Abstract
The invention relates to a whole vehicle ECU software upgrading method, wherein a mobile terminal is connected with a vehicle-mounted information entertainment system, and the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system acquires a whole vehicle ECU software upgrading package from the mobile terminal; the upgrading module of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system judges the ECU needing software upgrading according to the acquired whole vehicle ECU software upgrading package; an upgrading module of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system sends an upgrading instruction and a software upgrading package to an ECU (electronic control unit) needing upgrading; and the ECU needing to be upgraded is upgraded according to the received upgrading instruction and the software upgrading package. The software upgrading method of the invention facilitates the upgrading of the ECU software of the whole vehicle and can effectively reduce the upgrading cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a whole vehicle ECU software upgrading method and a control method.
Background
In the prior art, the ECU software of the whole vehicle is upgraded to a dealer or the whole vehicle is upgraded by using a remote upgrading technology. The vehicle is driven to a dealer to upgrade software, inconvenience is brought to a driver, the vehicle-mounted flow price used by a remote upgrading technology is relatively expensive, the network speed is limited, the time required by software downloading is relatively long, a user needs to stay in the vehicle for waiting for software downloading and installation for a long time, the upgrading is inconvenient, and high flow cost needs to be borne.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a system for upgrading ECU software of a whole vehicle, which are more convenient for upgrading the ECU software of the whole vehicle and can effectively reduce the upgrading cost.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention has two independent technical schemes:

The invention realizes that the vehicle-mounted infotainment system transmits the software upgrading package to the ECU needing upgrading by the method, and further ensures the reliability of transmitting the upgrading package to the ECU by the vehicle-mounted infotainment system.

And the Internet of vehicles cloud server inquires the upgrading task list to match with the effective upgrading task according to the received inquiry information.
When an effective upgrading task exists, the Internet of vehicles cloud server sends an upgrading task prompt to the mobile terminal APP; after the software downloading module of the mobile terminal APP receives the upgrading task, the mobile terminal displays related information and upgrading content of the upgrading package and prompts a user to click and download the ECU upgrading software package. And the user downloads the upgrading software package to the mobile phone memory according to the prompt operation.
The mobile terminal is connected with the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system through a USB, Bluetooth or hot spot mode.
Step 2: and the upgrading module of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system judges the ECU needing software upgrading according to the acquired whole vehicle ECU software upgrading package.
The upgrading module judges the ECU to be upgraded and the version information of the software package to be upgraded according to the ECU software upgrading package of the whole vehicle; the upgrading module acquires actual software version information of a corresponding ECU in the vehicle from the vehicle-mounted infotainment system; the version information of the software package to be upgraded of the upgrading module is matched with the actual software version information; and displaying an upgrading dialog box on a display screen of the vehicle-mounted infotainment system.
And step 3: and an upgrading module of the vehicle-mounted infotainment system sends an upgrading instruction and a software upgrading package to the ECU needing upgrading.
After the user clicks the upgrade agreement button, the upgrade module of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system sends an upgrade instruction and a software upgrade package to the ECU needing to be upgraded. step 2: the upgrading module of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system judges the ECU needing software upgrading according to the acquired whole vehicle ECU software upgrading package;
and step 3: an upgrading module of the vehicle-mounted information entertainment system sends an upgrading instruction and a software upgrading package to an ECU (electronic control unit) needing upgrading;
and 4, step 4: and the ECU needing to be upgraded is upgraded according to the received upgrading instruction and the software upgrading package.
