Abstract
The application provides a washing machine and a control method thereof, comprising a washing machine body, a storage battery and a charging part; the storage battery is connected with the washing machine body; the storage battery is used for providing electric energy for the washing machine body; the charging part is connected with the storage battery; the charging unit is used for charging the battery. According to the washing machine and the control method thereof, the washing machine can continuously run to finish washing without stopping when emergency power failure occurs.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine and a control method thereof.
Background
At present, most of washing machines utilize direct electric energy, and the energy consumption is large. Once the power is cut off, the washing machine is directly stopped and cannot be normally washed. If the washing machine is in a washing state before power failure, once power is cut off and a user does not clean the clothes in time, the clothes soaked in the sewage for a long time can be secondarily polluted. After the power failure, a user needs to manually take out clothes, wash the clothes by hands, wring the clothes, and then air the clothes, so that the user experience is greatly reduced. After the call, if the user wants to continue washing with the washing machine, the user must restart the washing machine to set the washing parameters for washing again, which is very inconvenient for some users with frequent tripping of the electric brake.

and a charging section; the charging part is connected with the storage battery; the charging unit is used for charging the battery.
Preferably, the washing machine body includes a drum and a driving part; the driving part is connected with the roller; the driving part is used for driving the roller to rotate; the storage battery is connected with the driving part; the storage battery is used for providing electric energy for the driving part.
Preferably, the charging section includes a generator; the generator is electrically connected with the storage battery.
Preferably, the generator is electrically connected to the drive unit.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises a clutch; the clutch is connected with the generator; the clutch is connected with the motor.
Preferably, the washing machine further comprises a coupling; the coupling connects the clutch and the generator.
Preferably, the driving part is a dc motor.
Preferably, the charging section includes an external power supply;
and/or, the washing machine also comprises an electric quantity sensor; the electric quantity sensor is used for measuring the electric quantity of the storage battery.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided a control method of a washing machine as described above, including the steps of:
detecting the electric quantity of the storage battery;
and controlling the starting and stopping of the charging part according to the electric quantity of the storage battery.
Preferably, the step of controlling the start and stop of the charging part according to the electric quantity of the storage battery comprises the following steps:
when the electric quantity of the storage battery is smaller than a first preset electric quantity, controlling the charging part to start;
and/or controlling the charging part to stop working when the electric quantity of the storage battery is larger than a second preset electric quantity; the first preset electric quantity is smaller than the second preset electric quantity.
The application provides a washing machine and a control method thereof, wherein a storage battery is used for supplying electric energy to a washing machine body; can continuously run to finish washing without stopping when the emergency power failure occurs.

Referring to fig. 1 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, a washing machine includes a washing machine body 1, a storage battery 2, and a charging part; the storage battery 2 is connected with the washing machine body 1; the storage battery 2 is used for supplying electric energy to the washing machine body 1; the charging unit is connected to the battery 2; the charging unit is used for charging the storage battery 2; the storage battery 2 is used for providing electric energy for the washing machine body 1 so as to drive the washing machine body 1 to operate, such as washing clothes; instead of supplying power to the washing machine directly through an external power supply; the washing machine can continuously run to finish washing without stopping when the emergency power failure occurs; the problem that the washing machine cannot run when the power is cut off suddenly can be effectively solved; the problem that the user needs to restart the debugging parameters to wash again after the washing machine is powered off and the call is received again can be solved.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the washing machine body 1 comprises a drum and a driving part 4; the driving part 4 is connected with the roller; the driving part 4 is used for driving the roller to rotate; the storage battery 2 is connected with the driving part 4; the battery 2 is used for supplying electric energy to the driving part 4; the driving part 4 is a motor; the storage battery 2 provides electric energy for the motor, so that the motor drives the roller to rotate for washing.
The present application also discloses some embodiments, the charging section includes a generator 31; the generator 31 is electrically connected with the battery 2; the generator 31 may be used to charge the battery 2.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the generator 31 is connected with the driving part 4 through a circuit; the generator 31 can convert the mechanical movement of the driving part 4 into electric energy to charge the storage battery 2; the generator 31 is driven by the motor to charge the storage battery 2, the storage battery can continuously run to finish washing without stopping when in emergency power failure, and the storage battery 2 can also be directly used for washing in a power failure state; the storage battery 2 can be charged by utilizing the self power of the washing machine, the utilization rate of power resources is improved, and the resources are saved. The storage battery 2, the motor, the clutch 5 and the generator 31 form a power circulation system, so that the washing machine can be ensured not to stop under the condition of emergency power failure.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the washing machine further comprises a clutch 5; the clutch 5 is connected with a generator 31; the clutch 5 is connected with a motor; the clutch 5 can control whether the generator 31 charges the battery 2.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination, the present application further discloses embodiments wherein the washing machine further comprises a coupler 7; the coupling 7 connects the clutch 5 and the generator 31; the coupling 7 connects the clutch shaft 52 of the clutch 5 and the generator shaft 32 of the generator 31. The clutch 5 and the generator 31 are connected together through the coupler 7 to form an integral structure, so that the synchronous operation of the motor and the generator 31 is ensured when the clutch 5 is combined. The clutch 5, the generator 31 and the motor are fixed on the outer drum 11 of the washing machine through a bolt structure. The clutch 5 is formed into an integral structure by a coupler 7 and is jointly arranged at the lower part of the outer drum 11 of the washing machine. The clutch 5 also has a clutch 5 belt.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the driving part 4 is a direct current motor. The direct current motor can directly utilize the electric energy provided by the storage battery 2. The motor also has a motor belt 41.

The opening and closing of a circulating system formed by a storage battery 2, a motor, a clutch 5, a generator 31 and the like are controlled by opening and closing the clutch 5 arranged at the bottom of the washing machine, all parts in the circulating system are mechanically connected through a belt and a coupling 7, and when the clutch 5 is closed, the motor drives the generator 31 to charge the storage battery 2; when the clutch 5 is disengaged, the circulation system is disconnected, and the clutch 5 idles without driving the generator 31 to charge the battery 2.
This application still includes that belt pulley 6 passes through the elastic nut to be fixed on the washing machine tripod, with inner tube structure synchronous operation, battery 2 installs on the washing machine bottom plate of the lowest portion. The washing machine also comprises a damper 8, and the damper 8 is arranged between the inner drum and the outer drum of the washing machine. The motor drives the belt pulley 6 to rotate through the motor belt 41, and synchronously drives the inner drum of the washing machine to rotate, so that the washing machine finishes washing, dewatering and other works.
Referring to fig. 3 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a control method of a washing machine as described above, including the steps of:
detecting the electric quantity of the storage battery 2;
and controlling the starting and stopping of the charging part according to the electric quantity of the storage battery 2.
This application can wash when plugging in the power supply, also can utilize the electric energy of battery 2 storage to accomplish the washing and not shut down when cutting off the power supply suddenly, can also directly utilize the electric energy of battery 2 storage to wash under the power failure state, until the electric quantity exhausts.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the start and stop of the charging part according to the electric quantity of the storage battery 2 comprises the following steps:
when the electric quantity of the storage battery 2 is smaller than a first preset electric quantity, controlling the charging part to start;
the application also discloses some embodiments, when the electric quantity of the storage battery 2 is larger than a second preset electric quantity, the charging part is controlled to stop working; the first preset electric quantity is smaller than the second preset electric quantity.
When the washing machine is started, the storage battery 2 discharges electricity, the storage battery 2 supplies power for the motor and is used as power for driving the motor to operate, the motor drives the belt pulley 6 to operate through the belt and synchronously drives the inner drum of the washing machine to rotate, and washing, dewatering and other work of the washing machine are completed.
When the electric quantity of the storage battery 2 is lower than the first preset electric quantity, the electric quantity sensor senses the electric signal and then feeds the signal back to the processor for analysis and calculation, the processor sends an instruction for simultaneously controlling the combination of the clutch 5 and the starting of charging of the power supply, at the moment, the clutch 5 is closed and connected, and the motor starts to drive the clutch 5 and the generator 31 to charge the storage battery 2.
When the charging amount reaches a second preset electric quantity, the electric quantity sensor feeds back a signal to the processor, the processor analyzes and calculates and simultaneously sends out a command of stopping power supply charging and a command of separating the clutch 5, the clutch 5 is separated after receiving the command, the motor only drives the roller to rotate, and the belt of the clutch 5 idles due to the fact that the meshing of the internal gear of the clutch 5 is separated. When the clutch 5 is internally combined, gear transmission is realized, after the clutch 5 is separated, the engagement is disconnected, and the belt part of the clutch 5 idles.
When the storage battery 2 does not need to be charged, if clothes are needed to be washed, the storage battery 2 directly drives the motor to operate and wash the clothes; when the electric quantity is consumed to a critical value, the clothes are washed while being charged; when the external power is cut off when the electric quantity is exhausted to the lower limit value, the electric quantity below the limit value is utilized to wash the clothes and charge the clothes at the same time until the electric quantity is exhausted.
When the power supply is suddenly disconnected in emergency, the electric energy used by the washing machine does not directly come from the outside, so that the washing machine cannot stop, only the external power supply of the washing machine stops charging the storage battery 2, and the washing machine can run by using the residual electric energy of the storage battery 2 until the electric quantity is exhausted and stops.
It is readily understood by a person skilled in the art that the advantageous ways described above can be freely combined, superimposed without conflict.

1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:
a washing machine body (1);
a storage battery (2); the storage battery (2) is connected with the washing machine body (1); the storage battery (2) is used for providing electric energy for the washing machine body (1);
and a charging section; the charging unit is connected to the battery (2); the charging unit is used for charging the storage battery (2).
2. The washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the washing machine body (1) comprises a drum and a driving part (4); the driving part (4) is connected with the roller; the driving part (4) is used for driving the roller to rotate; the storage battery (2) is connected with the driving part (4); the storage battery (2) is used for providing electric energy for the driving part (4).
3. The washing machine according to claim 2, wherein the charging part includes a generator (31); the generator (31) is electrically connected to the battery (2).
4. A washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the generator (31) is electrically connected to the drive (4).
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that it further comprises a clutch (5); the clutch (5) is connected with the generator (31); the clutch (5) is connected with the motor.
6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that it further comprises a coupling (7); the coupler (7) is connected with the clutch (5) and the generator (31).
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the drive (4) is a direct current motor.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the charging part includes an external power source;
and/or, the washing machine further comprises an electric quantity sensor; the electric quantity sensor is used for measuring the electric quantity of the storage battery (2).
9. A control method of a washing machine according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
detecting the electric quantity of the storage battery (2);
and controlling the starting and stopping of the charging part according to the electric quantity of the storage battery (2).
10. A control method of a washing machine according to claim 9, characterized in that said controlling the start and stop of the charging section according to the charge of the battery (2) comprises the steps of:
when the electric quantity of the storage battery (2) is smaller than a first preset electric quantity, controlling the charging part to start;
and/or controlling the charging part to stop working when the electric quantity of the storage battery (2) is larger than a second preset electric quantity; wherein the first preset electric quantity is smaller than the second preset electric quantity.
