA", "BBB", and "CCC", respectively, and the "AAA. first set" is saved in the target folder "AAA", the "BBB. first set" is saved in the target folder "BBB", and the "CCC. fourth set" is saved in the target folder "CCC".
As an example embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first input is an input that the user clicks download controls of a tv series "aaa. first episode" and a tv series "aaa. second episode", the default download path is "internal storage/movie", and the first folder corresponding to the default download path is "movie". In the case where the subfolder "tyank number" and the subfolder "subsea world" are included in the first folder "movie", since both the subfolder names "tyank number" and "subsea world" are different from the first keyword "AAA" corresponding to the identified first file, a target folder named with "AAA" is created in the first folder, and the drama "AAA. first set" and the drama "AAA. second set" are saved in the target folder "AAA".
In some embodiments, in order to store the first file in a classified manner, in a case that the first file includes M files, the electronic device can recognize M keywords, as shown in fig. 5, and S501 and S502 described below may be further specifically included.
S501: and carrying out duplicate removal processing on the M keywords to obtain N different first keywords.
Under the condition that the first file comprises M files, after the electronic equipment identifies M keywords, the electronic equipment needs to perform deduplication processing on the M keywords, so that N different first keywords are obtained. For example, in M files (3 files), respectively: under the conditions of the AAA, the first set, the AAA, the second set and the CCC, the keywords are respectively AAA, AAA and CCC, and two first keywords can be obtained after the keywords are subjected to de-duplication processing, namely AAA and CCC.
S502: and respectively taking each first keyword in the N different first keywords as a folder name, and creating N target folders in the first folder.
And after N first keywords are obtained, each first keyword is respectively used as the name of a folder, and N target folders are created in the first folder. For example, after performing deduplication processing on M keywords, the first keywords are "AAA" and "CCC", respectively, and then two folders are created in the first folder, which are: folder "AAA" and folder "CCC".
Illustratively, the M files are a tv play "aaa. first episode", a tv play "aaa. second episode", a tv play "bbb. first episode", and a tv play "ccc. fourth episode", respectively, that is, M equals to 4. The file names of the four files recognized by the electronic device are respectively "AAA. first set", "AAA. second set", "BBB. first set" and "CCC. fourth set", so that four keywords are respectively "AAA", and "BBB", "CCC". After the four keywords are subjected to deduplication processing, three first keywords, namely "AAA", "BBB", and "CCC", can be obtained. Since the first folder "movie" includes the subfolders "tatanic number" and "seabed world" which are different from the three first keywords "AAA", "BBB" and "CCC" after the duplication, a target folder named by "AAA", a target file named by "BBB", and a target folder named by "CCC" are respectively created in the first folder.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment can obtain the keywords by identifying the file names and perform de-duplication processing on the keywords so as to obtain the N first keywords, and further create the N target folders named by the first keywords, and the N target folders with different names can store a plurality of files in a classified manner, so that a user can conveniently search different types of files, and the use experience of the user is improved.
S103: saving a first file to a target folder, wherein the name of the target folder is associated with the name of the first file.
After the target folder is created, the electronic device saves the first file in the target folder. It is understood that, when the first file includes a plurality of files, the first file is saved according to the keyword corresponding to the first file and the name of the target folder. For example, if the first file includes the drama "AAA. first album", the drama "AAA. second album", the drama "BBB. fifth album", the drama "BBB. sixth album", and the target folder includes the folders "AAA" and "BBB", the electronic device stores the drama "AAA. first album", the drama "AAA. second album" in the folder "AAA", and the drama "BBB. fifth album" and the drama "BBB. sixth album" in the folder "BBB".
In some embodiments, in order to store the first file in a classified manner, after the electronic device creates N target folders, the following step may be further specifically included in S103: and naming the target folder by the keyword according to the keyword corresponding to the file name for each file, and storing the file into the corresponding target folder.
For example, the plurality of files are a tv show "aaa. first album", a tv show "aaa. second album", a tv show "bbb. first album", and a tv show "ccc. fourth album", respectively. The target folders are respectively: the electronic equipment stores the television play 'AAA. first set' and the television play 'AAA. second set' into the folder AAA; saving the TV play 'BBB, the first set' to a folder BBB; the tv show "CCC. fourth episode" is saved to the folder CCC. Therefore, the electronic equipment can store the files in a classified mode according to the names of the folders and the keywords in the file names of the files, so that a user can conveniently find the files later, and the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process of storing the first files in a classified manner by the user, folders do not need to be created manually, the electronic device can automatically name the target folder according to the file names of the first files, and does not need to name the folders manually, so that the complicated operation process of creating the folders manually and naming the folders manually is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, in order to identify an intention of a user to classify a file when saving the file, and avoid confusion of files in the first folder corresponding to the default download path, so that the saved file is easier to search, the electronic device further needs to detect whether the first folder meets a preset condition. The preset conditions may include: the first folder comprises subfolders and the name of the first file is not related to the name of the subfolders; or the first folder is an empty folder and the name of the first file is not related to the name of the first folder. The following describes in detail whether the electronic device detects that the first folder meets the preset condition.
When the first folder includes subfolders and the name of the first file is not related to the name of the subfolders, as shown in fig. 6, the following S601-S603 may be further included.
S601: it is detected whether the first folder comprises a subfolder.
S602: and under the condition that the first folder is detected to comprise the subfolders, acquiring the names of the subfolders and keywords in the first folder name.
S603: and under the condition that the keywords in the first file name are different from the names of the subfolders, determining that the first file meets the preset condition.
It should be understood that the keywords may be completely the same as the folder names or partially the same, for example, in the case where the keyword of the first file is "AAA", if the folder names are "AAA" or "AAA.
It can be understood that when the electronic device detects that the first folder includes the subfolder, it may be determined that the user needs to store the first file in a classified manner. Since the subfolders are included in the first folder, in order to avoid creating a folder that duplicates the subfolders, the electronic device may also detect whether the keyword in the first file name is the same as the name of the subfolder. For example, in a case where the first file is "AAA. the first set", that is, the keyword in the first file name is "AAA", if a subfolder named "AAA" is already included in the first folder, the electronic device detects that the keyword "AAA" in the first file name is the same as the name of the subfolder "AAA", and determines that the preset condition is not satisfied, and the target folder is not created, and if a subfolder named "AAA" is not included in the first folder, the electronic device detects that the keyword "AAA" in the first file name is not the same as the name of the subfolder, and determines that the preset condition is satisfied, and creates the target folder.
In the implementation mode of the application, the electronic equipment only creates the target folder named by the keyword under the condition that the keyword of the first file name is detected to be different from the names of the subfolders, so that the first files are stored in the target folder in a classified mode, the situation that the files in the first folder corresponding to the default download path are disordered and repeated is avoided, the stored files are easier to search, and the use experience of a user is improved.
When the first folder is an empty folder and the name of the first file is not related to the name of the first folder. As shown in fig. 7, the following S701-S703 may also be included.
S701: whether the first folder is an empty folder is detected.
S702: and under the condition that the first folder is detected to be an empty folder, detecting whether the keyword of the first file name is the same as the name of the first folder.
S703: and under the condition that the keyword is detected to be the same as the name of the first folder, determining that the first folder meets the preset condition.
It should be understood that the keywords may be completely the same as the folder names or partially the same, for example, in the case where the keyword of the first file is "AAA", if the first folder name is "AAA" or "AAA.
It is to be understood that an empty folder refers to a first folder without any documents, subfolders, etc. Under the condition that the electronic equipment detects that the first folder is an empty folder and the name of the keyword is different from that of the first folder, in order to ensure the smoothness of files in the first folder, the electronic equipment creates a target folder named by the keyword in the first folder.
For example, the first folder is named "movie" and does not include any documents and subfolders. After the electronic equipment recognizes that the keyword of the first file name is 'AAA', a target folder named 'AAA' is created in the first folder because 'movie and television' are different from 'AAA'.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device creates the target folder named by the keyword under the condition that the keyword of the first file name is detected to be different from the name of the first folder, so that the first files are classified and stored in the target folder, file confusion in the first folder corresponding to the default download path is avoided, the stored files are easier to search, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In addition, in order to avoid repeatedly creating folders, after S102, the following steps may be further included:
and directly storing the first file in the first folder under the condition that the first folder is an empty folder and the keyword of the first file name is the same as the name of the first folder.
It is understood that, as described in the above example, the name of the first folder corresponding to the default download path is "AAA", and the first folder does not include any document and subfolder. After the electronic equipment identifies that the keyword of the first file name is 'AAA', the first file is directly saved in the first folder because the 'AAA' is the same as the 'AAA'. Therefore, under the condition that the keyword of the first file name is the same as the name of the first file folder, the target file folder named by the keyword is not created again, the first file is directly stored in the first file folder, and the repeated file folder is prevented from being created in the first file folder.
In some embodiments, after S103, the following steps may be further included:
and if second input of a user to a second file is received within a preset time length, responding to the second input, and saving the second file to the target folder under the condition that the name of the second file is associated with the name of the target folder, wherein the second input is used for indicating that the second file is saved.
It will be appreciated that over time a user may need to save a series of files of the same type, for example saving a number of parts of a series of movies. After the electronic device saves a first file in the series of files, a second input to a second file in the series of files is again received. The electronic device may identify whether the file name of the second file is associated with the name of the target folder in which the first file is stored, for example, if the file name of the second file and the name of the target folder in which the first file is stored have the same keyword, it is determined that the name of the second file is associated with the name of the target folder in which the first file is located. In the case where the file name of the second file is associated with the name of the target folder in which the first file is saved, the second file is directly saved in the target folder.
For example, the first file is "aaa. first set", and the second file is "aaa. second set". The target folder name holding "aaa. first set" is "aaa. first set". Wherein the name "AAA. first set" and the second file "AAA. second set" of the target folder include the same keyword "AAA", and therefore, the electronic device saves the second file "AAA. second set" in the target folder "AAA. first set".
In the embodiment of the application, the second file is saved without recreating the folder, so that the time for saving the file is saved.
In some embodiments, to make it easier for a user to find a file, the electronic device may also update the name of the target folder based on the file saved in the target folder.
Specifically, after the second file is saved in the target folder, the name of the target folder is updated according to the repeated keywords in the file name of the second file and the file name of the first file.
As described in the above example, the first file is "aaa. first set" and the second file is "aaa. second set". The target folder name holding "aaa. first set" is "aaa. first set". Wherein, since the name "AAA. first set" and the second file "AAA. second set" of the target folder include the same keyword "AAA", the electronic device updates the name of the target folder to "AAA".
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment continuously updates the name of the folder according to the file stored in the target folder, so that the name of the target folder is more associated with the name of the file in the target folder, and convenience of a user in searching the file is improved.
In some embodiments, in order to more accurately identify the needs of the user, after S101 and before S102, the following steps may be further included:
determining whether the user needs to store the first file in a classified mode: first, a prompt message is displayed, which the user simply whether to create the target folder. Second, a third input is received from the user, the third input being used to instruct the user to confirm creation of the folder, so that the electronic device can determine that the user needs to sort and save the first file.
The prompt information may be "whether to create a folder" or prompt the user whether to create folder a, folder B, etc. For example, the hint information may be "folder A, folder B, folder C". The prompt message can be displayed in the interface of the electronic equipment in the form of a floating window.
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, after the electronic device identifies keywords, the keywords include AAA, BBB, and CCC. The electronic device displays the prompt message in the form of a floating window. Wherein the floating window comprises a first control 81 yes and a second control 82 no. The first control 81 is used to indicate to the user that a folder is determined to be created and the second control 82 is used to indicate to the user that a folder need not be created. The hint information is shown in FIG. 8 as "AAA", "BBB", and "CCC", respectively.
And when third input which is determined by the user to create the folder is received, the electronic equipment responds to the third input to create the target folder. For example, the hints information is as shown in FIG. 8, then the electronic device creates folder AAA, folder BBB, and folder CCC.
Therefore, the electronic equipment determines whether the user needs to store the files in a classified manner or not through the prompt information, so that the requirements of the user are identified more accurately, and the use experience of the user is improved.
