Placing the object to be heated in the heatable storage box 100, setting heating temperature and heating time on the control panel, heating the storage and heating automatically, and sending out prompt sound to remind the user of heating completion through the refrigerator or the intelligent software after reaching the specified time. In practical applications, the heating time and the heating temperature of the heatable storage box 100 may also be set based on a control panel on the refrigerator, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a refrigerator 200, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the refrigerator includes: a body 210 and a door 220 defining a storage compartment; the heatable storage box 100 for the refrigerator interior according to any of the above embodiments is detachably mounted to the door liner of the door body 220.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the heatable storage box 100 and the door lining are mounted by a conventional snap-fit type, that is, a concave shape is formed on the door lining, and a protrusion is formed at a corresponding position of the heatable storage box 100 for snap-fit. In addition, in the area where the heatable storage box 100 is fastened close to the door lining, there are outlets of the fan 132, the heating element 131, and the like, which are hidden in the heatable storage box 100 for the sake of appearance.
When the heatable storage box 100 needs to be heated, the object to be heated may be placed in the inner container 112 of the box body 110 of the heatable storage box 100, then the box cover 120 is closed, and the target temperature and heating time, such as 40 ℃, 10min and the like, are set in the control panel on the heatable storage box 100 or the refrigerator. After the setting is completed, the blower 132 and the heating element 131 operate to heat the target object, and after a specified time, the heating is automatically stopped, the target object is taken out, the box cover 120 is closed, and the heat inside the storage box 100 can be slowly exchanged with the compartment to minimize the influence on the temperature inside the compartment. In this embodiment, in order to prevent the heat in the inner container 112 from dissipating into the storage compartment of the box 210, a layer of thermal insulation aerogel felt can be added between the inner shell 113 and the outer shell 113 of the heatable storage box 100, after the heating is completed and the object is taken out, the box cover 120 of the heatable storage box 100 is automatically covered, and slow heat conduction is performed through the compartment and the heat in the heatable storage box 100, so as to avoid the temperature of the compartment from fluctuating.
The embodiment of the invention provides a heatable storage box used in a refrigerator and the refrigerator. The heatable storage box provided by the embodiment of the invention not only can further save the internal space of the refrigerator and improve the use function of the refrigerator, but also can meet the requirement of a user on rapidly heating articles.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
Claims (6)
1. A heatable storage box for a refrigerator interior comprising: the box cover is used for opening and closing the storage space, and the box cover is arranged at the top of the box body;
wherein, the box body includes:
the inner container limits the storage space;
the outer shell is coated on the outer side of the inner container;
the heat insulation layer is arranged on the inner side of the shell; and
a heating device disposed between the inner container and the outer shell and configured to heat the articles in the storage space;
a heating cavity is formed between the bottom of the inner container and the outer shell, and the heating device is arranged in the heating cavity;
the heating device includes:
a heating element configured to generate heat, the heating element abutting against the bottom of the inner container;
a fan configured to cause a flow of air to be created that blows into the storage space and carries a portion of the heat;
the fan cover is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner container and positioned in the middle of the heating cavity, and the fan is arranged in the fan cover;
an air inlet hole is formed in the area, corresponding to the fan, of the inner container, so that the fan can enable air in the heating cavity to be blown into the storage space through the air inlet hole;
a gap is formed between the peripheral wall of the inner container and the heat-insulating layer; and is provided with
A plurality of through holes are formed in the peripheral wall of the inner container, and the storage space and the heating cavity are in airflow interaction through the through holes and gaps between the inner container and the heat insulation layer.
2. Heatable magazine according to claim 1, characterized in that,
an opening is formed in one side of the fan cover, a plurality of air return holes are formed in the bottom of the inner container and close to one side of the opening, so that air in the storage space returns to the heating cavity through the air return holes, and airflow circulation is formed.

the heat-insulating material of the heat-insulating layer comprises a silicon dioxide aerogel felt, and the surface of the silicon dioxide aerogel felt is an aluminum foil.
4. The heatable storage cassette of claim 1, the cassette further comprising:

5. Heatable storage box according to claim 1, characterized in that,
the heating element comprises: aluminum foil heater wire, electric heater wire, PTC heater or semiconductor heater lamp;
the fan includes: axial fans or centrifugal fans.
6. A refrigerator, comprising:
a box body and a door body which limit the storage chamber;
a heatable storage box for the interior of a refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 5 is detachably mounted on a door liner of the door body.
