When the weight value is smaller than the lower limit value, a pin 31 of the single chip microcomputer U5 outputs a low level signal through a CON8 seat to drive the built-in color-changing indicator lamp 51 to light the yellow lamp, so that the effect of indicating that the yellow lamp is turned on when the weight value is lower than the lower limit value can be achieved; meanwhile, the singlechip U5 can send an alarm signal to the voice chip U21 to warn articles below the lower weight limit. When the weight value is within the preset weight range, a low level signal is output by a pin 30 of the single chip microcomputer U5 through the CON8 seat, the built-in color-changing indicator lamp 51 is driven to light the green lamp, and the effect of prompting that the green lamp is lit when the weight value is in a qualified value can be achieved.
The invention also provides a weighing display instrument which adopts the electronic scale alarm control circuit. As shown in fig. 9, the weighing display instrument includes a housing, which can be divided into an upper housing and a lower housing, and the two housings are connected by one of, but not limited to, a screw connection or a snap connection; the top of the upper shell is provided with a display screen, and the display screen adopts but is not limited to a digital display type weighing display and is used for receiving signals collected by the sensor and displaying a weight value; the weighing alarm control circuit is electrically connected below the display screen; the position that is in display screen one side on the epitheca is equipped with the trompil, and the trompil is embedded to be equipped with discolour warning light 51 and shows different colours according to the weight scope of difference to do the suggestion. An input panel 70 is also provided at the top of the upper housing for setting upper and lower weight limits and alarm modes.
According to the electronic scale instrument with the built-in alarm device, the prompt lamp is arranged beside the color-changing display screen on the shell, and the built-in alarm horn is structurally arranged, so that the structure of the electronic scale instrument is more simplified under the condition that the prompt effect of the prompt lamp is not influenced; the alarm horn and the color-changing prompt lamp are electrically connected with the display screen, so that the LED display screen is only connected with one power supply, the structure is simplified, and the production cost is reduced. Compared with the external hanging structure of the alarm lamp in the existing electronic scale, the electronic scale has the advantages of simple structure, stronger adaptability and convenient use.
The invention also provides weighing equipment which adopts the electronic scale alarm control circuit.
According to the weighing alarm control circuit provided by the invention, the audio output device is controlled to emit different alarm sounds by arranging the audio alarm control unit between the central control unit and the audio output device, and power is supplied to each unit by connecting the power supply unit with the central control unit without externally connecting other power supplies; the central control unit can send out control signals to the sound alarm control unit, and the sound alarm control unit controls the voltage at two ends of the audio output device, so that the audio output device sends out high-pitch alarm and low-pitch alarm corresponding to different voltages. Compared with the prior art, the invention can use high-pitch alarm aiming at noisy environment, does not need to add other power supplies, has simple structure and can meet various requirements of users.
Although terms such as a central control unit, an audible alarm control unit, a connection base, a high voltage control unit, a low voltage control unit, a voice unit, a voltage stabilizing unit, an audio output device, a power supply unit, a display alarm unit, a default conversion unit, and an input panel are used more often herein, the possibility of using other terms is not excluded. These terms are used merely to more conveniently describe and explain the nature of the present invention; they are to be construed as being without limitation to any additional limitations that may be imposed by the spirit of the present invention.
