The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to specific situations.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used primarily to distinguish one device, element, or component from another (the specific nature and configuration may be the same or different), and are not used to indicate or imply the relative importance or number of the indicated devices, elements, or components. "plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
The technical solution of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a sewing method of the open-teeth zipper provided in this embodiment, fig. 2 is a front view of a garment structure provided in this embodiment, and fig. 3 is a back view of the garment structure provided in this embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a sewing method of a clear tooth zipper and a garment structure. The sewing method of the open-tooth zipper comprises the following steps:
101: the zipper tape is sewed on the clothes body cutting piece. Specifically, step 101 includes:
1011: placing the front side of the zipper on the back side of the cut piece of the clothes body;
1012: the zipper tape is sewed on the back surface of the cut piece of the clothes body.
Thus, the back side of the zipper faces the human body, and the front side of the zipper faces away from the human body.
In some embodiments, the two body panels 4 include two, the two code strips 2 of the zipper are respectively sewn on the two body panels 4, and the two body panels 4 can be pulled together or pulled apart by the zipper.
In other embodiments, a zipper needs to be sewn on the whole body panel 4, so that a zipper sewing opening needs to be made first, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
cutting zipper sewing openings on the cut pieces of the clothes body;
and performing seam allowance refraction on the sewing seam of the zipper.
At this time, the zipper sewing opening is already manufactured, the code strip 2 can be sewn at the seam allowance position or directly sewn at two sides of the zipper sewing opening, and the pull head 1 and part of the code strip 2 are exposed from the zipper sewing opening. Illustratively, the codeband 2 is sewn to the seam allowance. In this way, the sewing thread trace is not exposed on the front side of the body panel 4.
102: the two pieces of cloth are respectively clamped with cotton ropes to form budding.
Wherein, these two cloth pieces correspond two yardage belts setting of zip fastener respectively.
Some clothes with the zippers can be sewn with buds on the code bands 2 of the zippers, the pullers 1 can be separated from human bodies through the buds, when the pullers 1 are pulled, the pullers 1 slide on the buds, and therefore the clothes cannot be clamped on the skin of the human bodies, especially for some clothes with thin fabrics, after the zippers are installed on the clothes, the clothes can be clamped on the skin of the human bodies when the pullers are pulled, and the clothes can be easily clamped on the clothes body cutting pieces 4 of the clothes. In addition, the material of code strip 2 is generally harder, and therefore, when code strip 2 of the zipper contacts human skin, the wearing experience of the user is reduced. Therefore, some clothes can cover one piece of cloth 5 on one side of the code band 2 facing the human body, so that the human body can not contact the code band 2, and the wearing experience of a user is improved. Therefore, in the related art, a piece of cloth is first taken to sandwich a cotton string to form a bud, and the cloth is used only for making a bud structure. Then another piece of cloth is taken and attached to the back side of the zipper, so that the zipper is prevented from contacting the human body, and the user experience is improved. In other words, in the related art, two pieces of cloth are prepared, one piece of cloth is used for forming the buds, and the other piece of cloth is used for covering the reverse side of the zipper, which includes two steps and is complicated to process.
In this embodiment, only one cloth piece is needed, and the cloth piece can be used for forming the budding and covering the code strip of the zipper, namely, the method of this embodiment is adopted, so that the consumable material for making the clothes is saved, the processing steps can be simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
As is clear from the above, the remaining part of the cloth 5 after sprouting can also cover the code band 2, in other words, the width of the remaining part of the cloth 5 after sprouting is larger than the width of the code band 2, so that the part larger than the width of the code band 2 can be used for producing sprouting. Illustratively, the width of the yard belt 2 is 1.5cm, then a 3.5cm wide piece of cloth 5 may be used, a portion of the piece of cloth 5 may be used to grip the cotton string 5a to form a sprout, and another portion may be used to cover the yard belt 2. It is to be understood that the width of the cloth 5 is merely an example for convenience of understanding, and is not a limitation on the width of the cloth 5.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the garment structure provided in this embodiment (not shown in the body panel and the sewing stitches), and the step 102 may specifically include:
1021: folding the cloth piece to form a first folding structure;
1022: and placing the cotton rope in the first turnover structure from the opening of the first turnover structure to form budding.
In the present embodiment, when the fabric sheet 5 is folded to form the first folding structure 51, the size of the folded fabric sheet 5 is not particularly limited. In the related art, the cloth 5 for forming the sprouting is folded approximately in half, but in the present embodiment, since the cloth 5 is required to cover the code band 2 as well, it is only necessary to fold one side of the cloth 5, and similarly, for example, the width of the code band 2 is 1.5cm and the width of the cloth 5 is 3.5cm, the folding is performed at a position where the cloth 5 is 1cm wide from one side edge thereof. Of course, in other embodiments, a larger size of the fabric sheet 5 may be used, and the size of the fold may be larger.
103: the side of the two pieces of cloth forming the buds faces the zipper teeth of the zipper respectively and is sewn on the two code belts on the back side of the zipper.
It will be appreciated that, with the budding directed towards the fastener elements 3, when the slider 1 is pulled, the slider 1 slides over the budding, thereby avoiding the slider 1 from catching on the body panel 4 or catching on the skin of a person. Specifically, step 103 specifically includes:
1031: placing the cloth piece with the budding on the code belt on the back surface of the zipper, and enabling the side of the cloth piece forming the budding to face towards the zipper teeth;
1032: the position of the first turnover structure close to the opening is sewn on the code belt to form a budding fixing line, the budding fixing line is used for sealing the opening of the first turnover structure to fix budding in the first turnover structure, and the budding fixing line is also used for fixing the cloth piece on the code belt.
In some embodiments, for the convenience of understanding, the 1 cm-wide folded edge of the first folding structure 51 is referred to as a first folded piece 511, and the first folded piece 511 is attached to the side gusset 2 on the opposite side of the zipper, so that the raw edge of the first folded piece 511 is not directed to the human body but to the side gusset 2 on the opposite side of the zipper after sewing, thereby being beneficial to maintaining the appearance consistency of the garment structure and improving the wearing experience of a user.
It can be understood that the budding fixing thread 52 can also be sewn on the first folding structure 51, the stacking belt 2 and the body panel 4 at the same time, so that not only the opening of the first folding structure 51 can be closed and the cloth piece 5 can be fixed on the stacking belt 2, but also the cloth piece 5 can be fixed on the body panel 4.
In some embodiments, step 101 may be after step 103, i.e., first step 102, then step 103, and finally step 101.
Step 103 is followed by:
104: the cloth piece, the code belt and the clothes body cut piece are sewn together to form a first line mark, and the first line mark is located on one side of the budding fixing line, which is far away from the zipper teeth.
Alternatively, the first stitch 6 may be provided around the periphery of the fastener element 3, so that the fixing thereof is more secure.
It is understood that if the distance from the first stitch 6 to the fixed thread 52 for budding is too small, the distance over which the budding can move is too small, and the distance from the first stitch 6 to the fastener element 3 is too small, that is, the distance over which the slider 1 slides is too small, which may cause the slider 1 not to be pulled, and therefore, the distance between the first stitches 6 on both sides of the slider 1 should be larger than the width of the slider 1. If the distance from the first thread 6 to the fixed bud thread 52 is too large, then the movable bud thread is too large, and therefore the bud may turn over or curl, so that the bud cannot provide the acting force for supporting the slider 1 and the slider 1 cannot slide on the bud, and then the slider 1 can clamp the skin or the cut piece 4 of the clothes body when pulled, and the user experience is poor. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the distance between the first trace 6 and the sprouting fixation line 52 is in the range of 0.1cm to 0.6cm, alternatively, the distance between the first trace 6 and the sprouting fixation line 52 may be 0.1cm, 0.2cm, 0.3cm, 0.4cm, 0.5cm, 0.6cm, and exemplarily, the distance between the first trace 6 and the sprouting fixation line 52 is 0.1 cm. The distance between the first line mark 6 and the budding fixing line 52 in the embodiment is adopted, so that the pull head 1 can be pulled, the pull head 1 can be ensured to slide on the budding, the pull head 1 is prevented from clamping the skin of a human body or the clothes body cutting piece 4, and the improvement of user experience is facilitated.
In some embodiments, after step 104, the method further comprises:
105: and the side of the cloth piece far away from the budding is turned over to form a second turning structure, the second turning structure is used for wrapping at least part of one side of the code belt far away from the zipper teeth, the cloth piece wrapping the code belt is sewn on the clothes body cut piece, and a second stitch is formed.
Live sign indicating number area 2 through 5 parcel of cloth piece, the one side of the orientation human body of sign indicating number area 2 covers has this cloth piece 5 to avoid sign indicating number area 2 and human contact, be favorable to promoting user's wearing and experience. In other embodiments, the cloth piece 5 may be only covered on the code strip 2 and sewn on the body panel 4. In addition, the cloth piece 4 can be adhered to the code strip 2 through an adhesive tape, or the cloth piece 4 is fixed on the code strip 2 through the adhesive tape and is also fixed on the code strip through a second stitch 7.
In the present embodiment, the size of the side of the cloth piece 5 away from the budding is not particularly limited, and for example, the side of the cloth piece 5 away from the budding is folded by 1cm to form the second folding structure 52, and for convenience of description, the part of the side of the cloth piece 5 away from the budding, which is folded by 1cm, is referred to as a second folding piece 521.
Alternatively, the second stitch 7 may be provided around the outer periphery of the fastener element 3, so that its fixing is more firm.
In some embodiments, the distance between the second track 7 and the edge of the code strip 2 remote from the teeth 3 is 0.3cm to 0.6cm, alternatively the distance may be 0.3cm, 0.35cm, 0.4cm, 0.45cm, 0.5cm, 0.6cm, etc., illustratively the distance between the second track 7 and the edge of the code strip 2 remote from the teeth 3 is 0.6 cm. It can be understood that when the second trace 7 is far from the edge of the code strip 2 far from the zipper teeth 3, the second flap piece 521 cannot be fixed on the garment body panel 4, and when the second trace 7 is near the edge of the code strip 2 far from the zipper teeth 3, the second trace 7 is far from the movable edge of the second flap piece 521, and then the movable distance of the edge of the second flap piece 521 is large, and the second flap piece 521 may be folded or curled, so that the second flap piece 521 cannot be well fixed on the garment body panel 4. Therefore, in this embodiment, the distance between the second trace 7 and the edge of the code strip 2 away from the zipper teeth 3 is 0.3cm to 0.6cm, so that the second folded structure 52 can be well fixed on the garment body panel 4.
In some embodiments, after step 105, the method further comprises:
106: the top end of the zipper is wrapped by the inner bundling strip.
The top end of the zipper is wrapped by the inner tie strip 8, so that the appearance of the clothes body cut piece 4 has consistency. It will be appreciated that the edges of the body panel 4 may also be wrapped with light by the inner tie strip 8.
According to the sewing method of the open-tooth zipper, only one cloth piece 5 is adopted, one side of the cloth piece 5 is used for forming budding, and the other side of the cloth piece 5 is used for covering the code band 2 of the zipper, so that the pull head 1 can slide on the budding, the cloth piece 5 covering the code band 2 can prevent the code band 2 from directly contacting with a human body, and therefore wearing experience of a user is improved.
The garment structure manufactured by the sewing method of the open-teeth zipper has the advantages that the back surface of the zipper is provided with the sprouts, and the code strip 2 of the zipper is pasted with the cloth pieces 5, so that the uncomfortable feeling caused by the direct contact of the code strip 2 with the skin can be avoided. In addition, the zipper is also provided with budding, so that the pull head 1 is prevented from clamping the skin or the clothes body cutting piece 4 when being pulled.
The sewing method and the garment structure of the open-teeth zipper disclosed by the embodiment of the invention are described in detail, the principle and the embodiment of the invention are explained by applying a specific example, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the sewing method, the garment structure and the core idea of the open-teeth zipper; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
