Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a composite structure non-woven fabric comprises a water-absorbing composite zone 3 and a non-water-absorbing composite zone 4, wherein the water-absorbing composite zone 3 comprises at least two surface layers 1 and at least one intermediate layer 2 sandwiched between the surface layers, and the non-water-absorbing composite zone 4 does not comprise the intermediate layer 2; the surface layer 1 is made of a thermosetting material, the middle layer 2 is made of a water-absorbing material, and the areas of the water-absorbing composite area 3 and the non-water-absorbing composite area 4 are larger than zero.
The non-woven fabric surface layer 1 is a polyester layer, and the middle layer 2 is a paper pulp layer or an adhesive fiber layer.
The surface layer 1 and the middle layer 2 are bonded in a hot pressing mode or a hot air mode.
The water absorption composite area 3 of the non-woven fabric is of a three-layer structure with two surface layers 1 and a middle layer 2, and the non-water absorption composite area 4 of the non-woven fabric is of a two-layer structure with two surface layers; the water absorption composite area 3 is in a continuous shape, and the area of the water absorption composite area accounts for one third of the area of the non-woven fabric.
The nonwoven fabric of this embodiment can be used as a cleaning wipe and is folded to form a package with the water-absorbent composite region 3 located on the outer layer after folding, as shown in fig. 3 and 4. The cleaning agent is sprayed on the outer layer of the non-woven fabric, and the surface of the object is wiped after the cleaning agent is carried with liquid. The thermosetting material of the surface layer is generally good in strength and toughness, so that the non-woven fabric cannot be broken when contacting with the surface of an object in the wiping process, and cannot be broken by the acting force of fingers, therefore, the surface layer mainly plays a role in enhancing the service performance of the non-woven fabric, and the middle layer endows the non-woven fabric with good liquid carrying capacity, so that the non-woven fabric can better adsorb aqueous solution, and the cleaning function and the like are realized.
Example 2

The intermediate layer described in examples 1-3 may also be a functional water-absorbing material. Specifically, during the production process, functional aqueous solutions such as bactericides, detergents and the like are sprayed on the middle layer 2 and dried to enable the middle layer to have functionality, or functional master batches are added into the middle layer during the production process to enable the middle layer to have functionality. When the middle layer is made of functional water-absorbing material, the double-layer structure of the middle layer in example 3 can also be endowed with different functions, for example, the upper layer is a cleaning function, and the lower layer is a sterilization function.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the composite structure nonwoven fabric having the functional intermediate layer is folded and packaged, and the water-absorbent composite region 3 is located in the folded outer layer when folded. When the multifunctional water absorption mop is taken out for use, the multifunctional water absorption mop can directly act on the surface of a wet wiped object, not only can achieve the corresponding functional effect, but also can reduce the use of functional water absorption materials, and save the cost.
In the invention, the water absorption composite region 3 can also be formed by laying the middle layer 2 and the surface layer 1 at intervals and then respectively arranging the surface layers 1 on the upper surface and the lower surface, but the structure can also be realized in a folding mode.

The wet tissue base cloth is folded, the water absorption composite area 3 is positioned on the outer layer after being folded, the water absorption composite area 3 has certain liquid carrying capacity, the surface of the water absorption composite area is sprayed with a finishing agent to form the functional wet tissue, and the non-water absorption composite area enhances the service performance of the wet tissue.
The finishing agent is a cleaning agent or a bactericide, and the functional wet tissue is a cleaning wet tissue or a sterilizing wet tissue. The area of the water absorption composite layer 3 can be adjusted according to the liquid carrying amount required by the wet tissue, and the area of the water absorption composite layer 3 is preferably one fourth to two thirds of the area of the base cloth of the wet tissue.
The wet tissue can meet the functional requirements when being used for wiping, and meanwhile, intermediate materials and cost can be saved.
