Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of axle design, and particularly relates to a drive axle built-in easy-to-replace oil filter device and a using method thereof.
Background
The transmission parts in the drive axle are worn for a long time in operation, so that a large amount of particle impurities such as iron chips and the like are generated to cause excessive wear of contact surfaces, the mechanical performance and the transmission strength of parts such as bearings and gears are affected, and finally, the transmission system is damaged, so that the lubricating oil filtering device additionally arranged in the drive axle is particularly important.
The transaxle oil filter has the branch of built-in oil filter and external oil filter: the traditional built-in oil filter is arranged in an axle housing, after a drive axle runs for a period of time, the filtering effect of the oil filter is greatly reduced due to accumulation of particle impurities, the disassembly and the replacement are time-consuming and labor-consuming, a transmission shaft, a drive axle main reducer assembly and the like need to be disassembled, and when the oil filter is replaced, the original lubricating oil is abandoned, so that the waste and the environmental pollution are easily caused, and the economical efficiency and the environmental protection are poor; external oil filter need increase oil filter base at the axle housing body and be used for fixedly, need increase the protection to external oil filter simultaneously, and this project organization is redundant, with high costs to because the space of external oil filter protrusion axle housing body is great, easily collide with, be unsuitable for cross-country or the abominable environment of operating mode, based on above two points, external oil filter is unfavorable for extensively promoting.
Therefore, in order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, it is necessary to provide a removable oil filter device with a built-in transaxle and a method for using the same.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that the external oil filter in the prior art is not beneficial to wide popularization and the traditional built-in oil filter is time-consuming and labor-consuming to disassemble and replace, the invention provides a drive axle built-in easy-to-disassemble and replace oil filter device and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a drive axle built-in easy-to-replace oil filter device, which comprises an axle housing body, an oil filter and a sealing plug;
an opening is formed in the upper part of the oil filter, and the opening of the oil filter is connected with the sealing plug through threads;
the shell body is provided with a mounting boss, and an oil filter accommodating cavity is formed in the mounting boss;
the oil filter sets up in the oil filter holds the intracavity, and the sealing plug holds the chamber with the oil filter and passes through threaded connection.
Further, a first bulge part is arranged at the lower end of the sealing plug, and a main external thread is arranged on the periphery of the first bulge part;
a first internal thread is arranged on the inner periphery of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity;
first bellying and oil filter hold the chamber upper end mouth and match to be connected with main external screw thread through first internal thread.
Furthermore, a second bulge part is arranged at the lower end of the first bulge part of the sealing plug;
the second bulge is matched with the opening of the oil filter and extends into the opening of the oil filter;
the second bulge periphery is provided with vice external screw thread, and oil filter opening inner periphery is provided with the second internal thread that matches with vice external screw thread.
Further, the upper end of the sealing plug is provided with an outer side sealing part;
the outer side sealing part of the sealing plug is connected with the outer side of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity through a sealing gasket.
Further, a first sealing surface is arranged on the outer side of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity;
and a second sealing surface is arranged on the lower side of the sealing part outside the sealing plug, and the sealing gasket penetrates into the sealing plug and is connected with the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface. The second sealing surface is arranged at the shoulder of the sealing plug.
Further, the outer sealing portion of the sealing plug is provided with a removal hole.
Furthermore, the dismounting hole adopts an inner hexagonal hole which is arranged at the central position of the outer sealing part of the sealing plug.
Further, the axle housing body adopts a casting type axle housing or a punching welding type axle housing.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for using the transaxle built-in easy-to-replace oil filter device according to the first aspect, including the steps of:
s1, fixing an oil filter on the lower portion of a sealing plug through threads, and fixing the sealing plug inside an oil filter accommodating cavity through the threads to realize installation of the oil filter;
s2, unscrewing the sealing plug from the inside of the oil filter accommodating cavity through threads, and then unscrewing the oil filter from the lower part of the sealing plug through threads to realize the disassembly of the oil filter.
Further, the step S1 specifically includes the following steps:
s11, aligning the second bulge of the sealing plug with the opening of the oil filter;
s12, rotating a second bulge of the sealing plug downwards along the auxiliary external thread and the second internal thread, wherein the second bulge of the sealing plug extends into an opening of the oil filter, so that the oil filter is mounted on the sealing plug;
s13, extending the oil filter into an oil filter accommodating cavity, and rotating the first boss of the sealing plug downwards along the main external thread and the first internal thread to realize the installation of the sealing plug to the oil filter accommodating cavity;
the step S2 includes the following steps:
s21, upwards rotating the first bulge of the sealing plug along the main external thread and the first internal thread, and separating the sealing plug and the oil filter from the oil filter accommodating cavity to realize the disassembly of the sealing plug from the oil filter accommodating cavity;
s22, the second bulge of the sealing plug is upwards rotated along the auxiliary external thread and the second internal thread, and the second bulge of the sealing plug is separated from the opening of the oil filter, so that the sealing plug is detached from the oil filter.
The beneficial effect of the invention is that,
the easily-replaceable oil filter device arranged in the drive axle and the use method thereof realize that the oil filter is arranged in the axle housing body, and play a good role in protecting and protecting the oil filter; meanwhile, the sealing plug and the upper end opening of the oil filter accommodating cavity of the axle housing body are reliably sealed and are convenient to disassemble, the sealing plug is in threaded connection with the oil filter, the sealing plug only needs to be unscrewed and drawn out of the axle housing body when the oil filter is replaced, and then the oil filter is unscrewed from the sealing plug; the operation does not need to expose the inside of the drive axle, and the aims of normally disassembling and easily disassembling the oil filter are fulfilled; the oil filter provided by the invention has low price, is suitable for frequent replacement, greatly prolongs the maintenance of a drive axle and the replacement mileage of lubricating oil, has obvious economic and environmental protection properties and has very wide application prospect.
In addition, the invention has reliable design principle, simple structure and very wide application prospect.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has prominent substantive features and remarkable progress, and the beneficial effects of the implementation are also obvious.

an opening is formed in the upper part of the oil filter 4, and the opening of the oil filter 4 is connected with the sealing plug 2 through threads;
the shell body 1 is provided with a mounting boss 5, and an oil filter accommodating cavity is arranged in the mounting boss 5;
the oil filter 4 is arranged in the oil filter accommodating cavity, and the sealing plug 2 is connected with the oil filter accommodating cavity through threads.
In some embodiments, the lower end of the sealing plug 2 is provided with a first boss, and the periphery of the first boss is provided with a main external thread 10;
a first internal thread 6 is arranged on the inner periphery of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity;
the first boss matches with the oil filter and holds the chamber upper port to be connected with main external screw thread 10 through first internal thread 6.
In some embodiments the lower end of the first boss of the sealing plug 2 is provided with a second boss;
the second bulge is matched with the opening of the oil filter 4 and extends into the opening of the oil filter 4;
the second boss periphery is provided with vice external screw thread 11, and the oil filter 4 opening inner periphery is provided with the second internal thread 2 that matches with vice external screw thread 11.
In some embodiments, the upper end of the sealing plug 2 is provided with an outer sealing part;
the outer side sealing part of the sealing plug 2 is connected with the outer side of the upper port of the oil filter containing cavity through a sealing gasket 3.
In some embodiments, the outer side of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity is provided with a first sealing surface 7;
and a second sealing surface 9 is arranged on the lower side of the sealing part outside the sealing plug 2, and the sealing gasket 3 penetrates into the sealing plug and is connected with the first sealing surface 7 and the second sealing surface 9.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a drive axle built-in easy-to-replace oil filter device, which comprises an axle housing body 1, an oil filter 4 and a sealing plug 2; the axle housing body 1 adopts a cast axle housing or a punching welding axle housing;
an opening is formed in the upper part of the oil filter 4, and the opening of the oil filter 4 is connected with the sealing plug 2 through threads;
the shell body 1 is provided with a mounting boss 5, and an oil filter accommodating cavity is formed in the mounting boss 5;
the oil filter 4 is arranged in the oil filter accommodating cavity, and the sealing plug 2 is connected with the oil filter accommodating cavity through threads;
the lower end of the sealing plug 2 is provided with a first bulge, and the periphery of the first bulge is provided with a main external thread 10;
a first internal thread 6 is arranged on the inner periphery of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity;
the first boss is matched with an upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity and is connected with the main external thread 10 through a first internal thread 6;
the lower end of the first bulge of the sealing plug 2 is provided with a second bulge;
the second bulge is matched with the opening of the oil filter 4 and extends into the opening of the oil filter 4;
an auxiliary external thread 11 is arranged on the outer periphery of the second boss, and a second internal thread 2 matched with the auxiliary external thread 11 is arranged on the inner periphery of an opening of the oil filter 4; the external thread 11 of the sealing plug pair is screwed into the second internal thread 2 of the oil filter 4, so that the oil filter 4 and the sealing plug 2 form an integrated piece; the oil filter and sealing plug integrated piece is inserted into the mounting boss 5 of the oil filter 4;
the upper end of the sealing plug 2 is provided with an outer side sealing part;
the outer side sealing part of the sealing plug 2 is connected with the outer side of the upper port of the oil filter containing cavity through a sealing gasket 3.
In some embodiments, the outer side of the upper port of the oil filter accommodating cavity is provided with a first sealing surface 7;
a second sealing surface 9 is arranged on the lower side of the sealing part outside the sealing plug 2, and the sealing washer 3 penetrates through the sealing plug and is connected with the first sealing surface 7 and the second sealing surface 9; the outer side sealing part of the sealing plug 2 is provided with a dismounting hole 8; the dismounting hole 8 adopts a hexagon socket which is arranged at the central position of the outer sealing part of the sealing plug 2.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a method for using a transaxle built-in easy-to-replace oil filter device according to embodiment 1 or 2, including the following steps:
s1, fixing an oil filter on the lower portion of a sealing plug through threads, and fixing the sealing plug inside an oil filter accommodating cavity through threads to realize installation of the oil filter;
s2, unscrewing the sealing plug from the inside of the oil filter accommodating cavity through threads, and then unscrewing the oil filter from the lower part of the sealing plug through threads to realize the disassembly of the oil filter.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a method for using the transaxle built-in easy-to-replace oil filter device according to embodiment 1 or 2, including the following steps:
s1, fixing an oil filter on the lower portion of a sealing plug through threads, and fixing the sealing plug inside an oil filter accommodating cavity through threads to realize installation of the oil filter; the method comprises the following specific steps:
s11, aligning the second bulge of the sealing plug with the opening of the oil filter;
s12, rotating a second bulge of the sealing plug downwards along the auxiliary external thread and the second internal thread, wherein the second bulge of the sealing plug extends into an opening of the oil filter, so that the oil filter is mounted on the sealing plug;
s13, extending the oil filter into an oil filter accommodating cavity, and rotating the first boss of the sealing plug downwards along the main external thread and the first internal thread to realize the installation of the sealing plug to the oil filter accommodating cavity;
s2, screwing the sealing plug off the inside of the oil filter accommodating cavity through threads, and then screwing the oil filter off the lower part of the sealing plug through the threads to realize the disassembly of the oil filter; the method comprises the following specific steps:
s21, rotating the first boss of the sealing plug upwards along the main external thread and the first internal thread, and separating the sealing plug and the oil filter from the oil filter accommodating cavity to detach the sealing plug from the oil filter accommodating cavity;
s22, the second bulge of the sealing plug is upwards rotated along the auxiliary external thread and the second internal thread, and the second bulge of the sealing plug is separated from the opening of the oil filter, so that the sealing plug is detached from the oil filter.
