Abstract

The fabric of the invention has holes formed by using silica sol, and the fabric has a net structure formed by aqueous PU resin and silica sol. The fabric has good elasticity, air permeability, heat preservation and heat insulation, and smooth hand feeling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a production method of a breathable warm-keeping silica aerogel water-based PU environment-friendly fabric.
Background
The water-based environment-friendly synthetic leather is prepared from a water-based Polyurethane (PU) high polymer material, does not contain toxic organic solvents, and is a substitute product of solvent-based synthetic leather; the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather does not contain any organic solvent in the production process, and is green and environment-friendly. Meanwhile, the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric has more chemical and physical properties than solvent-based synthetic leather.
At present, the hand feeling, style, functionality and the like of the water-based polyurethane synthetic leather fabric generally need to be obtained and improved through after-finishing; however, the post-finishing process is not easy to improve the air permeability and the heat insulation performance of the fabric, and the process is complex, has high production cost and is not beneficial to environmental protection.

(4) sanding the dried fabric, and then washing with water;
(5) and drying and rolling the washed fabric to obtain the finished product of the breathable warm-keeping silica aerogel water-based PU environment-friendly fabric.
Further, the PU impregnation slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of water-based PU resin, 20-65 parts of deionized water, 0.1-5 parts of silica sol, 0.1-1 part of color paste and 0.05-1 part of dispersing auxiliary agent.
Further, the solid content of the aqueous PU resin is 30-50%.
Further, in the step (2), the temperature of the PU impregnation slurry is maintained at 30-60 ℃ during impregnation.
Further, the drying temperature in the step (3) is 80-150 ℃.
Further, the drying temperature in the step (5) is 100-150 ℃.
Further, the dispersing auxiliary agent is one or a combination of two of BYK-110 and BYK-163.
The invention also provides the breathable warm-keeping silica aerogel water-based PU environment-friendly fabric prepared by the production method, the fabric is a water-based PU leather fabric, holes formed by using silica sol are formed in the fabric, and the fabric has a net-shaped structure formed by water-based PU resin and the silica sol.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the water-based PU leather environment-friendly fabric is prepared by soaking base cloth in PU impregnation slurry, drying, sanding, washing and drying again; the PU impregnation slurry comprises aqueous PU resin, silicon dioxide sol, deionized water, color paste and a dispersing auxiliary agent; the leveling property of the PU impregnation slurry is good due to the addition of the silica sol, and the viscosity of the slurry is not required to be adjusted by adding other additives, so that the environment is protected, and the cost of raw materials is saved; after impregnation treatment is carried out on the base cloth, the silica sol and the aqueous PU resin enter the base cloth; in the drying process, the slurry on the surface of the base cloth is dried to form a film, and the silicon dioxide sol in the base cloth reacts with the aqueous PU resin to form a net structure, so that the elasticity of the fabric is increased, and the final fabric has hand feels like smoothness and the like of the organosilicon modified PU leather; in addition, in the drying process, the silica sol inside the base fabric is finally formed into aerogel through gelation, and after the moisture is completely dried, cavities are left in the net structure, so that the air permeability, the heat preservation and the heat insulation performance of the final fabric are improved, and meanwhile, the thickness of the fabric is also improved.
The production method of the invention does not use organic solvent to obtain the water-based impregnated PU fabric, which is beneficial to environmental protection; moreover, the production method has the advantages of short process flow, low production cost, stable quality of the obtained product and convenient popularization and application.

The PU impregnation slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of water-based PU resin, 20-65 parts of deionized water, 0.1-5 parts of silica sol, 0.1-1 part of color paste and 0.05-1 part of dispersing auxiliary agent. Wherein the preparation process of the silica sol comprises the following steps: preparing ammonia water solution with required pH value by using ammonia water and deionized water, placing the ammonia water solution in a container with a stirring device, heating to 60 ℃, slowly dropping tetraethoxysilane into the ammonia water solution, and controlling the molar ratio of tetraethoxysilane to deionized water to be 6: 1, reacting for 4 hours under normal pressure, and finishing the reaction to prepare silicon dioxide sol;
wherein the solid content of the water-based PU resin is 30-50%.
In the step (2), the temperature of the PU impregnation slurry is maintained at 30-60 ℃ during impregnation.
The drying temperature in the step (3) is 80-150 ℃.
The drying temperature in the step (5) is 100-150 ℃.

(1) adding 10 parts of aqueous PU resin with the solid content of 35 percent and 30 parts of deionized water into a batching tank, sequentially adding 1 part of silica sol, 0.1 part of color paste and 0.1 part of dispersing aid BYK-110 under the stirring state, and continuously stirring for 1 hour to obtain PU impregnation slurry;
(2) adding the PU impregnation slurry obtained in the step (1) into an impregnation tank, and maintaining the temperature of the PU impregnation slurry at 45 ℃; impregnating the base cloth in an impregnation tank, and rolling out redundant PU impregnation slurry through a roller;
(3) drying the impregnated base cloth through an oven at the drying temperature of 100 ℃;

The fabric prepared by the production method has good elasticity, air permeability, heat preservation and heat insulation, has smooth hand feeling, and can meet the high requirements of the water-based environment-friendly synthetic leather fabric on hand feeling, style and air permeability and heat preservation functions.
