the PC upper computer is in signal connection with the pressure sensor and is used for collecting data of the weighing meter.
A method of a urea pump functional test system: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, installing a product to be tested: scanning a code by a bar code gun, and establishing database information of a test product;
s2, running PC upper computer software: carrying out self-checking diagnosis;
s3, pressure build stage diagnosis: firstly, controlling the closing (normally open) of an electromagnetic valve and the rotating speed of a motor to prevent urea from entering a pump from a liquid inlet tank of a urea tank to establish negative pressure;
s4, detecting the pump pressure stability of the zero injection quantity: after pressure building is successful, the stability of the pump pressure under the requirement of zero injection amount can be verified through data such as the pressure value in the pump;
s5, automatic detection of different injection quantities: the upper computer software automatically controls the test system to operate under corresponding working conditions according to the configured injection amount test requirement, controls the nozzle system to open the valve to perform injection, verifies the stability of the pump pressure through the pressure value in the pump, and simultaneously verifies whether the injection amount is consistent with the requirement through the weighing meter;
s6, detecting the pumping back function: the upper computer simulates a pumping-back command sent to the urea pump and detects whether the qualification of the pumping-back function is verified through the pressure value in the pump within the specified time;
s7, data storage: after the product function test is completed, the test data is automatically stored in the database so as to facilitate the analysis and the tracing of the test data.
As a preferred technical solution of the method for testing a function of a urea pump according to the present invention, in S2, the self-test diagnosis includes a protocol standard of the urea pump, a sensor and a motor in the pump, a sensor related to the test system, and an electromagnetic valve.

The bar code gun records the label of the urea pump through the upper computer control so as to record the test data of the product for database management. The upper computer communicates with the control circuit board through a Controller Area Network (CAN), the control circuit board converts a request instruction of the upper computer into a physical signal to control the urea pump system, the nozzle system and the electromagnetic valve, and simultaneously acquires a related parameter physical signal, converts the related parameter physical signal into a CAN signal and feeds the CAN signal back to the upper computer. The upper computer directly collects data of sensors such as the weighing meter and the like, and the data are used as important parameter indexes for judging whether the product is qualified or not.
The invention has the following remarkable advantages:
1. the test system has high precision and can perform milliliter-level high-precision test;
2. the automation degree is high, and after test parameters are configured, functional tests under various working conditions can be automatically completed, so that the test efficiency is effectively improved;

the PC upper computer is connected with the control circuit board through a CAN signal, the control circuit board converts a request instruction of the PC upper computer into a physical signal to control the urea pump system, the nozzle system and the electromagnetic valve, and simultaneously acquires a related parameter physical signal, converts the related parameter physical signal into a CAN signal and feeds back the CAN signal to the PC upper computer;
the PC upper computer is in signal connection with the pressure sensor and is used for collecting data of the weighing meter.
2. A method of testing a system for urea pump functionality according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, installing a product to be tested: scanning a code by a bar code gun, and establishing database information of a test product;
s2, running PC upper computer software: carrying out self-checking diagnosis;
s3, pressure build stage diagnosis: firstly, controlling the closing (normally open) of an electromagnetic valve and the rotating speed of a motor to prevent urea from entering a pump from a liquid inlet tank of a urea tank to establish negative pressure;
