背景技术
医用涂胶纸较无纺布而言具有价格低廉、使用方便等特点,其可以与PE、PP等膜材料进行热封合或胶封合,常作为医疗包装行业医疗器械的灭菌包装材料,因此要求医用涂胶纸具备一定的透气性,同时具有较小的孔径,从而阻隔细菌和尘埃,。
中国专利公开了医用涂胶纸及其制备方法(公告号CN107287981A),该专利技术通过将EVA树脂倒入加热箱中,再依次加入甲苯和增强剂,混匀后加热25-35分钟,倒入涂布机胶槽涂布上胶,即得医用涂胶纸产品,其在剥离时不产生拉丝,没有胶粒残渣现象,避免污染医疗辅料和手术器械,但是其横向抗张性能、纵横向撕裂性能以及透气性不佳,且容易发生撕裂,安全性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供环保医用涂胶纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
环保医用涂胶纸,包括透析纸和涂胶层,所述透析纸由以下组分组成:70~75份针叶木浆、20~25份阔叶木浆、1~1.5份聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂湿强剂、0.5~1份聚丙烯酰胺干强剂、0.5~0.8份抑菌剂和1~1.5份硫酸铝,且透析纸的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S11、使用浓度为60%的硫酸盐分别对针叶木浆和阔叶木浆进行漂白,且要求针叶木浆和阔叶木浆的打浆度为(50±1)℃SR,湿重9~10g;
S12、取70~75份S11步骤中漂白的针叶木浆和20~25份S11步骤中漂白的阔叶木浆混合后,在高频疏解机中进行疏解,疏解的速度3000转/min,疏解10min;
S13、向S12步骤中的混合浆液中加入1~1.5份的聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂湿强剂,搅拌5min,再加入0.5~1份的聚丙烯酰胺干强剂,继续搅拌5min,再加入0.5~0.8份抑菌剂,继续搅拌5min,再加入1~1.5份的硫酸铝,继续搅拌5min,加水稀释至10%,混合成均匀的浆料;
S14、量取一定体积的浆料抄造手抄片,纸张成型后揭下,在400kPa压力下挤压3min,在93℃下抽真空5min,干燥后制得透析纸;。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述涂胶层由以下组分组成:1~2份聚苯醚、0.5~1份烷基烯酮二聚体、40~45份聚乙烯醇、0.6~0.8份戊二醛、10~12份甘油和2~3份单硬脂酸甘油酯。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述涂胶层的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S21、将1~2份聚苯醚加入浓度为15%的NaOH溶液中,并调整溶液PH值为8,再加入0.5~1份烷基烯酮二聚体,搅拌30min后制得混合液A备用;
S22、取40~45份聚乙烯醇加入到S21步骤中的混合溶液A中,并在(92±3)℃水浴加热,并不断搅拌,然后再加入10~15份改性淀粉,并搅拌均匀,使其分子间发生交联反应,制得混合液B备用;
S23、再依次向S22步骤得到的混合液B中加入0.6~0.8份戊二醛、10~12份甘油、2~3份单硬脂酸甘油酯,继续搅拌15min,使其充分反应,并检测其PH值,然后,根据PH值加入适量的氯化铵,以中和未反应的戊二醛,便可制得涂胶液,将涂胶液喷涂在透析纸上,烘干后,即可得到涂胶层。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述抑菌剂由以下组分组成:6~9份络蛋白、2~3份木瓜蛋白酶、1.5~2份戊二醛、18~20份乙基纤维素和20~25份丝瓜络纤维素。

S31、将磷酸缓冲溶液的PH值调配到(7.8±0.2)备用,将络蛋白和木瓜蛋白酶按照2:8的比例混合,取8~12份络蛋白和木瓜蛋白酶混合物加入到200份磷酸缓冲溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
S32、再向S31步骤中的溶液里加入1.5~2份戊二醛,并搅拌,接着分别加入18~20份乙基纤维素和20~25份丝瓜络纤维素,使其充分融合;

S43、再向S42步骤中得到的混合淀粉液D中加入浓度为2%的HCl调节PH值为(6.5±0.3),再依次经过水和乙醇洗涤后,烘干,即可得到改性淀粉。

从表1分析可以得出:实施例中涂胶纸的横向抗张指数、纵向抗张指数、横向撕裂度指数、纵向撕裂度指数和透气度均显著优于对比例一、对比例二和对比例三的各项指标,从而可以得出:实施例中涂胶纸具有显著的纵横向抗张性能、纵横向撕裂性能以及较好的透气性,且实施例中涂胶纸的最大孔径现在小于对比例一、对比例二和对比例三的最大孔径,从而可以得出:实施例中涂胶纸的孔径较小,液体不易发生渗漏,安全性较好。
二、对实施例、对比例一、对比例二和对比例三中涂胶纸的涂胶层进行黏度(单位:mPa﹒s)、拉伸强度(单位:MPa)和断裂伸长率的试验,实验结果见下表2;

从表2分析可以得出:实施例中涂胶纸的涂胶层的黏度显著大于对比例一、对比例二和对比例三中涂胶纸的涂胶层的黏度,从而可以得出:实施例中涂胶纸的涂胶层的黏度大,不易发生撕裂,安全性好,且实施例中涂胶纸的涂胶层拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均大于对比例一、对比例二和对比例三中涂胶纸的涂胶层的指标,从而可以得出:实施例中涂胶纸的涂胶层具有拉伸强度高,不易发生断裂。
以上所述的,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.环保医用涂胶纸,包括透析纸和涂胶层,其特征在于,所述透析纸由以下组分组成:70~75份针叶木浆、20~25份阔叶木浆、1~1.5份聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂湿强剂、0.5~1份聚丙烯酰胺干强剂、0.5~0.8份抑菌剂和1~1.5份硫酸铝,且透析纸的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S11、使用浓度为60%的硫酸盐分别对针叶木浆和阔叶木浆进行漂白,且要求针叶木浆和阔叶木浆的打浆度为(50±1)℃SR,湿重9~10g;
S12、取70~75份S11步骤中漂白的针叶木浆和20~25份S11步骤中漂白的阔叶木浆混合后,在高频疏解机中进行疏解,疏解的速度3000转/min,疏解10min;
S13、向S12步骤中的混合浆液中加入1~1.5份的聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂湿强剂,搅拌5min,再加入0.5~1份的聚丙烯酰胺干强剂,继续搅拌5min,再加入0.5~0.8份抑菌剂,继续搅拌5min,再加入1~1.5份的硫酸铝,继续搅拌5min,加水稀释至10%,混合成均匀的浆料;
S14、量取一定体积的浆料抄造手抄片,纸张成型后揭下,在400kPa压力下挤压3min,在93℃下抽真空5min,干燥后制得透析纸;。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保医用涂胶纸,其特征在于,所述涂胶层由以下组分组成:1~2份聚苯醚、0.5~1份烷基烯酮二聚体、40~45份聚乙烯醇、0.6~0.8份戊二醛、10~12份甘油和2~3份单硬脂酸甘油酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保医用涂胶纸,其特征在于,所述涂胶层的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S21、将1~2份聚苯醚加入浓度为15%的NaOH溶液中,并调整溶液PH值为8,再加入0.5~1份烷基烯酮二聚体,搅拌30min后制得混合液A备用;
S22、取40~45份聚乙烯醇加入到S21步骤中的混合溶液A中,并在(92±3)℃水浴加热,并不断搅拌,然后再加入10~15份改性淀粉,并搅拌均匀,使其分子间发生交联反应,制得混合液B备用;
S23、再依次向S22步骤得到的混合液B中加入0.6~0.8份戊二醛、10~12份甘油、2~3份单硬脂酸甘油酯,继续搅拌15min,使其充分反应,并检测其PH值,然后,根据PH值加入适量的氯化铵,以中和未反应的戊二醛,便可制得涂胶液,将涂胶液喷涂在透析纸上,烘干后,即可得到涂胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保医用涂胶纸,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂由以下组分组成:6~9份络蛋白、2~3份木瓜蛋白酶、1.5~2份戊二醛、18~20份乙基纤维素和20~25份丝瓜络纤维素。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保医用涂胶纸,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S31、将磷酸缓冲溶液的PH值调配到(7.8±0.2)备用,将络蛋白和木瓜蛋白酶按照2:8的比例混合,取8~12份络蛋白和木瓜蛋白酶混合物加入到200份磷酸缓冲溶液中,并搅拌均匀;
S32、再向S31步骤中的溶液里加入1.5~2份戊二醛,并搅拌,接着分别加入18~20份乙基纤维素和20~25份丝瓜络纤维素,使其充分融合;
S33、在室温下对S32步骤中得到的进行凝固胶化,再用蒸馏水和乙醇进行冲洗,烘干后,研磨成粉,即得到抑菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保医用涂胶纸,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉由以下组分组成:250~280份玉米淀粉、12~15份NaCl和28~30份环氧氯丙烷。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环保医用涂胶纸,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
S41、将250~280份玉米淀粉稀释成浓度为40%的玉米淀粉乳液,再加入12~15份NaCl,并进行搅拌,再加入一定量的NaOH溶液,使其PH值调节到(10±0.5),混合溶液C备用;
S42、再向S41步骤中的混合溶液C内加入28~30份环氧氯丙烷,在35℃下反应3h,得到混合淀粉液D备用;
S43、再向S42步骤中得到的混合淀粉液D中加入浓度为2%的HCl调节PH值为(6.5±0.3),再依次经过水和乙醇洗涤后,烘干,即可得到改性淀粉。
