Abstract
The invention relates to a configurable closed-loop control system for a coal-electric unit of a thermal power plant, which comprises: the data acquisition server is used for acquiring production process data and reading high-speed real-time data in a configurable cache region and designated address mode; the model server is used for subscribing process data required by model calculation and storing a calculation result into a database; and the write-back server is used for writing different calculation result data in the database into corresponding controllers through configuration and a communication card matched with the controllers so as to control different field devices. The invention realizes the configurability of the fixed period of the data, the configurability of the data selection, the configurability of the data communication mode, the fixed address addressing and acquisition of the closed-loop control data, the real-time high-speed write-back of the optimized data, the high-efficiency execution of the closed-loop optimization control system of the coal-electric set, and the data and platform guarantee for improving the control quality of the closed-loop control system.

Background
At present, a thermal power plant enters a saturation period, the operation of the thermal power plant is mainly optimized by the interior, a coal-electricity unit is the main force of thermal power generation, a large number of optimizable process links exist in the process of the coal-electricity unit, but because the self calculation performance of an automatic control system is poor, the optimization control cannot be realized based on the current automatic control system, in order to solve the optimization problem, the coal-electricity unit can realize closed-loop optimization control by adding a model server, along with the continuous increase of process optimization requirements, new optimization control requirements can continuously appear, and the traditional method for realizing the single-process-point closed-loop optimization control by adding a single model server cannot meet the continuous process improvement requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a configurable closed-loop control system for a coal-electric unit of a thermal power plant, which solves the problem that a set of independent closed-loop control system needs to be added when an optimal control model is deployed, and realizes one-time acquisition and application of industrial real-time data. Independent control models can be continuously and abundantly loaded on the system, and the bottleneck problem of a traditional single model server closed-loop control system is fundamentally solved.
The invention provides a configurable closed-loop control system for a coal-electric unit of a thermal power plant, which comprises the following components:
the data acquisition server is used for acquiring production process data and reading high-speed real-time data in a configurable cache region and designated address mode;
the model server is used for subscribing process data required by model calculation, selecting an algorithm module suitable for a field system for optimal calculation by configuring the algorithm module, and storing a calculation result into a database;
and the write-back server is used for writing different calculation result data in the database into corresponding controllers through configuration and a communication card matched with the controllers so as to control different field devices.
Further, after the data acquisition server acquires the data, the data is stored in a system cache according to the serial number and is continuously refreshed, so that the model server subscribes the required data points through the serial number of each data point.
Further, the model server obtains the latest data point value in the system cache according to a fixed period for model calculation to obtain a calculation result, and writes the calculation result into the corresponding database preset table as required, so that the write-back server writes the calculation result value of the model in the database preset table into the corresponding controller according to the configuration.
By means of the scheme, the configurable fixed-period configuration of data, the configurable data selection, the configurable data communication mode, the addressing and acquisition of the fixed address of the closed-loop control data and the real-time high-speed write-back of the optimized data are realized through the configurable closed-loop control system of the coal-electric unit of the thermal power plant, the high-efficiency execution of the closed-loop optimization control system of the coal-electric unit is realized, and the data and platform guarantee is provided for improving the control quality of the closed-loop control system.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a configurable closed-loop control system (configurable data acquisition and application system) for a coal-electric power plant unit of a thermal power plant, including:
the data acquisition server is used for acquiring production process data by adopting a configurable communication protocol mode and an OPC protocol, and reading high-speed real-time data by adopting a configurable cache area and a designated address mode;
the model server is used for subscribing process data required by model calculation, can configure an algorithm module, selects the algorithm module suitable for a field system to perform optimization calculation, and stores the calculation result into a database;
and the write-back server is used for writing different calculation result data in the database into corresponding controllers through a communication card (the communication card is arranged in the control system and keeps communication with the write-back server through configuring communication card parameters) matched with the controllers so as to control different field devices.
The servers are divided into three types from the functional dimension, and the number of the servers can be practically configured to be 1 to more than one to form a closed-loop control system platform.
In this embodiment, after the data is collected by the data collection server, the data is stored in the system cache according to the number, and is continuously refreshed, so that the model server subscribes to the required data point through the number of each data point.
In this embodiment, the model server obtains the value of the latest data point in the system cache according to a fixed period, and uses the value for model calculation to obtain a calculation result, and writes the calculation result into the corresponding database reservation table as needed, so that the write-back server writes the calculation result value of the model in the database reservation table into the corresponding controller according to the configuration.
Referring to fig. 2, a communication mode which is most suitable for requirements can be selected and configured from an original control system (DCS/PLC, etc.) through a configuration function of a closed-loop control system, for example, OPC/Modbus/profibus/TCP/UDP, etc., so as to implement flexible configuration of the communication mode, an existing industrial optimization control system does not have such a flexible configuration function, data acquisition also can implement on-line data configuration adding, modifying, and deleting functions through a flexible configuration mode, acquired real-time data need to be used in real time as required for optimization and closed-loop control, that is, latest real-time data, according to requirements of the closed-loop system, in this embodiment, a configurable data cache area is adopted, a specified address mode is adopted for required data of real-time closed-loop control, so as to implement high-speed real-time data reading, so as to meet industrial requirements of real-time closed-loop control, and at the same time, a mode of adding after caching is adopted for storage of historical data, in this embodiment, a special configurable fixed address caching technology is adopted for real-time processing of the real-time data, so as to greatly reduce time of applying the real-time data to the closed-loop optimization control system, make data application more reasonable, completely meet industrial control requirements, implement optimization, and implement write-back of various types of the whole closed-loop control system, and directly implement write-back of the whole set communication control system, and directly implement write-back of the write-back control system, and directly implement various types of the write-back of the whole PLC.

the write-back server is used for writing different calculation result data in the database into corresponding controllers through a communication card matched with the controllers by configuration so as to control different field devices, and the communication card is arranged in the control system and keeps communication with the write-back server by configuring communication card parameters;
after the data acquisition server acquires the data, storing the data in a system cache according to the number, and continuously refreshing the data for the model server to subscribe the required data points through the number of each data point;
the model server obtains the latest data point value in the system cache according to a fixed period for model calculation to obtain a calculation result, and writes the calculation result into a corresponding database preset table according to requirements, so that the write-back server writes the calculation result value of the model in the database preset table into a corresponding controller according to configuration;
the data acquisition server, the model server and the write-back server form a closed-loop control system platform from 1 to multiple servers.
